Negative experience: What a poor excuse of a “gym”. Too small an accommodation to consider it one with minor mostly machine weights. Missing vital equipments such as hack squats, hamstrings pull-up, so many to name. I think someone just claimed squatters rights on their dad’s basement and thought they could make a quick buck putting some machines within it. Quite a sad sight. I wouldn’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very tidy gym, all members of staff are lovely and I always feel welcomed. Busy sometimes but never the type of busy that ruins your workout

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere mainly due to Scott who has been so encouraging and motivating from day 1. Scott has made a huge effort to recognise members by their first name which in turn makes you feel welcomed and important. I love the monthly challenges, it’s important to have goals to avoid losing focus. It’s nice a gym looks after the current members

Negative experience: I have repeatedly tried to cancel my membership for a year since moving away… I had no luck and so I cancelled it with the bank. I am now being pursued by you for the money with emails that threaten to affect my credit rating. Nobody responds to the emails or your contact form and nobody answers the phone number provided. I called 6 times today… I have no option to pay the bill or cancel the membership! Help me out here please! What do I do!?

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Frimley is a great gym! Less busy than other gyms with a good amount of equipment. There's a very inviting feel with a positive atmosphere, helpful staff, and friendly gym-goers. Of all the gyms I've been to, this is my favourite!

Fantastic experience: Attended my first Bootcamp Saturday morning session with Scott as the facilitator today. Training was hard work and I thought I’d need a defib at one point, but Scott kept us going with his motivational words and banter. Definitely coming back next week!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start. The team at Frimley are absolute stars, giving me advice on how to use the equipment and any advice concerning my workout needs. Very professional and happy to help me at any time. Premises are very clean and tidy. These guys are now my gym family

Fantastic experience: Lovely club with friendly staff who are willing to help. New management and staff are making the gym a nice environment to train in. I often use the squat racks and can get on to do a session quite easily. I have had no problems with members not sanitising equipment and I have also seen staff being diligent in making sure it is a clean and safe environment.

Negative experience: The gym is lacking in equipment meaning long waits at peak times. Showers and toilets were often unclean. I received a parking ticket, despite registering my car with the tablet at reception. The staff refused to help with my appeal to the parking company and ignored my emails. Wrongfully took money from my account long after I had cancelled my membership. Condescending and nonsensical emails from their management. Overpriced, understaffed, too small and a pain to cancel. Avoid.

Negative experience: Poor treatment by staff especially by management. I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Treadmills are always available, staff are friendly and give you space. Plenty of machines.

Fantastic experience: If you want to PT that will put you through your paces, teach you new techniques and help you stick to a lean muscle building diet then Phil’s your man. He may look like Bigfoot from Bigfoot and the Hendersons but the guy knows his stuff.

Fantastic experience: Friendly gym - being an older woman I get nervous going to a gym but this place is not intimidating at all. Good range of equipment and shower rooms are great. Can be busy at various times of the day - I tend to go early morning and have no trouble using the kit I need to. There are a couple of PTs available to offer advice and train you. I have been training with Phil for a number of months and really pleased with the results.

Really pleased with the PT Sessions I booked with Phil Fleming who provided a detailed training plan with loads of advice.

Fantastic experience: I have been training here since january 2019 & i love it . Clean gym with friendly staff and great equipment. Phil Fleming pts me there as well and under his guidance I have come on leaps and bounds. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Super clean, lots of great equipment. Also there are classes available. Some with an instructor and others virtual on a large screen. You can select on an iPad screen what type of class and boom! There it is. Vending machine drinks are cheap. Only a pound for a bottle of water. Staffed until 9pm. Staff are a hoot! Super helpful. Worth the dosh I don’t know what previous comments mean by saying only one pull down machine etc. There are other machines that also have a lat pull down as one of many resistance exercises. It’s about trying a testing new things.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, best gym around Camberley / Frimley area. Clean and friendly environment.

Negative experience: Gyms very quiet, but the equipment is lacking. Only has 1 bench and one lay pull down for example. Wouldn't recommend to anyone serious about training.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, clean, well equipped. Both staff and gym users are friendly. Phil's a great Personal Trainer who really wants to get the best out of you and is very personable. Free parking at the back. Showers are lovely.

Negative experience: Despite being told cancellation is possible at any time with a phone call during the signup and on the companies website. This is not the case a visit to the gym is required. Very misleading.

Negative experience: After numerous emails, have still failed to cancel my membership to Snap Fitness Frimley. Notice was given on 1st May inc. necessary forms filled out. Eddie confirmed the membership was cancelled, so final payment should have been 2nd May as was written on the cancellation form they require you to fill out. Unauthorised payment taken out on 2nd June and emails have been ignored and no refund made. Today I receive an email saying my payment has failed! Clearly still has not been cancelled off the system properly. I am now in the process of filing with small claims to recover the balance. Avoid unless you want to be messed around if you ever want to quit. UPDATE - they are still charging money off my card despite being confirmed by Hayley that my account was definitely closed. Now having to go through a dispute process with my bank just to stop these cowboys taking funds without permission!

Positive experience: It’s a great little gym..free parking for up too 2 hrs! Also you get a great free warm up by cleaning up, replacing barbells and removing plates from all the kit that customers like to leave for you, it’s great...other than that not bad at all!

Negative experience: What a waist of time! Website clearly indicates "Staff will be available for new memberships, guest visits, and more. Tuesday 7am - 9pm". Arrived after a numerous unanswered phone calls to the Frimley Snap @ 7pm. Nobody bothered to let me in despite of number of people saw me at the front door!! Website is not transparent. No prices are available. You will receive the price list for your personal details exchange!! Glad I didn't terminate my current contract. Few pounds more and get better service elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, clean (new) equipment. Only 3 showers/changing rooms which fill up in busy times but suitable for size of gym. Video lessons aren't the best but understandable for 24hr gym. Great value for money, however.

Negative experience: Useless, website won’t let you view pricing or join and tells you to visit to gym. Went to the gym and there’s no staff to talk to. All in all a waste of time.

Negative experience: During the covid time, I received parking tickets. I did what every one does, parked and entered registration on the ipad. In addition a collection agency contacted me for another parking ticket (same gym car park ), never received this ticket in the post. No one from gym contact email responded to anything. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. SNAP FITNESS YOU MUST PAY £150 I PAID TO THIS COLLECTION AGENCY.
