Negative experience: Fairly decent gym, alot of the promises never came to fruition though. Most of the staff are lovely, Kieran needs to learn some customer facing skills though.

Fantastic experience: Superb over 50s classes and everything else in between, no matter skillset, talent or fitness level. Something for everyone, great Instructors/Coaching too.....

Negative experience: If you want your child to be part of a toxic sporting environment then this is the place! Particularly the netball club! Coaches that allow bullying behaviour from parents and players! This club nearly cost my daughter her love for sport after being singled out by one parent and her child, luckily she’s now part of a club that can provide a healthy environment for girls to play and be part of a team. I have reported this to England netball!

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined this gym , and they have a monthly plan for over 60s at £25per monthly. Last may I had an open fracture on my left leg, a Yr later starting to improve. The classes here are amazing, a great choice aimed at over 50s at all levels. It has been great for my mental and physical health, and people are really friendly and very welcoming. It's been over 20 yrs since attending a gym ️‍♀️ so classes have been great to get me back in step again. Loving rookie step and upper body tone over 50s work out spin and cycle. Tutors Rosie and nicky have been really fab and make it fun.Highly recommend this, place really enjoying time there, and nothing is too much trouble from professional trainers

Fantastic experience: A great gym which has expanded significantly since it first opened. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Well ventilated and spacious gym despite having a large variety of equipment/machines.

Fantastic experience: I cant praise them enough, great service, great programs and classes, even through I am 63 I was given the confidence by the staff to go to classes and use the gym equipment, really good deal on over 55`s membership, made some new friends and feel mentally and physically stronger.

Fantastic experience: Staff are very helpful and classes are brilliant. I have had issues before at different gyms being a larger lady I have felt bullied and ashamed to go to the gym. However, from the moment I walked through the doors and met the lovely Lauren that changed. She convinced me to stay when I wanted to run. Then I signed up to more and more classes met most of the staff who are amazing and so helpful and encouraging. I really can not recommend this gym enough or it's staff.

Negative experience: I bought membership to use only the sauna and paid 2 months for nothing , almost 80 £ because they won't able to finish the sauna renovation during 2 month. I really feel very cheated myself.

Fantastic experience: Great space. Well lit and everyone welcome. Fireworks display was very good. Some extra bins for litter outside at an event like this would save work for staff. Credit to the area.

Negative experience: Staff are friendly but the leisure centre is run so badly at the chain level. Will accept online bookings on bank holidays, only to be closed on arrival. Constant problems with membership and website. Never any answer on the phone. Needs to be taken over again from "Better" chain. The irony.

Fantastic experience: This is great for racquet sports so long as you book in advance as it gets quite busy in the evenings. The squash and badminton courts are good and the gym, although tiny, has everything you could need and best of all - no mirrors. The membership is only £20 a month and includes all the racquet sports so it's pretty cheap if you come here regularly.

Positive experience: Was surprised at price and lack of discounts for disabled. Their method statement spouts inclusion, their attitude seems derisory.

Positive experience: Nice clubhouse with good prices. Special events with catering can be arranged. Several Rugby pitches, football pitches and a cricket practice area. All weather pitch also available. Squash courts, badminton, basketball and table tennis available. Indoor bowls building nearby. Small gym. Plenty of free parking available.
