Positive experience: Not sure if this was still 24/7, just tried going to it but all lights are off. Pretty sure its closed. No signs saying why and online shows its 24/7. So please is it 24/7 or not?

Fantastic experience: Nice place, workers are cool, the manager parth is an awesome guy with alot of knowledge. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I had my 1st fitness orientation today with carol. She went over everything that I wanted to achieve before we started the show round and workout. She was amazing considering it’s my 1st time back in the gym in almost 10 years she made me feel at ease and was able to have a laugh. She was approachable and kind and understanding no judgement when I was struggling just encouragement. I was shown how to use all equipment and nothing was to much for her. The gym itself is lovely and clean and the atmosphere is a friendly environment from everyone. I’m looking forward to starting my journey. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to join.

Negative experience: Customer service of this gym in online is really Bad, if you want to remove your membership it will be a nightmare, they don't even have a number to call, you need to leave a mail and wait for then. 2 time I thought I removed my account but they still to my money. I don't recommend this gym, rather go to sporting village you will get summing, gym, and others for less price

Positive experience: For a basic gym it has all the equipment you need. The place itself looks tacky. Most lockers dont work. 24hr gym but cnt use showers 24hr.

Fantastic experience: One of the best and good value for money gyms around in Basildon. Started in November last year and had a few day session sun other gyms here and there but easy gym I will always be loyal to. The staff have such a good and happy vibe with classes Morning and afternoon (but more information available on their website) so welcoming and warm when you first start. The gym itself is clean, tidy and well spaced out so you have enough room to do your weight training up stairs and cardio / stretching downstairs. Changing rooms are super clean and tidy and that’s always a must in gyms. There is also a free two hour parking slot when you are a member in the car park just outside of the gym which is also a touch, not far from Basildon Bus station the train station and two taxi tanks, so public transport is within walking distance! Would highly recommend Easy Gym Basildon with a good 5/5!

Fantastic experience: Nice place to work out, good to see all walks of people in there. Friendly staff, when I go always can use the equipment straight away, nice clean loos too(always a bonus lol)

Fantastic experience: Easygym is actually ‘easy’, I train here multiple times a week and have never once had a problem, the staff are the nicest people in Basildon and the customers are all just as nice. The equipment is sturdy and there is always available machines for whatever you want to exercise. 5*

Positive experience: It's a good gym but the main reason why not many people go there is, they don't have a phone number. You try on Google or on their website, no phone number is given. Other gyms overtake them easily. The marketing manager should be given an award for this

Fantastic experience: Nice vibes in this gym everyone is friendly, no waiting for machines. People are also wiping the machines after they use them, Which is nice to see plus they have an announcement over the speakers reminding people to clean the machines before and after use. It's kept clean and the toilets and showers are nice and clean too.

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership and they have taken another months payment from me.

Fantastic experience: A very covid 19 friendly place, wide spaces, safe workout culture embeded. Everybody is respectful and the fee is more than fair for all this equipment. Loving it fr real. It's a good place.

Fantastic experience: Easy gym Basildon is a fantastic gym. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. The equipment is very high quality and well kept. This is not a posey gym it’s a safe space to go and work out.

Positive experience: A very well equiped gym with changing rooms and toilets facility. Anti septic solutions kept for cleaning after use. Staff is very friendly. Bit busy in evening but not that busy in morning hours.

Fantastic experience: Variety of equipment, and not usually overly busy. Decent classes available, if that's your thing - otherwise plenty to be doing by yourself. Just a shame they haven't returned to 24 hour yet, post lockdown.

Positive experience: Good Gym and nice staff, the only thing that i didnt like there is no any hook or any shelf in the Mens showers, so basically u have to keep your gels on the floor...but in overall nice gym for the price.

Positive experience: This gym is a real basic place but ita cheap and tbh has what u need to achieve your goals

Fantastic experience: Free and intense classes (both for peak and off peak periods)! Driven and motivating staff who are the strictest fitness coaches ever lol, pushing you to reach your goal; yet understanding as to know your limit. Very good equipment, easy to use even for a beginner. Not too rowdy as the pricing of the membership and the location are just right. Nice big mirror facing a plain wall in the female toilet, good for post/pre workout pictures. Cool changing room though I've never needed to use it. BMI, height and weight scale/calculator available for £1. Good music too quite danceable. Lockers available to keep your stuff. There's free water and paper towels if you forget yours. No negatives that I have noticed so far, I've been going here for a month and it's my first gym membership. I thought it would be horrible and I'd have to go back to brisk walking but it's been surprisingly good and I find myself wanting to go back every other day.

Fantastic experience: Nice and quiet gym with lots of equipment and a very friendly atmosphere. The staff remember your name and will always say hello and be on hand to help if needed. Offers a great variety of HIIT workouts through the Pack45 classes :) Would strongly recommend

Positive experience: Always peaceful. Good range of modern equipment. Uncomplicated setup. Never too many users all the time I visited which allowed me to enjoy the equipment as I preferred. 1 star deducted for not having an arrangement in place towards parking.

Negative experience: It was great when it opened but now it's so busy you will be lucky to get on any of the equipment. The only day it's less busy us Sunday. Glad I only had a 3 month trial because I won't be rejoining. So frustrating standing around waiting your turn.

Positive experience: I like this gym because they have a great amount of equipment only problem is if you need to use the mats to stretch or warm up you will probably never get the chance as they always have classes going on and there's no other free area.
