Positive experience: Good little gym, and a reasonable selection of classes. Yoga is a bit sparse but lots of body balance, pilates age the like. If you like high impact the LBT, hiit and body combat are good options. The Pool is clean although the changing rooms have damp issues which they are trying to fix. It can be airing trying to negotiate getting into the pool as they only have set times you can swim, but once you get into that schedule you're ok. Would be good if they had some boxing facilities/bags/classes. Generally great value all round and the staff are great. The PTs there are fab - ask for Joedy.

Negative experience: Think carefully who you speak to to make a genuine complaint. Front of house Ali’s response to my complaint the other day. Air conditions did not work again during a spin class. Mentioned to Ali and response was “ go and tell someone who cares”. Management are aware and nearly 2 weeks on nothing done. Disgusting behaviour from their staff. Who I might add are there to field our concerns, questions and complaints.

Positive experience: A friendly, small but yet well stocked (gym equipment & facilities), offers a range of fitness classes for all ages... Be warned, make sure to enter your car reg at the reception desk or risk a fine... Also, if your membership card fails to read your entry at the doors (but still allows you through), it will assume you missed your fitness class and automatically issue a £4 charge to your account!!! It happened twice to me

Fantastic experience: Good for all types of exercise for all ages and ability. With regular classes, a gym and a pool it has everything you could want. The building despite being relatively new does need some major maintenance. Lots of jobs need doing that never seem to get attention. Buckets in corridors catching leaks spoil the ambience of what is a very new and modern building.

Fantastic experience: Friday early afternoon swim. Very quiet of people and perfect for my daughter who hates loud noise or busy locations. Facilities were clean well kept and staff friendly.

Positive experience: Good gym facilities and never overly busy, friendly staff overall and decent swimming pool. I haven’t used the changing room facilities / showers as I live so close. My only criticism is that some of the machines in the gym were broken for many months but are all back to working order now so all good.

Negative experience: If I could I gave them less than one star. When I joined to this Gym it was middle of month I paid for the whole month. On 31st of Agust I had a DD which was more than one month when I asked the staff they told me you already paid for the last month and now you should pay for the first month and second month. Be aware how they make money.

Negative experience: There are about 4-5 family changing rooms which are great but only one has a baby changing table. You offer baby swimming classes where around 5 baby attend. There isn't enough safe changing facilities. I've had to try and change my baby on the floor which is disgusting or on the bench which feels unsafe. I've made so many complaints about this. SORT IT OUT BEFORE A BABY GETS INJURED.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved from Bracknell (where I was a customer at a different Everyone Active site) and I have to say the staff here are exceptional. They are very approachable and always happy to help with membership queries. The fact that it's a fairly new building with recently fitted facilities is a bonus.

Positive experience: The swimming pool was cold. Facilities r good but this is brand new so wouldn't expect anything else.

Negative experience: Let anyone in for lane swimming - even disruptive school kids.(without adults) Didn’t do anything about the splashing and antisocial behaviour. As a result the kids purposely splash and get in your way. Also we’re running round changing rooms screaming and shouting. Cancelled my membership after 6 weeks because of this.

Positive experience: Really good facilities but can get quite crowded between 4pm and 6pm.

Fantastic experience: I have only used the pool and found it very pleasant. The water is a nice temperature, the changing area is clean and the lockers work. The staff are helpful and friendly. All in all a good experience.

Negative experience: Take full advantage of the lane swimming. An issue with new showers installed good in general changing areas. Biggest concern I have is the disappearance of the swim tag watches, I am not alone on this issue we all was using them in local & country competitions or just information on our local swim. Have asked at counter without any information why ! Just not good enough.

Positive experience: Toilets in changing rooms broken for weeks and weeks and the hand dryer doesn't work properly....not very nice. Which is a shame because the equipment is great.

Negative experience: Ok, I took me a long time to decide to leave a negative review, but today is the day I am not impressed with the friendliness and the level of knowledge when it comes to the reception and management of this centre. On couple of occasions I was treated in the most unprofessional way. The trouble is that there is no way to complain to headquarters, as all the complaints go to this centre. In general, the place is OK (shame that they had a chance to put a new swimming pool and they didn't think about additional facilities, i. e. slides etc to make it perfect for the local families, but, I suppose this is a subject for another discussion...), but the staff needs more training, luckily most of the swimming teachers are great (I can only judge by the autopsy). This is the only reason I have left two stars... Otherwise that would be one poor star ⭐

Negative experience: I have been coming here since February 2022, and it’s been a great leisure centre to bring my daughter for swimming lessons and use the gym. The facilities are great and the staff are super helpful and friendly. But recently I have found the basement female changing rooms to be of unsatisfactory condition. Considering we are paying members, it’s not really what you would expect. I believe there is work being done to remedy the persistent leaks in the basement corridor, but during that time (since I started going) the female changing rooms were in good working order. Recently they feel sweaty and airless, the floor is constantly wet, the benches are wet from where they have been cleaned and have not dried. I would come down to drop off my bag, spend an hour in the gym only to return to find everything still wet. This was not the case a few months ago. There are holes in the ceiling, out of use showers, lack of ventilation, no vanity lights. And the surfaces are wet, meaning I can’t put my bag down or sit anywhere. I’m sure other members have noticed this. I spoke to a lady at the front desk and explained that it wasn’t her fault but that I just wanted to speak to someone about it, so the communication could be passed on, but she appeared to come across very defensive and a little condescending saying that people from swimming have used those changing rooms so it might be wet from where they put their wet towel. This isn’t the case sadly as it’s wet all over. Despite there being no windows, it never used to be so damp. I asked if she could escalate the complaint to another member of staff who deals with those procedures. I really hope the issues can be resolved. Aside from that, it’s a great place to have access to. One thing to add, please can we have another dumbbell tree/tower at the other end of the gym

Negative experience: The pool itself was nice. The changing rooms smelt strongly of sewage and the showers were almost all broken.

Fantastic experience: Nice new building and clean, attractive pool. Super-friendly receptionist guided me through the process of registration. Although not too busy, the pool was well used on a Sunday afternoon in the adult lane swim session. Any busier and it would have been too busy. I enjoyed swimming while looking out through the large windows at the sky and greenery and passers-by. Room for improvement: Outdoor shoes may not be worn in the changing area but there is no seating just outside the changing area to enable people to put their shoes on again when they leave, or indeed put on flip-flops when they arrive. The showers are feeble and only operate for a few seconds, so don't even think of trying to wash your hair. There are plenty of small lockers but not many larger ones, so I suggest you bring two £1 coins with you as you may need to use two lockers. The automatic hand dryers were not working in the female toilets in the changing area, but many people would say that in such an environment they are probably unnecessary. I recommend that you bring flip-flops or protect your feet with rubber socks, as it is not very nice having to go barefoot into the toilets, although they were clean and pleasant. Public transport: you can get here on the No. 18 bus, which runs seven days a week from Aldershot via Farnham. But make sure you check the return timetable first, as the bus stop nearby is lacking a paper timetable for this route.

Fantastic experience: Just joined and really very friendly and welcoming. I was shown around, used gym and swim, and met a really lovely swim instructor Anna Marie who told me about adult swimming lessons. Lovely place, not busy yet, so great for a membership, and really clean! Zumba here I come!

Positive experience: I've only used the pool. It's an excellent local amenity, but popular, so time your visit just right. Afternoons are just for kids. Clean and spacious changing and shower area.

Positive experience: Gym is decent with a good range of equipment for the size. Even at peak hours I can usually get a decent workout in as there's enough space. Swimming was great for my older child (9) and they made good progress - the younger (6) has been hampered by very large group sizes meaning that she gets very little feedback and spends significant amounts of time waiting for others to swim so not worth the money. Staff are usually friendly enough and it's clean and tidy.
