Negative experience: Turned up for public swimming because it said on the website it was open to be informed its not open and website needs updating!!!!! What use is that if you know it needs updating update it!!!@

Fantastic experience: Brilliant friendly independent centre. Helpful staff and lovely community vibe. "Most fun ever", said my son (5). We're only visitors, but would be regulars if we lived here.

Positive experience: Nice temperature pool, good for a splash about with the kids. Be aware lockers are a 20p charge and doesn't give the money back so make sure to bring plenty of 20ps in case you forget to put something in the locker and have to re-lock it!

Fantastic experience: Good pool just 3 small steps with hand rails for older people, or people with disabilities. Good cafe, there are showers although not individual cubicles. Not many single cubicles for getting changed if you want privacy. Could do with a few pegs to hang towels on after shower. Brilliant cafe which has a very good viewing window.

Fantastic experience: This place has a lovely indoor pool , great for all ages. Certain days for small ones to swim/ play . Facility has a lot to offer . It's a must visit .

Fantastic experience: Extremely child friendly, is why I travel at such a distance for a day out, there is also a playpark right outside too, close to town centre and public transport.

Positive experience: It's always been warm, always fun, well maintained, lots on offer and the staff are always responsive and helpful. There's plenty for children to do to build their confidence in the water. My kids and now grandchild learnt to swim here and it has delivered every time.

Fantastic experience: Aqua aerobics is great. I go every week and is suitable for low mobility.

Positive experience: Loved the pool, the aquasplash. Wasn't so keen on the presentation on the changing room. I think if it was cleaned or inspected mote regularly, I would have a different view.

Fantastic experience: A bit old fashioned and quite small, but perfect for families with young kids, good value and friendly staff. Perfect for rainy days. Outdoor playground is free and fun for young children too.

Positive experience: Great little pool for kids , slide, water sprays/ sprinklers. Cafe with viewing area , traditional style. We loved it! Travelled 1 + a half hours to get there as no facilities in our area + we do it again .

Positive experience: Fab facility, reasonable price for family of 3 swimming (£10) and we enjoyed the food/drinks at the little cafe afterwards in the viewing area, staff were very friendly. Only criticism was the cleanliness of the female changing rooms. I like the new lockers, plenty of room for belongings and only cost 20p.
