Classes are included within our membership packages, booking via our app. Non-members are welcome, booking classes via reception one week before for £7 per class.

Group fitness classes are a great way to feel inspired and add an extra level of fun whilst working out. All classes are designed to support weight loss and an active lifestyle.
1. Yoga: Our yoga classes focus on enhancing flexibility, balance, and relaxation. They incorporate different styles, from gentle Hatha yoga to more dynamic Vinyasa flows, helping you improve your strength and reduce stress.
2. Pilates: These classes emphasise core strength, stability, and overall body conditioning. Pilates is perfect for improving posture, flexibility, and muscle tone, making it a great choice for those looking to build a strong and balanced physique.
3. Studio Cycling: Join our energetic spinning sessions to boost cardiovascular fitness. These high-intensity classes simulate outdoor cycling experiences to upbeat music, offering an excellent way to burn calories and increase endurance whilst having fun.
4. Aqua Aerobics: Conducted in our heated indoor pool, this is a low-impact workout that combines resistance training with cardiovascular exercise. It’s ideal for improving fitness while being easier on the joints.

7. Bums, Legs & Tums: A great way of focusing on a lower body workout, BLT targets the glutes, quads, hamstrings and abs to tone up and increase strength.
8. Boxercise: Pads and gloves come into play on this class. Partner up and get punching in this high paced, cardio focused class. Traditional boxing combos along with high energy cardio drills will have you in a sweaty mess.
9. Zumba: A high-energy fitness class that combines Latin-inspired dance moves with upbeat music for a fun and effective workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, Zumba incorporates cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility through easy-to-follow choreography.
10. Tabata: This is an intense, fast-paced workout that follows the principle of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Designed to maximise fat burning and improve cardiovascular endurance. It's perfect for those looking for a quick and highly effective workout in a short amount of time
13. Core Cycle: A mixture of a spin and core work, this class is a 30 minute cardio spin class with an ab/core blaster to finish. A perfect combination for those who like to tone and get their sweat on!
14. Cardio Combat: Using boxing combos with added weights combined with cardio moves, this class is upbeat and sweaty. Lots of shadow boxing and general boxing moves, makes this a great all over class and lots of fun!
15. Body Sculpt: This is the one stop shop for strength and conditioning. A full hour of all over body conditioning which hits every body part. This class is not one to miss!
Each class is led by experienced instructors who ensure that you get the most out of your workout while maintaining proper technique. Our class schedule is designed to fit various time preferences, making it easier to integrate fitness into your routine.

Fantastic experience: Was a member 14 years ago and now signed up again,it still looks the same with a few new machines .There is a swimming pool jacuzzi steamer and sauna, and the staff are amazing who are also personal trainers, which is in on the price

Fantastic experience: Did a recce on their swimming pool and gym. It's a small hotel but the pool, gym and staff are all excellent.
Positive experience: Clean tidy room. Only downside was upstairs and no lift. Great views across the golf course. Dinner was good. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: Was a member at this place until I was exposed to sewage in the changing rooms,the place should have been closed off to members but it wasn't and I ended up with cryptosporidium..disgusting place!!
Positive experience: Generally a well laid out Gym with a good range of Cardio to strength and conditioning equipment ( this is not a Power Lifters gym) , some dated equipment, but more adequate if visiting the Hotel and you need a workout

Fantastic experience: Staff so polite, nothing is too much trouble. I had the salmón and prawn salad which was lovely. In the main restaurant overlooking the green is the perfect spot.
Fantastic experience: Last week I had Sunday dinner at the hotel and this week we came back to use the pool. It is a nice facility and our 4 year old loved it. Anti slip surfaces around the pool are very welcome. Sauna, shower and spa right next to pool.
