Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Greenwich is honestly the best gym I’ve been to in a while, they’ve got all the machines and gear you need to get and stay in top shape, not too packed also so more freedom to work and do circuit training without any disturbance, always clean, great staff members and PTs who are always ready and willing to help, I’d recommend this gym to anyone without the borough of Greenwich and outside.

Negative experience: Mediocre cleanliness, ridiculous app and worst of all, their money grabbing policy that requires 30 DAYS notice for canceling your subscription!

Positive experience: Decent gym. On the small side, but there's enough machines and areas to do a workout. When it's busy, you may need to wait for a machine, but isn't usually for too long!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Snap Fitness Greenwich for over a month now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facilities are top-notch, always clean, and equipped with a wide range of machines and free weights to accommodate any workout routine. A special shoutout to my trainer, Emeka aka TeddyB Fitness. He is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, tailoring workouts to fit my specific needs and pushing me to reach my full potential. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I started training at Snap Greenwich thanks to Emeka or best known as Teddy I was looking for a well prepared PT to start a long term journey with me. Teddy has always been very friendly and welcoming. He is flexible and has lots of knowledge around training and nutrition. My main goal it’s to lose weight and he thought me a lot about the process. He is always there to encourage me and keep the focus.. recently he even challenged me to run 5k that I have never thought I could. He now also trains my husband and we are seeing the results we desired for so long!! I would definitely recommend him and this amazing gym, love the space end equipments.

Negative experience: A lack of variety in resistance machines . Few ripped benches. A tedious gym environment other than the cardio area by the treadmills.

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up. Nice gym not too busy, clean and staff are very helpful. Machines are up to date worth the money you give here.

Negative experience: Disappointing visit. I was hoping to learn more about what features justify their charging higher membership fees than comparable gyms but could not really find any. The person at reception was brusque to say the least - she was training a client and seemed put out by my arrival though I had turned up at the agreed time. She then gave me a listless tour around the gym as if she was just going through the motions and wanted to get it over and done with asap, pointed me in the direction of the changing rooms and lockers and left me to my own devices. As I said I could not really find any features which would justify their charging £15 a month more than my current gym in Greenwich. As I live north of the river, my current gym also offers me a locational advantage by being much closer to Curry Dark DLR). I would have liked to come back and make a more informed decision by visiting at different times and days and getting more of a feel for the vibe, but the frostiness of the reception simply left me relieved to make my way out as soon as I possibly could.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience at Snap Fitness Greenwich. I recently decided to visit the Snap Fitness location in Greenwich, hoping for a change of scenery from my usual gym. However, my experience left much to be desired.Upon arrival, I was met with a lackluster welcome from a staff member who seemed more interested in their phone than assisting customers. The gym itself was in a disappointing state; equipment was dirty and many pieces were in disrepair, with loose handles and missing screws making them unsafe to use. The overall cleanliness of the gym was subpar, with dirty carpets and weights scattered around haphazardly.As a patron of Snap Fitness, I expected a higher standard of service and cleanliness. It's concerning to see such neglect, especially considering the brand's reputation for providing a premium gym experience.In today's world, where social media often dominates our attention, it's crucial for businesses to prioritize the basics, such as cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, my visit to Snap Fitness Greenwich fell short in both respects.

Positive experience: Nice well equipped gym, just a little smaller than I thought it would be.

Negative experience: Small gym and sometimes smells literally like sewage near the treadmills.Toilets smell bad. You can do the essentials in terms of the equipment; however, terrible agreements for the users. In case you decide to go, read the terms and conditions of their contracts. Also, you might experience terrible behavior and dodginess when deciding to leave.

Positive experience: Not a bad gym, particularly if you live locally. It is small, which is both an advantage (less clientele) and disadvantage (general space and quantity of equipment / weights etc).

Fantastic experience: Snap fitness is an excellent gym. Simran and Alex were extremely helpful in my induction, PT Alex explained what different equipment is for and how to use it properly. Simran made the signing up process easy and fast, would definitely Recommend

Fantastic experience: This is one of the bigger snapfitness gyms, unfortunately, they seem to not have as much equipment as some of the smaller ones like Dartford and Elephant and castle. The dryers in the toilets never work which is annoying. It’ll be great if we could get some equipment other snapfitness locations have, such as a female Olympic bar and a safety bar. 5 stars because it is all around a good gym and i haven’t had any problems. But just some suggestions above

Positive experience: Great gym, mornings and weekends are really quiet. Some equipment missing though, like 32.5kg dumbbells so it can make you get creative on how you progressively overload your muscles.

Fantastic experience: Started going to this gym 6 weeks ago, small gym but has a good community feel to it.Everyone in the team especially Karen, Alex and Russell are really friendly and the gym does not have that intimidating feel to it.I would say it is a safe and comfortable space for people to train especially women and beginners.

The gym is extremely clean since the new management stepped in. Fantastic experience: "space to skip/stretch/lift weights. Have all equipments and quite spacious to do workout properly. This gym divided in two sections. One section properly dedicated for weight lifting and one section for cardio, cross fit workout and weight training. They also have locker to keep your stuff safely. For me its a good gym at reasonable price. 5 start rating from me

Fantastic experience: I really loved the workout i had in the gym! .. Karen the manager was very good answering all my questions and showing me around the gym. Compared to other gyms I had in the past, they have very good equipment in there, everything was tidy, its not busy at all and you dont have to wait a long time for machines to be available and everything was extremely clean, i was very impressed with it and it also has showers and hair straighteners which was ideal as I can get ready from there. Will definitely recommend it

Fantastic experience: Karen and the team have done an amazing job with the place. There's a real sense of pride in what they do and it has reflected in the quality and cleanliness of the gym. Alex’s Saturday morning circuits are a great way to get you ready for the day, she’s great at getting you motivated and trying new exercises, it’s tough, you get a proper sweat on, but its a lot of fun. Well worth it! I have PT sessions, which is something I never thought would happen, Kris definitely pushes you past what you think you can do. There’s a real friendly vibe to the place from the staff to the people that go there. If you are looking for a gym, I would recommend this one.

Fantastic experience: Really loving the new management style. The intimidating 'boys club' atmosphere is gone, and with it the 3 inch thick dust that covered everything. This gym is proof that an affordable gym doesn't have to be a soulless dive, it can actually be really welcoming and motivating. Looking forward to getting stuck into some PT sessions and trying out the new classes on offer.

Fantastic experience: I've tried a few of the gyms in Greenwich and this is the best by far, especailly since the new managers took over. Place is clean, well lit and friendly. Equipment is more up-to-date than other gyms, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Joined a month ago after a long time of zero fitness (decades!) and very happy that I picked this gym. There was a change of management just as I started and Karen and Russell (who have taken over) are amazing. I'm in 4-5 days a week and the gym is always clean, everything well stocked, bathrooms and showers immaculate.. its generally how I would expect a very high end (and expensive) gym to be kept but at a pretty good monthly cost. You can see the pride the new managers take in their business that reflects in the environment. Also, in terms of environment, I was a bit nervous coming after so long out of practice but the gym is really never that busy... the most I've seen inside is probably 10 people at once and its quite big so you can just get on with your own routine and not feel self conscious, there is loads of equipment and it's always well maintained (I've not seen a machine out of action yet!)

Negative experience: I trained in this gym for 2 years and the quality of the gym starts to getting worse and worse. The people there are nice but the machines sometimes are not working. It’s not as good as before.

Negative experience: Never is someone there, to small, not all the equipment. this looks more like a loundry, it gives a bad vibe.

Positive experience: Poor customer service and communication

Fantastic experience: There is always plenty of space to workout when I go in the mornings and a great variety of cardio machines and weights. The PT sessions are also the best I've ever had, highly recommended!

Positive experience: I like the fact that this gym is not crowded but their elliptical machines never work and are permanently unplugged. Monthly fee is higher than other gyms and there is also a joining fee. Clean gym.
