Fantastic experience: Awesome place, the coaches work you hard, which is what you want and need if you're learning to box. I'm going for weight loss and have lost 20kg. Still have a long way to go, but the guys there are very encouraging and supportive so I know I'll achieve my goals.

Negative experience: Unfriendly, condescending person dealing with enquiries. Didn't explain the set up very well extremely off putting. Didn't feel women were welcomed
