Fantastic experience: Old world charm and service meets the 21st century. The spotless well appointed bedrooms, lovely dining areas, bar and food all complimented by the wonderful staff all made for an excellent stay

Negative experience: The hotel is old and tired. Service is good. . £350 for two nights I would expect table service for breakfast. The main reason for the low mark is that the room was not up to par. Big room . Rm 218. Old and tired furniture and very small tv for the size of the room. Could not see a thing through our window as the photo will show. Absolutely filthy! Paying that kind of money I would expect more!

Fantastic experience: Staff cannot do enough for you. Fabulous service. Highly recommend the sea bass. Clean, friendly, warm and welcoming. Will be back.

Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly receptionist on arrival at the hotel. The room was available thus allowed in earlier than expected, so good to drop off luggage - comfy bed & nice room. The 2 rosette restaurant was as good as always; excellent choices on the menu, one of the daily specials of cod, prawns and clams was superb - thanks to the chef. Not to be outdone the breakfast also has excellent choices in particular I think the chefs personal recipe sausages are the best tasting out there! Thanks for a great stay (October 24).

Fantastic experience: 3 days of fine weather enhanced an enjoyable stay at The Imperial Hotel which was ideally situated for shops, restaurants and the seafront. Our 4th floor room had a great sea view, and was clean, tidy and spacious. Food was good and all members of staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly.

Fantastic experience: An excellent hotel overlooking the sea. All the staff are very helpful and nothing to much trouble. Lifts provided to every floor, through out the building.

Fantastic experience: This hotel is lovely. It's situated in an amazing location, right opposite the sea. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff are polite, very friendly and helpful. It's definitely worth a visit anytime you're visiting Llandudno.

Fantastic experience: I've just enjoyed a few days a the Imperial. Staff here are professional and polite, the food is great and the rooms are large and very comfortable. I particularly want to thank Charlotte who took very good care of me when I needed to change rooms. People like her turn a 4/5 stay to a 5/5 stay. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful hotel with some brilliant staff. It's an incredibly beautiful hotel in a great position . It's the staff that makes this place just wonderful . Fantastic experience: Like a recent poster, we also enjoyed a 4 night DBB stay in late September. Staff, service and food all EXCELLENT! One or two minor gripes:- No walk-in shower, though I believe some rooms do have them. We were in a “superior” room at the front, overlooking the sea but still no walk-in shower. No room safe. Locked valuables in our case instead, though this could have been stolen! Sofa and two armchairs too low with low backs offering no support. All the above matter when you’re 75(wife) and 79(me)! Television reception rather iffy, especially when it rained. However, excellent WiFi so we watched the news etc on my iPad! HOWEVER,apart from those niggles, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably return for the really excellent staff, service and wonderful food! PS. And some lovely piano and harp playing in the lounge bar on two evenings. A real pleasure.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed four wonderful nights at the beautiful Imperial Hotel. The return to civility and tradition at the hotel is what most impressed us. Every detail was a reminder of what true service and hospitality should be. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful piano and harp serenade each evening. Those too brief four days will always be a special memory.

Fantastic experience: My experience to the Imperial Hotel was limited to their restaurant. Usually, I’m rather impartial to quote-on-quote “fancy food” and much prefer the comfort of home cooking but after hearing the reviews of this restaurant, I absolutely had to visit. I was greeted at the bar by a gentleman who I believe was named “Hari” who showed us to our seats (our being me and my fiancé) and made the initial impressions very comfortable and homely. We ordered our drinks and had some chit chat before he had to go off and assured us our waitress would be with us surely. Within seconds, our waitress “Jade” greeted us and offered some beautifully baked bread and menus. We had lovely conversation with Jade as she walked us through the specials and the type of dining experience that the Imperial provides. We were not waiting long for our mains but still within that time, both Hari and Jade checked in on us and assured us the food would be ready soon. The food was beautiful and very well presented, the chefs did an amazing job with both of our dishes and they came out looking and tasting spectacular. We would definitely reccomend the beef burger and the fish and chips. Very good price for such a lovely meal. We then moved on to dessert in which we shared a cheese board, personally we found this to be not enough to share between two people but maybe this is because I am a chubby lumpkins! The room for improvement would to have more options and a clearer view on what is provided on the cheese board on the menus. However, it was delicious nonetheless. The lighting and atmosphere of this restaurant was magnificent, it was like eating in a castle! I would definitely come to the Imperial for dinner again, not only for their absolutely darling staff but also for their gorgeous food and beautiful surroundings. This place gets nothing short of the five stars they deserve! Well done Hari and Jade for making this night very special for my fiancé and I’s anniversary Xxx

Fantastic experience: My visit on the 22/09/2024 was to the restaurant. The staff member named Hari greeted me and my fiancée and brought us to our table, his service was amazing and he kept checking on us throughout the night to see if our meal was to our liking. Another staff member called Jade brought our plates and cutlery out, she offered us bread and butter and she too had amazing service because she brought us fresh bread and butter throughout the night and brought our plates without us asking. I ordered the Welsh Burger, it was great! It was very juicy and satisfied my hunger; I could barely eat my sides of salad, fries and coleslaw! My fiancée ordered the fish and chips and she couldn't finish it also, the portion sizes are crazy big! The view, the staff members I interacted with and the food all tied The Imperial in a neat little bow I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing location, but so do at least 10 other hotels that lie around the promenade which are cheaper. The staff were respectful, the breakfast was good, the only gripe that I have is they don't have enough for vegetarian people, including their normal menu, especially if you are from India and are accustomed to lavish spreads, irrespective of your preferences! The rooms were spacious and clean. All in all, it was worth the stay! And they have an amazing history. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Imperial Hotel for our lovely stay!

Negative experience: I recently stayed at the Imperial Hotel, and while the facilities were quite nice, my overall experience was marred by poor customer service. I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast due to traveling with my 7-month-old, but the real issue arose during check-in. I arrived close to 1 AM and was charged £180, which I paid without hesitation. However, the next day, the front desk informed me that they had made a mistake and insisted that I pay the remaining balance, even though I had checked in very late. Essentially, I was being charged for the day prior, despite technically checking in the next day. I found this not only frustrating but also incredibly rude, as they refused to honor their own mistake. The attitude I received from the reception staff was appalling and really put a damper on my stay. It felt like they were more interested in extracting more money rather than ensuring a pleasant experience for their guests. In all my years of staying at various hotels, l've never encountered such poor customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be staying at the Imperial Hotel again. I frequently visit Wales due to family and friends in the area, but they've lost a loyal customer because of this incident.

Fantastic experience: We've stayed at the Imperial several times but this time came with the family and grandchildren. They thoroughly enjoyed it with a big family room. Staff in all areas are so friendly and helpful. They catered for us well at breakfast which has just about everything you could wish for by way of choice. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the bar does great cocktails and cappuccino at reasonable prices. Again attentive and friendly staff. Can't wait to come back next year.

Negative experience: Please don’t book this Hotel it is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Hotel from Hell. I stayed for 2 nights at the quay hotel which is a proper 4 star hotel They didn’t have an extra night for 27 July. So I searched on google for a 4 star hotel. I ended up booking this hotel imperial based on the pictures on their website. I expected to be better or equivalent to the same room standard with the one I stayed at The Quay Hotel and Spar. I was shocked to see your room tired and in desperate need of redecoration. My children said this room and hotel is creepy. They didn’t want to spent a night in your room they wanted us to at least go to a budget hotel like premier inn where at least their standard is predictably and they also maintain high standards of cleanliness at the most. Your hotel was horrible. The carpet was stained. The table top with tv had stains and dusty. The room was covered with dusty across the room and on lamp shades. Markings all over the room walls. The corridors stink. I couldn’t drink tea in the room the kettle had stains inside on the filter. What kind of a 4 star hotel is this? Your pictures on your website are deceiving they don’t show the true reflection of your rooms. This is really not good cheating people to book your hotel based on misleading pictures. I will never stay again in your hotel or recommend anyone. I am going to leave a review of my experiences on all the platforms you are advertising your hotel so that we stop you guys misleading people with the pictures that are not a true reflection of your tired rooms that are desperate for redecorating. There is no value for money. I took a lot of pictures during my stay at your hotel which I am going to use for the reviews. I thought I should bring this to your attention before I leave the reviews.

Fantastic experience: My Parents have just got back from a 3 night stay, both 86.The room was very clean and the food was excellent , a very big thank you to James and Simon , the to first aiders that attended to my dad after an incident in the swimming pool, and also for the reception staff and Tony who got a shower chair for my mum, this is their 7th year staying here and hopefully will be back next year .

Positive experience: We only popped in for lunch. Nice wine and ambience but we waited ages and ages for our sandwiches and upon chasing found that they had forgotten! They weren't brilliant when we eventually got them either and then we had to ask for cuttlery. No one seemed to be taking charge so quite poor considering that this is a 4 star hotel. We won't be going back.

Positive experience: A last minute booking and wasn't disappointed. Excellent location, On the corner of the promenade, free parking from 6 p.m. to 9a.m. +90 minutes. A well equipped gym, a swimming pool, basic sauna, steam room, a great buffet breakfast makes it a great accomodation. Would stay here again

Fantastic experience: Front facing superior double room was excellent although perhaps a little dated. Bathroom was large and clean and the views from the 3 large windows were fantastic. . Buffet style breakfast was excellent, service good. . A swimming pool enjoyable. .

Positive experience: We were extremely surprised at how nice the hotel is. Yes, it's slightly chintzy, yes it could do with a bit of a touch up here and there with paint. But overall a really good hotel, great size room (522), balcony with a lovely view, clean and extra pillows. Amazing gym and a good size pool. Bar area had a nice relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay again.

Negative experience: Location is great, staff not enthusiastic, manager nice when sober obnoxious when drunk. Food mediocre at best. Highly NOT recommended a lot better cheaper hotels to stay at. Offers are not real, beware what u are buying!

Fantastic experience: Good clean hotel with good facilities. Rooms a pit too old fashioned for us with pink salmon coloured everything but was good standard and everything we needed. Breakfast excellent apart from cold filtered coffee! So need a modern coffee maker.

Fantastic experience: One night stay. Reception staff, Bar and Breakfast staff all smiley, friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel, lovely feel about it. Great location. Big bedroom and bathroom. A soak in the bath was heavenly. Bed very comfy. Very quiet hardly heard anything insid or outside from our room. Sea view great. Breakfast plentiful good choice. Can't fault anything about our stay!

Positive experience: Nice warm clean room, food at dinner was very good, plenty on offer at breakfast but the coffee could be better, service at dinner was good, let down by a glass of red wine delivered to the table with wine spilt all over the base, ready to drip all over your shirt and trousers when you take a sip .

Positive experience: We could not fault the staff they were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding but the room let the Hotel down. I would have expected a far superior room for 200 pound a night, it had no character and lacked warmth, the TV must have been 20 years old the windows need a good clean eventhough the bathroom was clean and spacious it is in desperate need of modernization especially the shower above the bath. We have stayed in a lot of bed and breakfast in Llandudno and paid half the price per night with bedrooms far superior to the Imperial.

Fantastic experience: A large Victorian hotel on the promenade. Let's start with the hotels biggest asset....the staff, every single member of staff that I met during a 3 day stay were genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. My wife and I had dinner which was delicious, especially the lamb special. Breakfast is self service with a good range of fruits, cereals and cooked food, the coffee was really good. Large bar, dining room and balcony area looking out over the bay, beautiful views. Service was excellent. Our double room was large and well appointed. Small free car park at the rear, disabled access ramp entrance and lifts. We had a wonderful break and look forward to visiting again soon.

Fantastic experience: Just had a lunch here. Not for the first time as it's a nice place. We just had sandwiches which came with side salad coleslaw and a few crisps. Nicely presented and delicious. We have made this hotel our place for lunch when having a few hours in Llandudno. Well decorated and clean. In a prime spot on the promenade. I love pleasant surrounding. The staff are very polite and efficient. Prices are very reasonable. We'll be having two or three nights before long for sure.

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent overnight stay for The Hollies. The hotel staff were really helpful & friendly. Our room was lovely & clean with a sea view. Food was excellent. Breakfast was great the buffet breakfast we've had anywhere. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience: Lovely classic grand hotel on the promenade overlooking the sea and Victorian pier. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great menu for both lunch and dinner and very much enjoyed eating on the terrace with the sea views. On the weekend they have either a live pianist or harpist in the bar which is fantastic. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Definitely will be visiting again

Positive experience: Iconic heritage hotel, one of the best location on the sea front at the promenade, beautiful vintage lobby and restaurant. Staff is friendly and responsive. Rooms are quite spacious and well stocked with multiple tea/coffee options, recommended stay during autumn and winter, summer or little warm weather could be challenging as there is no air-conditioning in rooms.

Fantastic experience: Lovely hotel on the seafront albeit rooms are somewhat dated. Breakfast was great, can’t fault the staff who constantly kept the tables clean and replenished the hot buffet.

Negative experience: We have stayed several times at the hotel and always had a fantastic time, this has always been in the autumn time though, this time it was at the end of summer and was a beautiful hot day, unfortunately it was also a very hot night, despite keeping the windows open, along with the curtains, we had a very uncomfortable night. We understand this is out of your control and air conditioning could never be installed in such an old building but find it hard to believe that there is no provision in the rooms to account for warm nights. A floor standing fan could be left in each of the rooms for guests, these could be left in the wardrobe out of sight and are a small cost for a 4 star hotel.

Negative experience: Checked in at 15.15 checked out at 15.30! I had booked this hotel for a Monday to Friday stay last week. We booked a standard twin. The room was inhabitable and we were charged £545! I explained to the receptionist that the room had mould and damp. Someone came up to look and even though it was damp and the wallpaper was peeling off, she denied the black marks under the curtains were mould. They said they didn't have any other Rooms which I accepted... But room 126 should never have been available in the first place! It was old and knackered, the paper was peeling off the walls from damp. It also smelt bad, like drains. So I then had to take myself, cases and my disabled mum on a wild goose chase, in the rain to find another hotel. This hotel has a nice lobby, but that is where it ends. The rest of the place is run down and tired looking. I have stayed at better hotels in Blackpool!!! It also took them over a week to sort out the refund. Incompetent and rude staff. So take my advice don't be fooled by the professional pictures like I was! There are lovely hotels in Llandudno, the George and that area. Also they are 4* not like this place. What an awful experience. Edit: in response to the reply we were offered an upgrade that would cost us an additional £675! So let's not mislead people. Your handling of the matter was below par. I really feel you are completely false advertising! If this place is 4* I'm Kate Moss dear....

Fantastic experience: Staff room food excellent. However in the pool there was a notice saying no jumping no diving. Unruly children were doing just so! One grandmother even encouraged her grandchildren to jump in even tho we had pointed out the notice. It spoiled our enjoyment of that facility. Shouldn't staff enforce such a safety rule clearly displayed.

Fantastic experience: A lovely place to stay if you are visiting North Wales. A warm welcome awaits you where staff are very attentive and professional. The buffet breakfast is varied and of good quality as is the 2 rosette restaurant. The room l stayed in was spacious with views over the bay. I will return.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here for 3 nights, checked in promptly at reception & advised where room was, breakfast times etc. Had lovely room on 5th floor with little balcony. Room & bathroom absolutely spotless! Breakfast was amazing everyday, fabulous range of cooked hot buffet food & menu for things like omelettes etc. Had a drink in the bar each evening, very spacious bar area & great selection of drinks & food to order. Every single member of staff we met housekeeping, reception, bar staff, restaurant staff were polite, knowledgeable & friendly. Fantastic stay will definitely be back.

Positive experience: We picked this hotel for its 4 star and what it had to offer as a 4 star, but unfortunately, it's not what it says. it's more like a 3. Yes, as you walk in the main reception, it looks fantastic with all the chandeliers and decor, but that is all that sparkles in this hotel. Rooms are basic ,tv kettle, etc. There are no USB sockets anywhere in the room, so charging moblie phones, etc, so if you've forgotten your plug, you can't charge it in your room. Breakfast is a buffet style (get it yourself) and is small. Some of the staff were lovely, but unfortunately, we never got the same server. In a lower star, even buffet style, you get the same server. To use the swimming pool, which was free , but there is no changing facilities. You have to get changed in your room and walk in a dressing gown. The pool is on the first floor and the hotel has 5 floors so you are walking past other guests in your swimwear in a gown which are not great sizes. The restaurant chantleys was in the same place as breakfast food was good but expensive and once again lots of servers it would have been better and more personal just to have the same server throughout the meal.

Fantastic experience: Well, this be our 3rd stay here at the Imperial ...We really like it..We love the charm , the Staff, the Reception team and the room... We have stayed in Room 303 twice now and we feel its our no.1 choice when we come back again,... The breakfast is brilliant- really good choice ... And its Seafront , which is a bonus ...

Fantastic experience: When we visited one of the lifts was out of action (it was a weekend). However, this did not present a problem as the Imperial had two lifts. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Staffed well.

Positive experience: We booked a superior sea view room and couldn't have been more pleased, it was lovely, more like a suite than a room. Location right on the sea front with easy access to the super wide parade, and reasonably close to the town center and pier. I also booked this hotel for the great reviews of the Chantrey’s Restaurant, but was disappointed. For our evening meal we ordered the belly pork - I think belly pork should have crispy topping, it was just soggy, tender, but soggy. Breakfast was another disappointment. There was plenty of choice, but the hot buffet food was lukewarm, I would suggest ordering something from the kitchen that is freshly made. All it all, apart from the food, it was a nice stay and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic overnight stay at the Imperial Hotel, large double room with Seaview, was extremely comfortable, clean and offered a great view of the seafront. Some beautiful art deco features in the hotel, well maintained and staff were excellent!! A great central location, car parking limited but options available close by. We loved it!! (And that was without using the leisure facilities)

Negative experience: This hotel is about 300 years old, along with its decor and its facilities. I have slept in the desert with no aircon and it was cooler. Food and drinks were great along with service. But the room was from 1920, wall paper coming off the walls, bathroom my parents had in the 80's. The main parts of the hotel the decor was great looked fresh, but my room just looked tired and dated

Fantastic experience: Perfect location, staff are all helpful. The Room is specious. Bathroom is nice as well. We have metal fan available at the room. Restaurant meal taste nice. This is the second time we’ve been here. Absolutely love this hotel. Only one problem is we can hear upstairs walking 。 the effect of sound proofing is not impressed. Also the kettle is very plastic smell when we are trying boil the water. Took us 6 mins to boil two cups of water. Strong recommend the hotel should change the kettles.

Positive experience: Short break away, an area not visited for over 20 years. Nice hotel on the sea front in the centre of Llandudno, handy for everything. Nice sized pool and jacuzzi. Good breakfast with most of the usual things on offer friendly and very helpful staff. Room extremely warm at night, even with a fan and windows open . Rear of building could do with a paint to brighten it up , external bedroom window frame needed some attention (showing signs of water penetration).

Positive experience: What a gem of a hotel this is. In the heart of Llandudno. We had a lovely afternoon tea, overlooking the sea. Staff were all charming, very helpful & efficient. It was a very pleasurable afternoon being looked after & served so well.

Fantastic experience: Stayed in the Mostyn Suite, with fabulous views and comfortable furnishings. Everything clean and tidy and the staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Food was of a good standard and the pool and gym very pleasant.

Positive experience: A one night stay only, and we were delighted to be upgraded to a suite! Lovely location on the promenade, convenient for the town centre. Very comfortable room, and we were pleased to find a fan in the room as it was one of the hottest nights of the year. Great breakfast before we departed. Only challenge was finding parking close to the hotel.

Positive experience: Large well appointed hotel in the middle of the promenade with perfect views over the bay. I've now had several long stays as part of organised events. I remain impressed. Clean large, high ceiling rooms. Staff motivated, competent, and always willing. In house food fine, but also within short walk of a number of good places to eat out.

Positive experience: A lovely mid size hotel in a great location overlooking the promenade. The views are wonderful. Excellent bedroom, large, well decorated room with modern, well equipped bathroom, powerful, roomy walk in shower. Hotel was well presented and decorated. We enjoyed eating and having drinks on the terrace, watching the world go by. The food and service was good. We would certainly stay again.

Negative experience: . Menu Choice Very Poor because of same menu every night. Not 4* in my opinion. No choice for vegetarians. Regarding Mint Condition. Looked lovely BUT I was just not able to use. No Changing Facilities. Not 4*. I will go into detail later at individual areas. I can only comment on Mint Condition here. I love to use the Pool Facilities but was shocked that there are NO CHANGING FACILITIES! UNBELIEVABLE!! I am a stout person. The robes in the room did not even meet on me. I asked at Reception for bigger sizes. 2 other robes were brought to my room. 1 actually was smaller and the other was the same size as I already had. But even worse the 2 additional robes were supplied with NO belts for tying them with . Not good at all ,The Hotel expects guests to use the Mint Condition wearing a robe but at the same time to not provide robes to fit all guests. This is very unfair and actually is treating some guests unequal to others.Overalll Very Disappointed indeed and that's probably putting it mildly.

Positive experience: Lovely hotel with pleasant friendly staff. Good room with sea view,comfortable bed and excellent plumbing in bathroom. Had abad experience with the evening meal. We both had the salmon, which was under cooked my wife's raw in the middle. They cooked her a new piece half the size of the original, which hadn't been touched. By then I had finished my meal. It spoilt the whole experience of our evening meal. Eating out at a gastro pub tonight.

Fantastic experience: Lovely hotel. Very smart and clean. Common areas were lovely and the room although a little small was very good and clean. My only tiny complaint was that the room was very warm. We couldn't get the car on the car park but found a spot on the road and parking fees were very reasonable. Breakfast at the hotel (included in the room rate) was extremely good and the staff were friendly. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: We came for dinner as staying elsewhere, although we regularly stay here. The food offering was incredible. Fantastic service from Albert and the rest of the team. The starter and main were excellent - the dessert however was exquisite. Absolutely fantastic meal. We'll make sure we stay here again next time as the overall offering is superior to their competitors. One small negative was you're unable to leave a gratuity on a card. A real shame as we wanted to express our gratitude for the excellent service.

Positive experience: The hotel is really nice and staff very friendly. The only issue is newer staff in the restaurant seemed to lack training on what was available. For example on our first day we asked for a sandwich without peppers only to be told the chef couldn't do it. This seemed strange as this was our 4th stay this year and at no other time was it an issue. Finally on the last day we asked if we could have sorbet and ice cream for desert and we were told that the hotel does not serve those on there own and we would need to order a desert from the menu. Other than that everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Positive experience: Very comfortable and enjoyable hotel stay, really pleasant public areas. Good restaurant. Did not consider swimming pool area appropriate for hotel guests to use, need changing rooms for guests. Hotel staff very helpful. Would stay in The Imperial again.

Fantastic experience: We have stayed a few times before, last being 2018. It was wonderful to fine that the hotel was still as good if not better. Putting a maintenance form in the room is a great idea.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous place to stay, had an amazing view of the sea from our room All the staff are so friendly and helpful, they are the hotel's biggest asset. Food was excellent . Lovely swimming pool. Would highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to a return visit .

Fantastic experience: Husband and I have just been in for lunch and sat in the terrace. Sandwiches were amazing as well the acompliment. Staff very helpful and attentive. Albert makes the "Best " caramel latte

Fantastic experience: We decided to have a few days away in Llandudno after the trauma of moving house. We chose this hotel because of its location. The sea view and room was just what we wanted. The friendly staff and food was excellent. We will be back again.

Positive experience: Friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed linen and towels good quality . The pool was adequate, but I was not comfortable walking to and from the pool in a robe. The gym area was small , cluttered and uninviting, however the staff were attentive and pleasant. Bar staff and breakfast team were exceptional as was the 'dish of the day' on the two nights we stayed..

Fantastic experience: Excellent from my first phone call enquiry. Accommodated Gluten Free afternoon tea on arrival. Room was ready early and to a high standard of cleanliness. Prosecco chilling on arrival as ordered. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Drinks menu was very reasonable and tasty. No noise from other rooms so just the light crash of the waves to fall asleep to. Delicious breakfast with everything you could want. Easy and fast check out. Thank-you to all the staff and the hotel for making a much needed child-free break away so lovely. I don’t know when but we’ll come back.

Fantastic experience: Found staff extremely helpful. Evening meals were delicious. Housekeeping remembered my requests. Had a fantastic corner room with beautiful views of the sea and side view of the promenade and bay. Reception staff extremely helpful.
