Fantastic experience: Very nice clean and cute gym. They sell fresh juices and smoothies which taste great. Staff are always so friendly and polite. It’s ladies only which is amazing, I love working out here and don’t have to worry about what I’m wearing.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic first experience at Pretty Pump Gym! Maryam at the front desk was incredibly helpful, showing me how to use a machine I was previously anxious about. The gym has a prayer room, so you never miss Salah, and a spot to grab drinks. I've never felt more comfortable at a gym, and I'm excited for my fitness journey here. The staff are super welcoming and kind to everyone. The gym is spacious, with plenty of equipment and weights, making it perfect for both newbies and experienced gym-goers. All around, a lovely experience!

Fantastic experience: All the staff were lovely and accommodating! They were happy to show me and my friend around even though we came during peak hours and it was really busy. The sauna being separate from the main gym makes for a more relaxing experience.

Fantastic experience: The sauna is a true highlight of this gym. It's immaculately clean and provides the perfect environment to unwind and relax after a workout. The heat levels are just right, and the atmosphere is serene, promoting both physical and mental relaxation. It's an excellent addition to the overall wellness experience offered here.will definitely come again

Positive experience: Pretty pump gym is a good gym if you want to get a quick workout in they have good machine which are old but do the job and not every gym can afford new equipment when there just starting up the only thing i would say is that could improve is the price of the monthly plan it is a lot compared to other gyms that come with the sauna included in the membership i think there should be a student monthly plan for much cheaper

Fantastic experience: I left my old gym and joined Pretty Pump Gym. I enjoy it very much, nice and clean. Staff are friendly.

Negative experience: The gym itself is very nice and has a range of equipment, however the AREA IS NOT SAFE for women. I don't understand why they put the gym in the middle of an industrial sight. If you take public transport it's absolutely NOT SAFE to walk alone - like at all. The parking is messed up too so if you don't get a space right outside the gym you're gonna have to walk a bit. For a gym that's supposed be a female only safe space - what's the point if I'm in danger before I even get there. If the gym was in more of a residential/high street area then it would be perfect. I know it's easier said than done but they gym needs to MOVE. Like it literally makes zero sense to be where it is. You're putting us women in danger by being in such a horrible industrial area.

Negative experience: Limited equipment. I've been to gyms with much move. It's just not a friendly atmosphere from p.t, considering there thier to enhance your confidence. Overall, no, I wouldn't recommend it. Paid for a month couldn't last an hour. Nooo

Positive experience: Really glad there is finally a female friendly gym local to me and I don't have to go into town. Good facilities and clean. Only downside is there is no WiFi.

Positive experience: The gym overall is okay. One of the receptionists who wears a hijab is lovely. Parking is horrendous didn’t like the parking situation one of my reasons for leaving this gym. Another reasons is the heaters weren’t working when I was attending this gym. Paying 25 pound a month for the location and heaters not working wasn’t worth it for me

Fantastic experience: Honestly the most relaxing gym ever..the service and the cleaness and the whole atmosphere and the ladies that attend there just make it a pure joy and motivating experience. Machines are very well looked after which was my biggest concern when joining.parking is the best tbh. Made some good friends.us ladies don't always have to be seen as enemies for ech other we can motivate each other too. Thanks to the management as communication with staff and any concerns have been adhered to with so much compassion and professionalism.thanks ladies.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many gyms across Birmingham and my problem with commercialised gyms is how there are never free machines. This gym however had plenty of equipment and did not feel overcrowded; atmosphere was extremely chilled and have loved the new additional equipment. 10/10 would recommend (especially the purple smoothie at the juice bar !!)

Fantastic experience: My sister goes there and she loves it. She always comes home saying that she was well treated by the staff and loves their equipment.

Negative experience: I joined this gym for the location and convenience of it. However, it did disappoint me. 1st, no parking literally parking a good 7 mins away in an industrial site. 2nd is the changing rooms and showers horrible. 3rd to use the locker, it's £5 cash only, which is given back to you at the end. 4th is £4 for the sauna every day. 5th classes hardly any maybe one per day if that. I can go on I have never felt so horrible leaving the gym as I have here. I have since joined JD honestly 100x better only 7 mins away from this gym and the Sauna is included for £21.99 a month. Where as here you are paying £25 a month just for gym use.

Negative experience: Sauna is not included in the price, damp on walls, freezing cold & the music is too loud.

Fantastic experience: I prefer to workout in female only spaces but every women's gym I've been to lacks the proper equipment and range. At Pretty pump I'm sure they have every single machine you could ever need, plus an abundance of weights. The dumbells also go well over 10kg which I've never seen in a women's gym before! A well-run gym, professional staff, always clean, no nasty smells, always nice and cool, decent crowd.

Positive experience: The gym is good and the staff are lovely, but I left due to music being played at all times. Disappointing for a Muslim owned gym, not necessary as people come with their own headphones to listen to their own content. Since started bodytone where they don’t play music.

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym as most importantly I feel comfortable and staff aren't overbearing. The facilities are clean and the equipment is good. I am a regular here, but one thing i'm getting worried about is people recording themselves or the facilities which i have observed a few times. This is an important issue especially in an all women gym, and management should look into this as i know most women attending this gym would not want to be recorded in their gym attire. Staff are friendly which is an important factor for renewing my membership a few times.

Fantastic experience: It's been my first month at the gym and I'd like to say I've enjoyed it very much, staff are helpful and friendly, I love every aspect of this, those who are complaining at the gym about second hand machines need to understand its a new business and that everything will come within time if you don't like it then move on, as long as it works there are no problems I would like to add however that I wish sauna was included in the membership other than these I love this gym, I genuinely feel comfortable working out here as I'm a very anxious person myself

Positive experience: The gym itself is really nice, the staff are lovely and it’s a good environment for women too feel comfortable. However, as someone who has been to quite a few gyms I would say that the machines are not the best. The hip thrust machine isn’t great and is awkward to use. The leg press is always out of order and some machines just feel old and are uncomfortable for example the hamstring machine isn’t the best. The staff are lovely I’m just not a huge fan of the machines unfortunately compared to other ones I’ve used which is slightly disappointing.

Positive experience: you have to pay separate for sauna. actually thought it was part of membership but not.

Fantastic experience: Pretty Pump Gym have exceeded my expectations by a million ! Never felt so comfortable in a gym ever , the staff are so friendly and accommodating , the equipment is top of the range and the staff are eager to explain how they work . My personal favourite is the sauna such a nice way to end the day after a good gym session !

Positive experience: Gym is really good amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and good facilities however, the only issues I have is that the smoothie bar is always closed (or is closed most of the time) and I feel like the sauna shouldn’t have an extra charge should be included in the £25 membership.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking to see the attitude of the hijabi with the laptop in this establishment. I was recommended by a friend and unfortunately I missed the timing for sauna. They have everything running and I wanted a drink but their drink maker was not around. That’s absolutely fine but the attitude of the women with her laptop is shocking she did not care or valued her customer she just showed zero care about my interests. Absolutely shocking customer service the lady with a tracksuit was nice but the lady responsible was awful. Please for your business brush up on customer care!!!!! It goes along way

Negative experience: Absolutely rubbish, machines are second hand and rusty. I went for one day and never again. I am a regular gym goer and this one is total shambles.

Negative experience: Nice gym however the price is extortion for what is there!! furthermore they do not allow you all access to use all the facilities such as the sauna which is bizarre .

Positive experience: nice clean gym , very friendly only thing is smith squat machine and leg press need a new one as they are quite rusty
