Positive experience: Pretty decent gym so far, quite a small free weights section so if it was busy it would be a nightmare to get work done but I've been fortunate so far that each time I've visited its been quiet and havent really had to wait, maybe overall its not as busy as the city center gyms I used in the past though. I do think if i had a choice i would add one or two more benches, more Olympic bars etc if I could change anything. The staff seem friendly, and the gym is clean and well presented, equipment all in relatively good working order too so if you are local its a good place to head to!

Positive experience: The recent takeover by Club Gym Wellness is a welcome one, new layout & new equipment, however there is too much equipment squeezed into too small a venue, having to turn sideways to get past one machine to get to another especially if it's in use, personal space is a thing of the past in here. Good gym just need to remove a few of 6 gym racks, sometimes less is more.

Fantastic experience: Been using the studio on a weekly basis for a small group of dancers who have not been together since March 2020 this studio is just what we needed... Friendly staff and well presented with the necessary Covid hygiene in place

Positive experience: It's a gym, the staff are friendly, but it's suffering a little under covid rules. Hopefully they the classes back to normal sizes soon to make it easier for members to book them

Positive experience: Good gym, membership isn't that expensive. But the £20 setup fee felt a bit much. I'd asked about a family pack discount for 4 of us, but never heard anything back.

Fantastic experience: Great affordable gym. Good range of equipment and classes. Staff are friendly and always on hand if you need assistance or advice. Megan has been really helpful as i have suffered a shoulder injury and her advice has been great .

Fantastic experience: Very affordable gym (which Cambuslang has needed for years), ideal location and plenty of parking available. The facility is spacious and offers the ideal range of equipment for cardio and strength training. The staff are ever friendly, offering free advice and assistance and those who offer PT services always get their clients achieving their goals. Big shout out to Ivan who is always interacting with gym - goers and takes a mean fitness class.

Positive experience: The staff are all brilliant and even the customers speak well of them, the only downside is the size of the changing rooms. They are so small when there is more than 3 people in there. The equipment is second to none, and very high spec for the money. So it balances its self out a bit more.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of 3 gyms in the area until I went here. One was a lot cheaper and two where more expensive. What makes this gym stand out though is the staff and they're genuine interest in you. Always say acknowledge you as a returning customer and ask how you're doing. Happy to offer help and advice. Would definitely recommend I posted this review last year . Since then the gym has gone through ownership and rebranding. I still stand by my 5 star review. There has been a lot of staff changes but still a great team. They're all welcoming, fun, always available, and show a real interest in you. Varied selection or classes for all levels. All the machines and weights you could need plus on hand help if you're unsure how to use them, new pieces added all the time. Great atmosphere, I have never felt intimidated or not good enough. This is a gym for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability.

Negative experience: A terrible company. Keep spamming and leaving automated mesages with a pivate number even after I have told them not to ring me as I am not interested.
