Positive experience: Great gym and the morning class by Kai is the best one I have attended so far. The gym is always kept well, it is neat and clean. The staff has a mix of extremely professional and helpful trainers like Kai and Farishey. However, the experience is brought down by a few staff including managers who aren't trained to answer calls, speak to customers and deal with last minute cancellations of classes. The classes are great though. The option for Small Personal Training groups will be something to try.

Positive experience: Title: Misleading Free Trial Offer I just moved in to Wembley Park and I was excited about Wembley Fitness Gym's free trial offer advertised on their website. After requesting the trial online and receiving a confirmation email, I visited the gym. However, the staff at the reception seemed unaware of the offer, and I ended up paying for a day training session. This miscommunication left me a bit disappointed. On the positive side, they turned things around by offering me a helpful tour of the gym's facilities and equipment. The gym looked very clean and not too busy even at peak hours. Overall, clearer communication would certainly enhance the overall experience.

Fantastic experience: Mostly nice gym and people working out. Been going for 5 months now, don't really have any issues. It does get busy after working hours, but really quiet on the weekend. There are a couple of weirdos, but that unavoidable in any gym haha. Overall good experience and recommended :)

This is not the 1st time. /20/08/2022 Saturdays almost 6 weeks gym is not open on time on Saturdays.I don’t know why nobody looking into this matter. Members are out side. Negative experience: People never join at this gym,I the worst management,And Yes it is true,after a 4 years I receive email about my membership to pay 16,99.And my friend aswell,Iven if you cancel it how they say with 1 month notice,You will receive after a years warning email that you have to pay to them,And I was sure this it will happen,That manager in 2018,He don’t want people to cancel the membership,So he try his best to force us to stay there,Be carefully,Don’t go,There are good gyms wich you can trust and be a membership,But unefortunately Not This One

Negative experience: Scammers. I had asked to cancel my membership well in advance to avoid a debit for the following month. But no. They let it go through and now asking for another payment. I refused to pay then. And after 3years I received this email from then: Hello, I am contacting you to inform and remind you about the arrears on your account still outstanding. If you do not clear the balance as soon as possible, Harland's the payment company will charge £20 fees on top for missed direct debit and we have no control over their fees. We regret to advise that unless payment is made within 14 days of receiving this notice, this collection will automatically transfer to Harland's for debt recovery. Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting company! Haven't been a member since 2015, and it is now 2022 and they have the cheek to tell me my account is in arrears because I didn't cancel my membership "properly", even though when I called to cancel all they said was to just cancel the direct debit!

Negative experience: A good gym and in a good location but try to avoid. Once you leave, they email you saying you owe them money but if you call the branch, they say otherwise. Please try and avoid! This happened again when I rejoined, will never be rejoining !

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing gym!! All of the trainers are quite kind and develop an interest in you, regardless of your fitness level. I appreciate how they provide me with tips and methods to help me get through each workout. I've been attending for a few weeks and have already seen a significant difference in my activity levels and physical appearance. Kai Antoine deserves a special mention. He's always been kind, friendly, and generous. He makes training pleasurable and exciting, and he is a great motivator and encourager! Kai is the man for you if you're searching for inspiration, flexibility, and a close connection in a PT.

Fantastic experience: I've had a couple of personal training sessions with Tyrone , who is brilliant! He set me up on a good path as I begin my fitness journey . If the gym had a dedicated receptionist, especially at the weekends, that would be perfect. Highly recommend this gym and Tyrone :)

Negative experience: Very poor management! Can no longer choose who I train with which defines the poinf of a PERSONAL TRAINER. They treat their team unprofessionally and poorly. I raised a complaint to the manager Sunny and he blocked my number, planning to escalate this issue as a customer won't let anyone treat me like that! Cheers

Positive experience: Messages submitted are never replied to. Gym advertises range of classes however despite paying for higher membership to include "premium" classes, cancellations are not updated on app. Assured by staff each time that next class will run yet have attended 4 times with no instructor present. Really poor. Edit: last couple of weeks have seen considerable positive changes with new manager Sunny. App updated, class range and sessions increased.

Positive experience: It is small but has most of the things you could need + there is not many people going! The staff is very friendly and they have good classes. It is a bit expensive for the amount of machines you get, but I feel it compensates with the fact that not many people is enrolled.

Negative experience: Few things that added up to this rating - first, severe lack of communication from the gym as they haven't responded to my emails, second - sub-par equipment, broken showers and not working gym capacity system (especially during the pandemic), and lastly it being falsely advertised as no contract. Also, gym offers free membership month for reviews, hence so many good reviews. Don't get fooled!

Fantastic experience: Amazed at how much space is in this gym. Definitely the biggest in the entire Wembley area, and I look forward to working with the team on my rehab at this location. Just go in and look, you'll see for yourself!

Positive experience: Used to go here a few months back, lovely team and people but unfortunately the equipment here is kinda old, and looks like the place is falling apart. Showers are cold and completely broken. Not sure when the company is going to decide to fix it up but during my 2 year membership I saw no improvements

Negative experience: If your looking for a laugh sign up to this gym, you'll have plenty of laughter run by clowns, didn't uphold the promise of incentives for paying during lockdown, never ever return calls, you always have to chase them up, cancelled my membership best thing I've done since joining avoid this establishment all good until there's a problem. Still haven't received my refund as agreed nice to respond on Google reviews like you care but in reality nothing was done.

Fantastic experience: Offers good value for money. Wide range of equipment available. Sadly not a 24 hour gym but does stay open for extended hours during weekdays. Would have been great if they have the same extended hours on weekends too instead of the current reduced hours. Currently have to book in slots ahead due to Covid hopefully which will not be required once the restrictions are relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined and I’m really enjoying énergie gym. Lana showed me around the gym and was very patient when it came to showing me how to use the weights and apparatus in the gym. The gym is never too busy or crowded. They have space for you to do your own workout if you don’t want to use weights or do classes. I love that there’s always someone on site to assist. I haven’t used the shower facilities yet but every time I’ve been in the locker room it’s always really clean. It’s not the biggest gym but it defo has everything you need to enjoy a low / high impact workout. I would defo recommend.

Negative experience: Lots of miscommunications about the classes , one minute is going ahead , the next is cancelled .People (managers from the gym) suddenly entering the classes ( interrupting )and starting live recording or taking the video withouth your consent , … is this GDPR compliant ? Considering the climate we’re in , you barely find tissues to wipe the equipment down ? When asking for it , you’re been given a long stare Toilets are in horrible conditions , they should be checked frequently ! Now , this is feedback , as much as I’m very much aware you might not want/like to hear , that’s my pure observation and it’s pretty much “consistent “ P.s. strongly advise that some of the classes are observed for quality purposes , a lot of our time is been waisted ! You can clearly see some off the individuals are NOT capable to conduct them at a “acceptable “ level however 5 star goes to Anita -PROFESSIONAL

Fantastic experience: I like the atmosphere of the gym it has a nice peaceful vibe to it. The equipment available is good for the size of the gym. The manager I met was really friendly and welcoming. I also love the fact it closes late Mon-Fri. It is really clean as well which is always a plus in gyms, especially during these times. All the staff are friendly and helpful too, overall this gym is great.

Fantastic experience: This gym is so peaceful. It has all the equipment I need. There is equipments for everything you need for the body. I love the way the staff measured my body and created a training plan to the standard I wanted. I was surprised that the workout matched what I needed. The atmosphere is so fun and I can focus without any distractions. Btw the music is actually good in this gym.

Positive experience: Been there for 4 years. A great Gym with amazing Staff such as Anita, motivating and always happy to help out. Overall i highly recommend it to anyone whether starting out or already experienced in training. But there could be done some improvement to the equipment like the pull up bars on the ground floor. They are the most comfortable due to the way they are set up. What i would suggest is either to put like a bar in between the 2 handles that hold the boxing bags or maybe changing the material from which the bars are made like more metallic or steel like making the grip better and a bit less painful on the palms calluses.

Fantastic experience: Top female friendly gym in west London!! Before joining I trained for the past 3 years at a women’s gym in central London but after 1st lockdown I went on a search for a female friendly gym in or near west London. I went to a couple “gender segregated gyms” which were awful. I didn’t feel comfortable lifting in a lot of male dominated gyms. As soon as I walked in and met Sofia I knew this gym was run by a bunch of badass women . Female dominant staff which is amazing and overall it’s a respectful gym with great vibes. The weights section is well gender balanced and not male dominant which is rare for a lot of gyms unfortunately. It’s been 6 months and I’m still so happy in my decision (even considering the 20 minute drive to get there!). Thank you energise Wembley, Awo x

Negative experience: This gym has gone down hill, just not the same. They have had many different managers who bring about different changes. They have gotten rid/run off all the good members of staff and replaced them with people who are just not friendly or approachable. The one good member of staff that was consistently doing classes in the morning they got rid off. Would not recommend this gym.
