Fantastic experience: It's great to be back. I had a really good workout. The new (to me, lol) showers are lovely and clean!! I'm looking forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: Smaller facility, any damaged equipment is assessed and repaired quickly and they utilise the space well, giving us a great environment to work in

Fantastic experience: Used Snap Fitness Sittingbourne while away for a few days. Decent gym with everything you need for a good full body workout. Air con was a nice touch too. Clientele seem friendly and helpful too

Fantastic experience: not too full, it’s a good experience than others for this reason, equipment little run down but still decent and doesn’t bother me. better than leisure centres

Positive experience: Staff helpful If you need but customers don’t respect the place at all (there are exceptions of course). Weights everywhere so as empty bottles. Sanitary stations are messy, bins are full. Club is dirty. Machines are overused and not maintained at all. Matrix machines would deserve better i suppose. (P.s.: my hat been stolen what is not the fault of the club. It’s on me. Just mentioned) It could be a 5 star place with a little care! Not really satisfied but can do the training you want. Also 24/7 what is count really.

Negative experience: Be warned. When you sign up, they don't do direct debit, so you can't cancel it. I wrote them an email, canceled officially, they refunded my payment, but still took it a moth later. Scamers.

Negative experience: Unfortunately this gym is far too small. Parking is a nightmare anytime of the day. Not sure why they don't move into a larger premises. Hardly any gyms in the area, would just make sense. Positives are that's its very clean and some good equipment.(when you actually get to use them!)

Positive experience: It's a good gym with enough equipment outside of peak hours. Unfortunately it's often ruined by members who are too lazy to put their weights away. Number of times I've gone to the deadlift area and seen a bench, a pair of dumbells and a fully racked barbell on the platform. Or when I've had to go upstairs or the other side of the gym to find the 2nd half of the dumbell I want to use, or dumbells scattered everywhere around the free weights where you have to tiptoe around them. An accident finally happened today when my other half went to put her weights away and a 35kg weight fell off the rack where it wasn't put back properly and smacked onto her wrist, which was very painful and almost caused her to faint. Do the decent thing and put your stuff away after you. It really isn't difficult.

Fantastic experience: Everything you need in a gym

Positive experience: Decent gym. During rush hour however there is not enough equipment. Does seem like they haven't updated gym equipment in years. Loads of leg machines that nobody uses yet only 1 set of cables and one lat pull down. If you enjoy waiting around it's the perfect gym for you.

Negative experience: One of the worst gyms in the area, over priced and lacking equipment.

Positive experience: The gym itself is not badly set up and has most things you need. Everyone in there is very friendly as well. However, compared to other snap fitness locations in kent it is severely lacking in equipment. I understand that they are doing the best they can in a small space but I often have had to completely change my work out plan during busy periods. I can pay the same amount of money elsewhere and not have this experience. I also get very frustrated by the fact that no one in the gym seems to know that they need to unrack their weights but I suppose this is more a fault of the gym culture and not the gym itself.

Negative experience: Poorly managed and dirty, despite numerous complaints. Sadly the manager doesn't seem to take an active approach towards keeping the gym clean and organised. This is not representative of Snap as a franchise, all other venues I've visited have been very well cared for.

Positive experience: It's not the most spacious gym, but it has all the equipment one needs for their workouts, from treadmills to kettlebells. I warmly recommend!

Positive experience: I was recommended to go to this gym and sign up with Raf, a Personal Trainer. I had been immobile with back and hip problems for two years, which resulted in being totally unfit and over weight. With Raf's help (TeamRaf), both with training and nutritional advice, I am getting a lot fitter. Won't enter a marathon yet, but walking further than ever before and can do my own shoes up. The gym staff are very friendly and helpful. A good recommendation.

Positive experience: Maybe a little overpriced for the facilities, but it has a good selection of equipment, friendly staff and 24/7 access. It is kept clean and the Covid protocols seem well thought out.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to improve the way I looked, my health and learn better training methods when I joined Raf’s 90 days fitness programme. I started it with 93kg and at one point I weighed 84kg. I’ve learned that I had body imbalances and that the best way to reach my fitness goals was by following a plan that improved my sleep, hydration, diet and training. But at the same time, it could not be draining or make me feel miserable! Raf is attentive and created a programme tailored to reach my goals, I went from following random diets under the sun to doing meal prep targeting muscle growth and improving my metabolism. I highly recommend Raf’s health and fitness services, he cares so much about his client’s that he stills checks up on me even after I finished the 90 days programme.

Fantastic experience: A great gym with a good selection of equipment & classes, friendly staff & trainers. Easily one of the best gyms I've been to, with a wonderful community too. Their response to COVID-19 has been nothing short of amazing. During staffed hours 1hr sessions are bookable through the GymSync app, with a 15 min gap between each for all of the equipment to be sprayed down with disinfectant. Sanitizing stations are liberally placed throughout, with wipes, gel, & sprays in abundance; for use during staffed & unstaffed hours. No hesitation about going back; frankly the gym is probably better cleaned than most other places have been over the past few months.
