24/7 Fitness - Telford Gym

Positive experience: Has all the kit I need and is quiet enough at the times I go. The changing room can be chilly at this time of year.

Positive experience: Easily accessible, clean and has all of the equipment required for a good fitness regime.

Fantastic experience: Had problems with buying a membership at the wrong, a staff member under the name Joe got back in touch so fast and was so understanding and supportive. :)

Negative experience: Hygiene level is very bad here, everytime i visited i seemed to get cough or some sort illness

Positive experience: Great gym. Plenty of equipment. Can be very busy. Plenty of parking. Only complaint is the showers are disgusting. I doubt they've ever been cleaned. Mould everywhere, they stink. Water shoots out in all directions due to limescale. Get out the shower feeling more dirty than when you got in

Fantastic experience: I love this gym so much. I do the classes and all the instructors are so lovely and welcoming.

Negative experience: The worse gym I’ve ever encountered. The bathrooms are horrible and unclean. And the gym classes are very cliquey with certain instructors having unusual favoritism to certain female members resorting to them asking them to help teach! Very strange and unprofessional. Made me terribly uncomfortable.

Negative experience: Good equipments to train with but their hygiene is terrible. Nothing to wipe the equipment with and only one WC in the mens changing room which a bit grim

Negative experience: The gym is so busy and I've had to change my entire routine several times. Cable machines brake quite frequently. The place is freezing and the female changing room is dark and dingey, the showers aren't powerful enough to wash yourself/ hair properly. There's nothing to wipe the equipment down with either which is a bit grim. The floor is uneven by the free weights, so not ideal for legs.

Negative experience: Staff were unhelpful when they overcharged me months worth of membership after I had left. Gym facilities aren't amazing and the place is usually cold. The way to get in is awkward and the codes to get in are temperamental.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending this gym for the last few months since finding foundry gym Telford far to busy when I want to attend. Staff are super friendly and easy to talk to ! The selection of people that attend the gym varies so not like any other gym. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to sign up to a new gym or different gym also because of the price being so cheap

Negative experience: (+) I really like the classes, and all the staff are very friendly. (-) But there are incredibly cold!!! No heating in the changing room at all . Sometimes outside is warmer.

Fantastic experience: I work as a support worker for adults with learning difficulties, predominantly autism and I frequently use 24/7 fitness in telford with the gentlemen I support. These lads have a wide variety of complex needs and Ryan and Hayley at 24/7 are always faultless in how they offer support and encouragement while they are working out and always take an interest in their lives and always speak directly to them rather than through me. The facilities at 24/7 are also spot on, with a wide variety of equipment to use. Changing rooms are perfectly adequate and serve their purpose. Would highly reccomend to anybody looking at joining a gym.

Positive experience: Recently rejoined, so far so good! Facilities are OK, changing rooms and toilet looking very old now. Spin studio is good, instructors are OK.. Although not Les Mills spin classes which is a shame.

Fantastic experience: First day at the gym today, had problems with my pin.. so on arrival, I met hayley the gm and she was very polite and approachable, and helped me with my problem, hayley is a credit to 24/7 gym and very professional, the gym is well set out and caters for most if not all needs and is very clean, I highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Great environment and vibe, excellent variety of kit for everyone, whether your new to a gym or a hard-core gym goer lifting heavy. With a range of weight equipment from pin machines to plate loaded. It's so nice to go to a gym and see the members respecting and following the COVID control measures, to keep up all safe. After a long time, I have finally found a gym that I actually look forward to visiting.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, plenty of weights and machines ideal for a beginner and more advanced persons. The number 1 thing is the paper towels used to wipe machines down. They have stronger towels than the other gyms I've been to in the area (theGym, Pure Gym) which means they don't fall apart when wiping down machines. This is the main reason I love this gym. The second best thing is the number of mirrors and placement of machines. All machines where you would like to check form have mirrors in front (squat racks, power racks, cable machines, benches)
