Negative experience: No staff at gym last Saturday for me to have a look around. Nobody there Monday either and phone just goes to voicemail. I'll join another gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym since it has first opened with a friendly supportive team and also with other A/F members not only helping myself but my husband and new to the gym 16 year old on our fitness journey, The classes are varied, fun and suitable for all level of fitness, The gym is clean and well equipped. Shower rooms , toilets and changing rooms always appear clean, 24/7 acess is perfect for me as a shift worker.

Fantastic experience: Having started the gym only 2 months ago, I took up PT straight away, mainly as I was clueless and wanted to maximise my time. Dan was fantastic and helped me build up confidence straight away. After nearly 2 months of PT I am very pleased with my results and will definitely be continuing. Classes are fantastic and at great times to fit around work.

Positive experience: I joined so that I could attend classes but they are all at weird times. There is only one class that I can attend as most of them are at finner time. I am very disappointed

Positive experience: My regular gym. Excellent facilities and well maintained. My only gripe, which is nothing to do with the gym, is the large proportion of users who spend more time on their phones than exercising. Must have the fittest thumbs on the planet.

Negative experience: I have been waiting for a refund of over £100 for a couple of months. Unfortunately they are not capable of picking up a phone and using a card reader. very quick to take your money, very slow when it is the other way round.

If any of you out there are debating weather or not to go back i promise you its exactly the same as before, just the fact you have to book. I got on every piece of gym equipment and just made sure i wiped it down afterwards. Thanks again for making it happen as theirs a lot of gyms that have shut down now, or cant afford to make the alterations

Fantastic experience: Started my membership here in December. I am very impressed there is a good range if equipment and private showers. Best benefit to this gym.... you can go when ever you want which makes it easy to fit around your current life. You also get discounts at local business as a perk of your membership. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at the gym since it opened. I’ve been impressed by all of the staff. They are all so approachable and extremely professional. The equipment is excellent. The choice of classes are great. Both Tasha and Liam who facilitate the classes are really knowledgable and make the classes fun. I’ve also had PT sessions with Tasha and highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: The facilities here are awesome and it’s huge, you won’t think by looking at it from the roadside but there’s loads up here and it’s really spacious. Open 24 hours too really great for this area!
