Negative experience: New layout is rubbish for treadmill users ,very dark and dim and the loud trans music they played was so loud I couldn't hear my own soundtrack ,even on full volume

Fantastic experience: This a massive family, not just a gym The owners / staff and fellow clients are superb for motivation, fun and hard work. All trainers offer more as times change, and the owners bring in affiliated goods; clothes, snacks, supplements etc. The atmosphere is second to none and I have tried all Formby gyms and some further a field. Classes are very mixed and offer a fantastic work out, with a plethora of content. This place really in THE Best.
