Fantastic experience: Fantastic, friendly local gym. Classes are particularly good - Lennon's spin class on Wednesdays are always high energy, the yoga sessions are especially good and Tony has some great music choices in Friday spin.

Fantastic experience: This is a really great gym, cannot fault it... The friendly and approachable staff make it special , in particular Tony who manages the joint. It's well worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: The Gym has very good equipment although being on 2 floors isn’t great but during my many sessions with Lennon , we had hard word and she had the knowledge about fitness to adapt exercises. She always has a smile on her face. But can. Not count to 10. As for investing a PT Lennon is great as she has done the journey herself from eating pies to now having a positive mindset n new body so she really understands the temptations. Try a session with Lennon you will laugh and ache.

Positive experience: Hit and miss gym you get what you pay for Doors play up all the time , so you can’t get 24 access on occasions, a lot of signs on machines saying out of order ! But it’s a 24 hour gym and the only one in Margate and surrounding areas !

Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly environment and helpful staff. The Hammerstrengh machines are my personal favourites. They also have fit bags and a reasonably sized functional area, highly recommend.

Positive experience: Friendly low cost gym. The classes on offer are good and the hula is great! The sign in system and app have changed a few times so you have to be up to date with which to use. The staff are very friendly.

Negative experience: I'm not quite sure this gym deserves its current Google 4.6 score. After my gym closed I decided to try a few different gyms in the area. Infinity would be my preference as it's the closet to my previous gym for work and commute on the way. My first visits was about 6 weeks or so ago. I must say this staff are very friendly, but this can't hold up a gym by itself. There were multiple pieces of equipment with signs to say they were broken. A piece of dumbbell plastic actually fell into my eye when lifting. There's a few ceiling tiles missing here and there and although I saw a staff member vacuuming. The place is in need of a deep clean. The showers were also not fit to use, not sure when they last seen a bit of bleach, never mind a good service. Fast forward to my last day pass visit,.I've been trying different gyms at Westwood Cross in between but nothing has changed. If anything it's got worse. More equipment either out of service or still hasn't been fixed and the showers I couldn't even use this time. One completely blocked off, one no shower curtain,.the third the shower hose holder has completely gone. I understand it's a low cost gym, but these are basics. Id happily sign up to a membership if these things were fixed. The irony is they have signs up asking to leave Google reviews. Going back to my first visit I heard the receptionist say how many people have joined from my previous gym and how much busier it's getting. Yet with all this extra money in memberships.they can't reinvest any in the gym itself? I'm sure in the long-term it will lead to more people going up to the new gyms at Westwood Cross which are cheaper and have more modern equipment. I'd like to become a member for ease but won't be until you've sorted your act out. Be warned and check the place out for yourself before committing.

Positive experience: Its good gym but very poor management very poor maintenance if anything breaks down no body fix it for months and months not happy with maintenance …..

Positive experience: Nice 2 floor gym with proper Hammer Strength equipment and boxing bags. Cool chill people. The only negative is when they use too much airfreshener while you re trying to breath in some oxygen, you re breathing in chemicals.

Fantastic experience: Super happy with joining this gym. It's great for all sorts and not intimidating for women at all. The classes are fun, they have a real range of machines to mix it up, and special shout-out to my PT Lennon Mendez, who's been amazing and I'm already starting to see the benefits!

Every single trainer I’ve met are welcoming , non judgemental , kind and always happy to answer any questions and give advice . My favourite class is Boxercise! Thanks infinity.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Signed up on 1st Jan 2023 and still going! Everything you need and want from a gym. Very good price, staff are very friendly and always willing to help! Quiet at the right time of day or if you prefer it busy then peak times it's busy with a good buzz! Great selection of weights and machines up stairs and cardio machines downstairs. Open 24 hours. Plus with the app they use you can see how many people are in the gym. Highly recommend to all types of people who are looking to sign up to a new gym!

Fantastic experience: Had a pt when I first joined , she was great , then I was away so stopped my membership for a few weeks then had a trapped nerve , I’m stretching and yoga and grooving then hope to be back in the gym once I’ve repaired . Thanks

Fantastic experience: Great value gym, really good equipment with HUGE range of machines, plus lots of freeweights including squat cage and deadlift area, stuff for crossfit people too, a studio for classes and a stretching area. Staff friendly and helpful, place is well maintained, and out of hrs access via an app for members. Someone recommended this place to me as I was training elsewhere. After 5 mins i realised my previous gym had worse kit, less access and higher fees. I joined a couple of months ago now, but at that point, you could just turn up and pay for a day pass. Great place

Fantastic experience: The gym is very clean and layout is well organised. Staff are lovely, especially Hollie. Always so friendly and talkative, really helped me overcome my anxiety in the gym and always so polite.

Negative experience: Charging £15 extra for a payment made a few days after the expected date is extortionate. People are struggling atm and you not giving customers even a small grace period before charging them £15 on top of their normal direct debit is totally uncalled for. I will not be renewing my contract with this gym.

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym. Great range of equipment and it doesn't get too busy in there. Staff and really friendly and helpful too and a really competitive price for membership too offering pay as you go, 12 month contracts and a monthly rolling contract too. Well worth a visit!

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff (especially Sharika), has all the equipment I’ve needed and is 24hr. If I wasn’t leaving to travel Australia then I would have stayed!

Fantastic experience: Place is a flipping steal in my opinion. Has a decent amount of free weights and strength equipment rather than a sea of cardio equipment, plus a few more exotic bits (never gonna use that tyre flip machine but glad it exists). 24/7 access, showers are hot, music choice is intermittent but can't account for taste. Dunno what people are on about in some of these reviews, staff have always been unfailingly polite (although the front desk is often understaffed).

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in Thanet hands down!!! I have been a member of this gym for nearly four years now, a place with such a wonderful atmosphere, amazing staff and filled with a bunch of lovely people. Staff are always so attentive and willing to help as and when they can, if they're not sat on the desk straightaway, this is because they're cleaning, helping customers or just doing their job! For a gym of its size it has a wonderful, versatile set of equipment to fit everyones needs. 24 hours as well which is great for me as i can fit it around my busy schedule! The gym can get busy but the people its filled with are just amazing. Made some great friends within this gym who are always happy to help if a hand is needed! Starting the gym or finding a new gym is hard for anyone, but i promise you i have tried and tested a lot of the gyms within the Thanet area, to me this is the best one hands down. Wouldn't recommend any other gym than this 10/10

Negative experience: Woman at the desk was rude, unhelpful and wasn’t even in the gym half the time. She gave no introduction to where things were (toilets etc). Gave us dirty looks. Awful gym with no equipement. Don’t go. Worst gym I’ve ever been to. As a woman i felt very uncomfortable due disgusting men constantly staring and rude staff.

Negative experience: Appalling service. Contacted Jon face to face regarding cancellation of my gym membership and he told me to give it to him in writing via email (bare in mind my year membership was up) but they kept taking the direct debits out. After multiple emails back and forth he’s now ignoring me and still taking out money. Contacting the bank with copies of these emails now to report this. I’m not the only one either I’ve spoke to multiple people recently he’s done this with. Such a shame. The place was ran well when Daisy was here.

Positive experience: Friendly staff. Clean. Good people. The new mobile entry system has worked for me, I slightly resent knowing you have to have a mobile device with you at all times. A good safe place to work out on any given day or night

Fantastic experience: Flawless gym with a quality manager. I had a minor problem and Daisy (the manager at Infinity) swiftly and professionally dealt with it. Well looked after/cleaned gym with high quality equipment. Couldn't ask for any more.
