Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for about 2 years now and I really like it. The atmosphere and the trainers are friendly. You can get your workout in without getting bothered but if you need any help, they are available! It is not a huge gym so there are no multiples of a piece of equipment but it always worked and I rarely had to wait for a machine. They offer classes as well, so overall a great experience!

Negative experience: Very cramped and dark changing rooms. Not pleasant at all But staff are nice and it's a very basic gym Though do like being able to see outside on tredmill and cycling coz glass window panes all around ground floor

Negative experience: Please be careful with the cancellation term especially for monthly membership. You will always have to pay extra month regardless. I’ve learnt my lesson hard way and I hope no one will experience this again with Snap Fitness. Also, the term starts from the first date of the month so if you start on the 28th you will be charged the full month for that month. Just be careful before you sign up and ask a lot of questions. See below: CANCELLATION. After my right to cancel period noted earlier (if any), I may cancel my membership by emailing my home club with my notice of cancellation. The notice will be effective on the last day of the month which is at least 30 days from the date of my notice, and I will be required to pay all fees up until that date and any outstanding fees for other services already supplied to me, regardless of whether or not I use the club after the date of my notice. If collection or legal services are needed to collect any unpaid amount, I am responsible for all costs of collection, including solicitor's fees of Club Owner and/or Licensor. If I die or become totally or permanently disabled, upon reasonable written notice to the Club with proof of the death or disability, either I or my estate may cancel this Agreement and receive a prorated refund of the unused portion of membership fees incurred.

Fantastic experience: Lovely quiet gym, equipment is always clean and well taken care of. The showers are amazing (a tad dark I find but still) you get your own cubicle and they are always clean and tidy. There’s two floors of equipment and a studio where you can use the screen to take any class you want whenever is not being used for normal classes. The staff is super nice, Shaun and Dan are always there to help. Also, they have deals for students so that’s a +.

Positive experience: Great gym , never really too busy and all the equipment your likely to need. Staff are friendly and helpful without being in your face. Shower facilities and decent changing rooms. I've tried other popular gym big names but Snapfitness suits me just fine.

Fantastic experience: I've been a snap member for around 5 years now, and it's the beat gym ive been to in Aberdeen. The two floors have all the equipment you need, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. A big plus is that it's available 24hrs so I can go and fit in sessions around Mt work and home life.

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness offers better customer relationship that makes the atmosphere more friendly. Their machines are sufficient such that there aren't any waiting times to use them. They communicate their standards of maintenance with messages well distributed within the facility. They offer promos and customer support in a friendly and creative manner. The environment is clean and the staff is easy to talk to with their friendly attitudes. I also like that they are conscious of their energy usage which means they actually care for the environment.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever been to. Absolutely love the classes, they are intense and of course effective. The trainers are down to earth, always ready to help. Gym filled with clean machines, to help you with your fitness journey. One of their intriguing features is the fact that they partake in all festivities, so no dull moment. Fantastic experience: I started going to this gym in December shortly after I moved to Aberdeen. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and answered all my questions that I had about the gym and equipment. I highly recommend this gym as it is the best gym I've ever been to. They also have a nice range of personal trainers. I am with Jake Robertson to sharpen up my boxing skills and the training has done wonders for my physical ability.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved from ASV and couldn’t be happier with snap. Place is always clean and the staff are super friendly. Equipment is kept in great shape. Special shout-out to PT Dana who is great trainer and always willing to help out where she can.

Fantastic experience: I came in with my husband hoping to work out as we are in the area on vacation. Many fitness centers do not allow “day passes.” To our delight not only did Snapfitness offer a day pass, but the proprietor was especially friendly and we had a nice chat. They had everything we needed for a great workout from a large free weight area and all the machines you could want. The facility was clean and welcoming as well. Kudos for the metal soundtrack playing during our workout!

Fantastic experience: Just had the most pleasant experience. I was at Snap Fitness for a day pass and the staff was so super friendly that I am inclined to go there again just for the chat. They must have mistaken me for a royal delegate or a famous gym critic, I think I have never felt so welcome at a gym before. They have several rooms that function shower/changing units, which is an intriguing concept (but dont know if that is a common thing in the UK). Machines and training stations are of a good quality and the people who where training there seemed to be very friendly as well. Unfortunately I am not often in Aberdeen, otherwise I would go there on a regular base.

Fantastic experience: Fairly clean gym and the staff here always seem willing to talk away to you. I have been coming here on and off for the past 3 and a half years now. There is also a floor with more gym equipment downstairs and if I could choice a gym which is fairly quiet I would choose snap fitness any day of the week. Here is a picture of the downstairs

Negative experience: I have never been pestered by a gym (or any company to be fair) as much as this gym. Made the mistake of giving my phone number 2 years ago to find out the price and I was called about 5 times in a week. Forgot about it, did the same this week literally just to find out the price since it's not posted on the website and already received a phone call trying to get me to sign up.

Negative experience: This place is an absolute disgrace. Don't get me wrong, the equipment is nice and modern and the staff are friendly but I have yet to meet people as incopetent as they are. I cancelled my membership back in January, got charged for February as well because apparently I had to cancel before the end of the month otherwise I would be charged for an extra month. Funny thing is, I had to give my card in at the end of January but I did not have access to the gym from February onwards otherwise I would be charged again. So they got a free month out of me. Very sleasy way of getting extra money off of you but I had the manager fill in my cancellation form and went in at the end of the month to give my card. Fast forward to September and I get a call asking me to pay for my membership. I explain to the chap that I had already cancelled it, he told me that he could not find my cancellation form anywhere and that he would speak with the current manager to get things done for me. I get a call a day later saying that things have been finalized and I should be good to go. Again, fast forward to today and I receive a message, yeat again, asking me for payment. I do not usually leave reviews but this is just ridiculous at this point. Avoid this place.

Negative experience: Whoever runs this gym is undoubtedly unconscionable. All memberships froze around 23rd March -at the start of the lockdown - pursuant to an email that was sent by the management. How come by 1 September, the very day the gym reopens, you're charging people for a new month?! Plus nobody answers their mobile number, so it was impossible to cancel over the phone or online. It's totally gluttonous and unfair to charge people for cancellation when you deprived them of the opportunity to do so. The staff (excluding the instructors- who are usually very helpful) are only friendly when trying to get you to sign up, afterwards, they're so obnoxious and oblivious of your existence. Plus, the new subscribers ad was a total sham. Shameful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, nice atmosphere about the place but never so busy that it gets in the way of a workout, especially now with the current restrictions. Equipment is modern and well maintained and staff are really chill and friendly.

Negative experience: I frozen my membership before the pandemic because I wasn't sure if or when I will be able to come back to gym. Then I received an email stating that payment will be taken for Septmeber month, I phoned them and they said that they sent emails regarding their gym being reopened, but I didn't receive anything, Shaun said it's not their fault that I didn't receive one, I've been told that I will have to pay for October as well as it's close to October now, management is terrible, they are not trying to help you, avoid at any cost. Equipment is good but the way they treated their customers is just unfair ...

Negative experience: I wrote an email to snap fitness before the pandemic that I wished to cancel my membership at the gym. Reason being, I was moving out of Aberdeen. With the gym reopening on the 31st, It was clear that I wanted my gym membership to be cancelled before the opening. But I was charged a September payment even though I emailed them months before about the cancellation. I went in a few days after opening for my cancellation form as they don’t allow online/phone call cancellations. And they are now charging me for the October payment now. Just unfair.

When I wanted to cancel my membership completely I've been told that I need to pay for one more month even though I sent an email about my cancellation more than 30 days before the date on which i wanted my membership to be canceled. Equipment is good but the way they treated the customer is just not fair.

Fantastic experience: Was at puregym for many years before starting a membership at Snap alongside my Puregym membership.... Since starting at snap I haven't been back to pure. Snap fitness is a brilliant gym with quality equipment and 100% meets my needs. The gym is never too busy and you don't find yourself waiting to get onto equipment either, plus to me this gym is like a little community with people giving tips and advice. Staff are very friendly too and know what they are talking about! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Not so busy that you have to wait for equipment. 24h access. Individual changing rooms with showers very helpful for those like me who don't like to get changed in front of strangers.

Positive experience: This gym has 24-hour access. The equipment Is excellent on the top floor of the gym there are weight machines running and cycling machines, and on the ground floor, they have free weights and other worker-out equipment. There is plenty of work-out equipment to choose from. The place is clean and tidy. The staff here are amicable and knowledgeable about exercising. You can book a personal trainer her at 35 pounds an hour the personal trainer can give you fitness routine help with dietary requirements and lots more if you need it. On the disability front, they have a disabled changing room with a shower, and hand rails. There's plenty of room to move about the gym in a wheelchair. Only one thing to be aware of to get to the ground floor you to have go down stairs or go outside and round to the another door.
