Positive experience: I’ve raised an oral complaint about the headrest on the angled leg press multiple times, it really it’s cumbersome to use that particular piece of equipment when I’m trying to work out and my heads’s getting poked and starts itching in the middle of using the damn thing. Apart from that, it’s a pretty good place, they do take a significant and notable time with replacing/removing equipment Quite a good place in totality though

Positive experience: could be much better, could be worse. Pros. Relatively quiet and well equipped , All major equipment is there so you can just focus on your workouts, and you won't get bothered. Some people are okay and keep to themselves and pick up after themselves. Cons. Toilets are horrible. No locks on the doors. No tissue paper. Broken taps. dirty and smell repulsive. Upstairs floor Cold Very cold You need a thick skin and triple layers just to do your workouts. Leaking roof in the rain. Some people just throw rubbish on the floor, don't bother to put their own weights back in the correct places, and act like entitled children with little sense of decency. They usually come at certain times so avoid those times, if you prefer not to be around aggressive and aggravating, extremely loud, brash, Rude, vulgar individuals who will connect to the huge Bluetooth speaker and blast profanity, violent, Angry noises they call music, that gets them tossing weights on to the floor and leaving smelly sweat stains on the equipment not caring at all about the people who actually have to clean up after them. Without them, and with some much needed renovating the place could actually be a really nice tidy business.

Fantastic experience: This is honestly one of the most vibrant and energetic gyms I have ever visited. The staff are very friendly and always attentive to your needs. The owners who I believe are Asif and Deen are very welcoming and their work ethic sets the standard for every single gym member. TMC is not just a gym. TMC is a family and home for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Great underground gym, has everything you need to build a solid foundation. Not really for the commercial minded so ignore the silly low reviews.

Negative experience: Rough area, rubbish parking and inadequate equipment

Negative experience: Disgusting place AVOID . Smells too...arrogant staff with big egos
