Positive experience: A decent gym actually. However, cancelling membership is a pain. You continue to pay long after you have cancelled. You have to justify why you are cancelling and are required to provide evidence. It's a gym membership, so why the need to provide evidence for cancelling? Apart from that I enjoyed my time there. Much appreciation to the people who work there.

Fantastic experience: Really excellent space, some top quality equipment and very glad to see multiple racks/smith machines throughout the gym, meant the space never got too crowded even when it was busier. Thank you Chris for letting me visit each day whilst I’ve been in Eastbourne this week, well worth the very reasonable weekly pass cost! Would highly recommend for anyone visiting or needing a gym in the centre of town :)

Negative experience: Very bad attitude when we are planning to stop the membership, they are trying to loot as much as they can, they stop my fob right after one month when i send email to stop my membership and keep adding the fees as arrears every month.

Fantastic experience: I joined here beginning of May, and since then the team have been extremely nice, always ready to answer questions, which makes it easier for me as I'm a beginner. Equipment looks new, it's always clean, people are super nice and chill. Best decision.

Fantastic experience: I've been hitting up Anytime Fitness in Eastbourne for the past 3 months, and let me tell you, it's been an awesome ride! First off, the staff are super friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their faces and are ready to lend a hand whenever you need it. And can we talk about how clean this place is? It's spotless! They're constantly wiping down equipment and keeping everything tidy, which is a big plus in my book. The variety of equipment and classes is also great. Whether you're into lifting weights, doing cardio, or joining a group class, they've got you covered. But what really sets this gym apart is the vibe. It's like one big fitness family in here. Everyone is supportive and encouraging, which makes working out a lot more fun. Overall, if you're looking for a gym in Eastbourne, look no further than Anytime Fitness. It's got everything you need and more. Five stars from me!

Fantastic experience: Fabulous little gym, which delivers everything it says on the tin. Chris and his team will happily go the extra mile to provide a friendly, professional service. Can't recommend highly enough.

Negative experience: This club is under renovation when I went there yesterday. They should have update on their website, a waste of time getting there to find its closed! Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: First and foremost, it is the unarguably the most accessible gym in Eastbourne. The only gym in Eastbourne opened for 24 hours which is suitable for every profession. Its proximity to the town centre makes it easy to reach. Again, they have a user friendly environment and approachable staffs who are willing to give you free consultation and assistance. However, they are well organised and they are prioritise cleanliness both jn the studio and workout again. Lastly, they have a better security so you don't need to worry. They have enough equipments to meet everyone needs. Will rate them 9/10

Positive experience: 1 month membership price is 95 pounds, the gym is clean and spacious, there are sufficient equipment. Toilets are cleaned frequently, the only problem is that there is no locker room, the location is in the city center, which makes transportation easier.

Positive experience: The only truly decent thing about this gym is it’s staff! Jay and Marshall -Experienced, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and professional. The two of them together make and keep this gym working! They get five stars, the gym not so much. The equipment needs much improvement and replacing as it’s worn and there has been talk now for many years of an extension but that’s all it seems to be! I’m confident, if there was another gym in the centre of town, AFE would lose lots of members, money and maybe even the staff.

Fantastic experience: I joined AF in Eastbourne 3 weeks ago and am very happy with it. The place is kept very clean, showers are good and the equipment is everything I could need. It is always active but I have only found it very busy once. People talk to each other, and Chris and the team are visible, available and very friendly. 5* vibes, attracts a diverse crowd and is not remotely aggressive.

Negative experience: Out dated policy. Anytime fitness does not live to its name. Drop ins treated like second class. Can only drop in when staff are there. Change your waiver policy. Useless.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! I've trained at a few gyms in Eastbourne but this is my favourite by a mile! It's a very clean gym, with a great range of equipment. Enough space in the gym to be able to work out with out feeling crowded. Most members have good gym etiquette and the staff ate absolutely fantastic whether it's fitness advice or sorting out an issue they know what they are doing! Chris the manager goes above and beyond for his members! 24/7 system works well never had an issue! I highly recommend! Whether you are just starting or know what you are doing it's a good place to go!

Fantastic experience: Signed up recently, had a chance to meet Chris, showed me sound the gym before signing up. Really friendly guy, managed to explain every step the gym is doing to keep clean. There are cleaning stations all over and i have swen Chris himself many times moping the floors and wiping machines. The place is well kept, perfect size and layout. Overall not that busy which is great if you want to just get on with a workout uninterrupted. The atmosphere is friendly warm and welcoming which is all you want, someone that knows your name and a place that you can relax in. Ideal location and in this heat the air con is amaizng, would highly recommend joining or at least poppping in to see the place.

Fantastic experience: The team at anytime have been working incredibly hard to keep the gym clean and safe for customers since re-opening, I cannot recommend it enough they clearly care about the welfare of their customers the booking system for peak hours is simple and easy to use and staff are never far away if you have a query, absolutely amazing stuff there’s nowhere better to train in Eastbourne!

Update 04.08.20 - Just returned to the gym after the lockdown and I was very impressed with the work that Chris and his team have done concerning the COVID-19 regulations. As you would expect from Chris everything has been thoughtfully implemented and thus the facility is immaculately clean at all times. Thank you.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming and the place has an overall great atmosphere, only came here today as I was in the area and enjoy trying new gyms, walked in not expecting much but after a chat and being shown around I felt gutted that it wasn’t my local gym, would recommend it 100% great value for money for what’s included no stupid saunas and steam rooms for an extra £30 just a great training facility, will defo be visiting again!

Friendly staff who take the time to learn your name, your fitness goals and make an effort to help you where necessary. The app is easy to use to monitor your gym usage and book onto exercise classes.

Fantastic experience: You know you are getting a great combination of workouts for a great price! I love to attend Nikki's classes and Nikki is really motivating. She helps each one of us with getting the exercises right and as per your body type she would also suggest you certain tweaks to make it more useful for you. And to top it all, if it is one of those days when you can't make it to the classes in those hours, Anytime Fitness's 24 hour open option comes really handy. It basically means that I can do my workout even at 1:00 am if needed!
