Negative experience: Before you make your final call on the membership, just so you know, there might be times—around six months of the year—when hot water isn’t available due to some ongoing issues. The manager's assistance often promises that things will be sorted out “today or tomorrow,” but it can be a bit of a waiting game. On a positive note, I’ve got to give a huge shout-out to Orin! His management skills are seriously impressive. He always jumps in to handle any issues that pop up, and his involvement really makes the whole gym experience so much better.

Fantastic experience: The staff are all friendly and accommodating and the gym has everything you need. I've really enjoyed coming here!

Positive experience: A good local gym with decent prices. It is worth the visit and the experience however I would say the improvement of the machines could be possible and more clean gym bathrooms.

Positive experience: BANK HOLIDAY they close at 6. Gym is small but has nearly everything you need. Some extensions that’s common with machines aren’t there example no ankle straps on 3 cable machines but every other machine. I wish they closed at 7 for the people who work 9-5 the weekend closes so quick. That’s the down side

Once you've signed up, you are contacted after 2 weeks to see how you're settling in which is really nice and the staff always make an effort to welcome you and help you if you need it.

Fantastic experience: I have just joined the Erith gym and its brilliant!! Great variety of equipment and good schedule of fitness classes. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Gym always kept clean and tidy. Very reasonable monthly price. I’m glad I joined.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this branch on the weekend and I’ve been throughly impressed with the quality of equipment and cleanliness. This gym boasts an amazing atmosphere with an extensive array of machines and free weights making it easy to complement my workout. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It’s a decent size gym and overall a fantastic place to pursue your fitness goals. Wish it was my local gym!

Positive experience: I love the staff so much at this gym and it is always clean. However it is very small and when there’s a class on there’s no floor space and the music is overwhelmingly loud.

Positive experience: Cracking gym, great atmosphere been there since its first opened and always been a friendly gym with great staff. John is a huge asset to the gym, always helping people and helping new starters ease there way into gym life.

Positive experience: I always feel comfortable in this gym; the staff are welcoming and approachable, the other gym goers are friendly and it has a good range of equipment. Pele conducted my induction and it was the most useful gym induction I'd ever had (better than my experience in other branded gyms over the years). It was so good that I have personal training with him and I've progressed so much under his instruction. The only thing stopping this from being a five star review is that given its popularity and success the gym needs to expand its footprint (please lease the unit next door!) and get another smith machine, a hip thrust machine, more benches in the weights area and more floor space for mat work. Also be quicker to repair machines when they do break.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this gym enough! Especially if you are a beginner. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Every single one of the staff are brilliant and so motivating. The classes are amazing.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here 2.5 years & love it here, it really is like my 2nd home, I have used the p.ts most of my time there & they are all amazing, Dan & josh are incredible in the office, even with my health condition the staff don't make me feel like I cant do it, they encourage me to have a go & support me every step of the way, I have to take alot of breaks from the gym which I hate doing but they always welcome me back like a member of the family. Love you all & keep up the fantastic work ❤️

Positive experience: I love the gym and have been going since it opened - the community is what really sells it for me. Everyone here is super nice, the staff here are always helpful (especially Wayne and Bill) and I have made countless friends. The reason I wouldn’t give the full 5 stars is because of the low maintenance of the gym equipment. Some of the gym equipment has been broken for over a year and we have been promised new equipment which I am yet to see.

Fantastic experience: I only enquired about the classes and costs of them. I emailed though thier website and got a timely and very informative response. I go past the gym daily, thetes always activity and not over crowded

Negative experience: I joined this gym and decided to leave after my 12 months was up and have notice that I wanted to leave. I cancelled my direct debit but they said I need to make one final payment which I did over the phone. I am being chased for this payment, even though I have made it. They wanted to charge me a fine for more than the actual payment which the gym said they would cancel but yet they continue to chase me. Don't sign any contracts with these people.

Positive experience: The staff is lovely, friendly and very helpful. However it is a very small gym. So small that some equipments are kept hidden due to lack of space. The have the equipments but they don't have the space to use them.

Negative experience: Staff are polite and helpful enough. The changing rooms leave a lot to be desired. People had been doing farmer blows in the mens shower facility. Quite disgusting and definitely unhygienic as mucus was present. Especially as the Pandemic is on going. Also, the staff keep the doors open, so anyone working out can see you accessing the showers.

Positive experience: Functional weight lifting sets, good treadmills and a very good martial arts kickboxing bag.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym. Not too crowded

Positive experience: Gets very busy during pick hours, and no one puts their weights back which is super annoying
