Fantastic experience: Amazing facility with friendly staff and great equipment. Literally only been there twice recently joined and so happy to have made the move

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Aberdeen and was looking for somewhere to train. One of only a few that offers a day pass, which was a £10. Given the facilities I felt this was fair. The other attraction was the opening times. I arrived early morning and the gym was open, with a number of other early-risers training as well. The range and quality of equipment in the gym was amazing. I was tempted to switch to a leg session just to try some of them. I didn't have time to try the other facilities like steam room/sauna but they were full functioning and being used. Other patrons were friendly and weren't intimidating, which is always nice given the bodybuilding focus here. Great gym, highly recommended.

Positive experience: Unfortunately it wasn’t for me, but it serves its purpose (so it would be silly to give it anything less than a four). It was clean & the guy at the reception was very helpful… overall good experience

Negative experience: Atmosphere is almost suffocating, if you aren't part of the same friend group as the majority of folk- you will feel singled out and that you can't talk to anybody in there. This also includes asking to work in with people, some people don't enjoy the thought of sharing equipment. A few of the reception staff have always got a sour mood and are just outright rude. The equipment is the only reason I decided to go there but it wasn't worth it.

Fantastic experience: Was a member here when i lived in aberdeen. Great gym. Only fault is it isnt 24 hours lol! Great kit in there. And they on top of getting rid of toxic gym users so its overall a non intimidating place.

Fantastic experience: What a gym! Been going to warehouse for over 2 years and you will struggle to find a gym with better members and equipment! Everyone is there to support you. There is zero judgment and you feel welcome and comfortable at any level of ability or strength. All the "intimidating" bodybuilders are amongst the nicest ones in the club and are all willing to help with a spot or answer any questions. All-in-all an excellent gym with insane equipment and great / friendly staff!

Fantastic experience: One of my favourite places to be, period! Met some of the best friends I have here, the sense of community is 10/10. I only joined about 6 months ago but I’ve been welcomed with open arms by everyone. This gym has the best kit I’ve ever worked with, and as a powerlifter I love the steel plates and Strengthshop bars too. You can also buy monster/lucozade/protein/pre workout at the desk, which is a huge plus for someone who comes straight from uni or work. Thank you guys for all you do!

Negative experience: This used to be my favourite gym to train at a few years ago. Totally lovely community and staff members on top of great equipment that’s why it gets 2 stars and not 1. Unfortunately now even with its amazing selections of kit which everyone must admit the atmosphere from members making you feel like you shouldn’t be there if you’re not part of the (warehouse cult) it seems. Or being heckled by some groups of people which no one should ever experience especially if it’s due to how much you’re lifting compared to them. The staff are either not present or very rude unless you’re already friends with them and made me and a few of my friends I recommended the gym to feel very unwelcome besides one dark haired boy who’s always quite nice and a darker haired girl are friendly. The other two/three staff I can’t say the same about as it’s resulted in the people I recommend the gym to leaving and friends I had there already also recently left. You will get days where the the friendly staff are on and gym is quiet and it’s a great place to be. Most days i don’t look forward to going at all. Owner also seems like a lovely guy. To sum up. Great equipment, mainly bad staff, some lovely members but mainly a very unfriendly cult feeling. Pool is also lovely and enjoyable. Staff training/new staff Would make a night and day difference for a lot of people. (Edit after response: I’ve personally used a different name than my own to avoid more alienation in the club. I do appreciate you trying to reach out but there is nothing to discuss. I’ll keep turning up for use of the equipment but the final part of my message is what I’d stick by on our chat. Once again I Appreciate you reaching out I’m aware not all are bad eggs)

Negative experience: Worst gym in aberdeen. This was once my favorite gym and I started going on and off since 2013. I joined again since returning to the uk. One of the machines were not properly labeled and I was hit very hard in the head, once talking to the staff I was told no one else has made this mistake and putting the signs on the leather isn't aloud. I'm 5,11 and the sign was above my head, the one lady at the front always on her phone was dismissive of all my suggestions to prevent this happening to anyone else. Just before leaving this same rude staff member told me I had a complaint against me and I should put the plates away after using them. I'll admit this day I may have done this with the rowing machine, but I always put the dumbbells away the medicine ball and the mats. I went home not feeling well and a little annoyed about the way I was treated. The next day the machine is fixed and today I'm being very careful not to forget to put the plates I used back where they came from. I put my hand on the rowing machine and then decide to do some dumbbells, I'm later told to take my headphones off, a male staff member tells me, hey when you're done with the machines put the plates back. I said sir I have no idea what you are talking about. He answered mate, we just watched you on the camera. I said this is incorrect please go check again. I had not been on the rowing machine. I tried to continue my workout, but I was angry. I went down to reception and I hear he did I'm sure he did, I came around the corner silent. I said well did I go on the machine annoyed, but polite still, the guy said yeah did he use the machine..... I waited maybe 30 seconds and said hey what's your problem with me, me believing this is this staff members grudge against me. The guy said hey hey, don't abuse the staff, I felt I didn't do this and felt bad and walked away. I later had to return to ring the bell and to be greeted by the staff member, so I said sorry for saying that to you, but could I talk with the boss. The boss came out and said I'm glad I apologized because this is a ban able offense, also kept saying he understands, I'm not sure he knew anything or checks the cameras. I felt mistreated and uncomfortable, no one checked the camera and I didn't get an apology for the acusing me and the staff member was wrong. I still have 3 weeks left of this month, but I won't go back I can't enjoy my workout there anymore. i also asked to give the remaining 3 weeks to my friend. This isn't aloud, well you beat me well done. Keep the I'll leave a picture in the description to show the staff if the boss checks this, show them how to label a machine.

Positive experience: Great gym I got a day pass to try it out and was really impressed. They have a ton of equipment and a lot of good weight machines that are a bit more uncommon in most gyms which is a really nice change. The other members that I spoke to in passing were all really nice and the gym has a really nice and friendly atmosphere. Parking was ok as you can street park for free after 5pm right outside the front door which is always a bonus. The entrance to the gym was a bit confusing as it has stairs that just keep going up with no sign to what floor the reception desk is on to scan your code but it wasn't a complete maze either.

Negative experience: Equipment is nice. However they lack awareness in type of songs they play. They include demonic metal rock unfortunately but the plus is they change the genre - occasionally - through out the day. Another minus is they charge more money than they should as sauna or steam room is not working. But they say Rome was not built in a day; okay maybe. However they still charge more. Please get the swimming pool going and the sauna and it would be a fantastic place of training and relaxation.

Positive experience: I have been member for months, mainly I became a member to use the swimming pool, which has been Out of Order since May/June-ish. Same as Sauna. I know, it does take time to fix whatever needs to be fixed, but it has been 6 months. I hope, once the pool is reopened, I will be able to say "It was worth the wait" Seriously, can't wait for it to be open again. But the gym equipment - 5*

Fantastic experience: Great Gym! alot of state of the art equipment! The newest stuff from Panatta! Leg Press from Cybex! and alot of good stuff from Nautilus and Hammer Strength. This gym got it all. We saw Strong Men, bodybuilders, Fitness people and normal people in this gym. Cool colors, and a good atmosphere in central Aberdeen. If you want do do a Fitness Vacation - chooze Aberdeen and visit this gym! 10 GBP for a day pass...We did not use sauna, shower or pool! We will travel to Aberdeen - for vacation - just to train at this gym.

Negative experience: Thought it could be a 5 star gym but it's really not. I was really hyped to move to Warehouse Health Club as they seemed to have decent equipment, sauna and swimming pool. You pay the same price like you would for gym, showers, sauna and swimming pool, but you only get a gym, god knows how long they will be ripping you off for. Don't think that's really fair on the members. Speaking of fairness and ripping off.. I've encountered both when they charged me twice in one month for a one month's worth of membership, and refused to help me solve the issue. Giving them all the possible proof, they refused to believe me, which got me feeling like they thought I am trying to scam them. Lord have mercy. The most cheeky step they took was when I first mentioned to Stephanie Brock the "operations manager" the issue I have encountered and asked if they could refund me one of the payments for august as I have already been charged. Few days later without ANY email back, no information at all, she decided to cancel my membership in August. Just like that.. Of course I have been charged for september too. And later when, again, I've tried to contact someone about this, they've had the audacity to tell me that they don't have a record of me ever being a member there or paying for my membership, even though my bank statements and active status on their app showed otherwise. Contacted Go Cardless who confirmed I have been a member and they have set up a direct debit in my name to pay for the gym. And the money did in fact end up in Warehouse. Maybe they treat their own better, so unless you are a ripped heavy lifter or you compete and give great impression of the gym, you should find elsewhere to reach your goals. I recommend Puregym, you get more space, same facilities (shower is a bonus) for less, 24/7. And it's definately easier to solve any issues and get in contact with the team in the first place. So if I could I would give this gym 0 stars. 1 star is symbolic. Never been feeling worse about gym experience.

Negative experience: swimming pool - £10 per hour for such a poor looking swimming pool. Literally disgusting view. I should probably take pictures and send to Health Inspectors. Will not come back. P.S not talking about the view through the window, but how swimming pool looks like. Need renovation! Disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. I visited on a guest pass my my sister. Lovely staff every time. The gym has a decent range of equipment. Sister uses the pool and loves it. The changing rooms could do with a sprucing up but it's the only really picky point. All round great place. Looking forward to visiting again.

Stringent measures in place to control any risks of covid, fantastic informative staff with a great understanding of restrictions and very helpful to any questions you may have. Never too busy with a fantastic range of equipment.. they even have a covid room which you can hire for yourself or your small group. If you have worries about training due to the current situation...don't! Come down and try for yourself! A++++

Fantastic experience: Only just joined this week and all the staff have been so helpful and friendly! Tried out the swimming pool yesterday and loved it - the facilities are just as good as you’d get in any of the expensive big-name gyms. And there aren’t many places in the city centre that have a pool, especially not for this membership price.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get in shape! In the past, I've always been a bit intimidated by the idea of going to a gym, but this place is different! The staff is super-friendly and helpful, looking after you and making sure you get the workout you are looking for. The fellow members are all great, everybody is welcome, no matter what age, size, shape or ambition. I am now a regular for several years, using the great variety of classes, being in much better shape and I still love every time I go.

The least intimidating gym I’ve been in, as everyone is friendly and supportive. They are always doing things to raise funds for charities. An all-round amazing place! Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place, great people and atmosphere! One of my friends convinced me to go there. I was never a gym fan. Now I am member for the last three months and I go there regularly twice a week. That was very good decision. I always cycle to the gym and lock my bike outside. Once one of the staff members saved my bike as he saw two guys fiddling with it. He came to me and told me I can finish my exercises as he will keep an eye on my bike in the mean time. Now I know that every member for them is an individual, not just someone from the crowd who comes and goes.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic and welcoming facility in the city centre. Had to give up my membership due to losing my employment, but I can't speak highly enough about the Warehouse and the staff. They will do anything they can for you and unlike quite a number of other places, treat their members as just that, MEMBERS rather than customers. Look forward to going back once I'm back in stable employment.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST actual GYM in Aberdeen, most other gyms do not have the equipment, or utilise the space as well as Warehouse. Look at other gyms where there is so much room you could pretty much have a wedding reception in between the machines. Warehouse doesnt have unused space, it makes the most of the room catering for every gym go-er. I've been a member for 8 years, i'd never want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: If you have some health issues like me, and need a heated pool, then this is the place to go!! First of all, as far as I know, this is the only health club in Aberdeen that has a heated pool! The price for the pool is affordable, you don't need a membership, and you can now even buy a 10 sessions pass for the pool as well!! Brilliant!! And most important, the staff is so friendly and helpful! Like they have on a poster.....you are not just a number!!

The membership packages are great and there are plenty of things on offer to make it worth going over and over again. The atmosphere is welcoming, non-judgemental and relaxed, while still maintaining professionalism. Staff have offered free qualified advice on everything fitness-related in areas ranging from climbing, to martial arts, to strength, mobility and distance running - while also remembering who you are and welcoming you with a smile each time. Definitely the most human health centre in town, worth recommending to all your friends!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, atmosphere and venue. There is a great selection of free lance personal trainers, a wide variety of fitness classes and very knowledgable staff. The Warehouse Health Club is very welcoming and does so much for members new and old. There is a real community feeling and this place is more than just a gym. It can brighten up the darkest days and brings like minded people together, creating friendships that are strong and will last a lifetime! I am privileged to have found some an amazing gym, being a member for over 8 years and created many amazing friendships for life! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!!!

I have been a member for nearly a year and will be renewing my membership for sure. Friendly staff, good selection of classes and great facilities. Fantastic experience: Not just a gym but a community that shares the most up to date knowledge for free. I attended a fascinating free seminar which was not just extremely educational but so refreshingly open and honest. Great to see other personal trainers attending and willing to learn and share their experience. It’s good to know that they will support their clients to be happy and healthy and not just the physical ideal. Not sure you will get that anywhere else in Aberdeen.

Negative experience: Came here for over a year. Most staff are very nice. Some gym facilities were old and poorly maintained although bran new machines were put in at the same time... It was an OK place...

Fantastic experience: I used this gym when on a business trip in Aberdeen and was very impressed. I paid £17 to use the club for a week which is excellent value for money considering the facilities. Every aspect of the club was well thought out and it appeals to a wide range of gym user from people who do classes only, treadmill bashers and body builders. The free weights area was especially good and there is plenty of room and equipment for functional training. The range of plate loaded machines and resistance machines was excellent and far better than many clubs you pay £60 a month to use. I'm surprised Pure Gym have set up so close to the Warehouse as they simply cannot compete. I used the sauna every evening I went there which was clean and a great way to finish a workout. The changing rooms are excellent and overall I felt very welcome using the place. The members seem very friendly as do the staff. I will certainly be back
