Positive experience: The gym is amazing and the spa is decent enough, but the swimming pool isn't the best. It's a public swimming baths, so I think that says it all, it's not private or members only. I think their gym is the best I've been to in Tamworth though.

Fantastic experience: We have been last week and enjoyed the pools in a family session, outstanding in comparison with other places where we were for swimming. Children have plenty of floats to play with, water and environment is warm, changing rooms are decent size, clean place overall . We didn’t use the waterslide but surely we gonna do it next time!

Positive experience: Went for the all day package with my 7 year old daughter. We did swimming first which was fine to start with - my daughter was enjoying the water slide until a new memeber of staff (young girl) decided to tell her she was too small for the slide. My daughter had already been going on it for over an hour and the girls chose to change their mind and say she was too small, even though she'd been big enough for over an hour? If you're going to have height requiremnts then make sure all staff follow them! The 'supervisor' came over and said it was down to the member of staff and if they want to risk health amd safety! Very unprofessional in my opinion. If it's because of health and safety then surely all staff should be following it? Upset my daughter a great deal as she was nervous anyway and we'd only just got her confident on it! Won't be returning to this facility - what a joke!

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to take the kids to, ice skating, skiing, swimming, climbing are some of the activities you can do here, one of the better facilities like this I've been too, looks very well run, plenty staff around and always busy

Positive experience: I’ve been coming to this gym for a while now and I think there are way to many cardio machines and find it annoying there is only one hip abductor machine and only one smiths machine when they are the most used for gainers. I do honestly think they need more weight machines..

Fantastic experience: Great venue for the family, the prices can rack up if you go unprepared but hey always have a ton of deals on. Plenty of equipment in the gym, I've not had to wait for the cardio and the strength rotates quickly. A trainigg plan was set up early to follow. Swimming pool is fine, good lessons for the kids and a flume wihh dedicated sessions for all. The spa has a steam room, sauna, experience showers, foot bath, loungers and a jacuzzi, again no waiting. Great experience all around.

Positive experience: We used the pool. Nothing special. The changing rooms felt grubby with no family facilities (just separate male and female changing rooms) and there weren't any individual shower cubicles - just the open shared versions.

Positive experience: Gym is great, very spacious with tons of equipment. Spa is amazing. With heated loungers, foot spa. Hot tub, steam room & sauna. Plus swimming pool. The only reason this is not a 5 star is because the mens changing room is awful. You have no privacy when taking a shower. It is all open. They could easily put doors and separate the showers. They do for the females changing rooms so why not the mens? If they referbed the mens changing room this would be 5 stars. But as they have not done anything about it over the years. I can't see it ever changing...

Fantastic experience: It has a big selection of machines. Staff are constantly cleaning. Great selection of classes. Lots of parking but only free if you are a member otherwise its £2. Spa is modern and has a great choice of treatments.

Fantastic experience: You really do get what you pay for here the gym staff are amazingly helpful and present the equipment is great the programs you can get set up for you at your induction then a free PT session to get you started I have done a few classes and yet to try the spa area yet but so far I would highly recommend it and Lorraine I think is a manager if she is isn't she should be as she is always very friendly and helpful

Positive experience: A nice little spa with a lovely gym, I thought it was slightly overpriced at £25pp for a day pass. There is a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and showers. Nice and clean. Staff were friendly

Fantastic experience: I cant fault this place for value for money. Every piece of gym Equipment you can imagine, free weights, machines, TRX, kettlebells, functional training equipment, plenty of treadmills, watt bikes, Stair steppers, spin studio, boxing equipment. Very spacious and clean. Staff are helpful. Great variety of classes. Spa facilities and a 25m pool. None of the local gyms have this much to offer.

Positive experience: I go to The Snowdome to swim in the indoor pool. It is a large sized pool but in need of some refurbishment, especially the shower and locker facilities.
