Fantastic experience: I started last Wednesday me and my partner was looking for the right gym for us as I do suffer with anxiety etc but honestly I am so pleased we chosen this gym anytime fitness is amazing the staff is so understanding and make you feel really welcome so that helps with my anxiety best gym in my opinion (:

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and very welcoming team. I trained recently at the Stratford upon Avon AF while visiting the area. The team were very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment. Gym layout and equipment range is very good, and there is a separate studio for cardio, stretching and mat work. Handy location with parking in front of the gym or in the retail park.

Negative experience: Gym is ok, but if you cancel membership you get harassed and constantly spammed with threats of fines, despite you leaving a rolling monthly contract 3 months prior!

Fantastic experience: Really impressed by the personal trainers here. I had two different ones as I tried to get back in shape during this summer and they were really friendly and knowledgable!

Fantastic experience: Great staff, very personable. Enjoyable classes that suit all either with a trainer or virtual. PT sessions are available. I always feel when I walk in, the atmosphere always feels happy

Positive experience: Modern gym with plenty of equipment options. The cleaning supplies are kept in totes on the floor. Based on how the space is laid out, the "rush hours" can feel a bit suffocating, but they can be avoided by going early in the morning or in the early afternoon.

Staff are on hand to give advice if you want it, and they have 2 amazing personal trainers too. The membership is great value when you consider what is included. Best gym in Stratford by a long way!

Fantastic experience: I really love this gym; always look forward to coming here, even on days when I don't feel like working out. Wide range of equipment to choose from, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming with a smile; always happy to help you on your fitness journey, keep you motivated and will answer any questions on how to use the apparatus. They're amazing at organising member socials and fun monthly challenges too; great sense of community! I also love their classes, such as Circuits, HIIT and Ab Attack! They have loads of virtual classes to choose from too

Fantastic experience: When I first came to anytime fitness I had no confidence in myself. After three months of workouts I got my confidence back. The staff at anytime fitness are amazing they are always here to have a chat even if you had a bad day. Everyone at anytime fitness are so welcoming and supportive. I highly recommend anytime fitness.

Negative experience: Firstly I'd like to state that the staff were kind and made it their mission to know my name, which was lovely and deeply appreciated, however... If you're a regular gym-goer who is looking to build muscle I would not recommend this gym. The gym is simply too small to accommodate for the machines required for all muscle groups and members, with underprovided benches, squat racks and deadlifting platforms which are required for a wide range of exercises. Additionally, the machines were very poor with terrible range of motion for many exercises which weren't ideal (friends also agreed). As an attender who enjoys going with a friend, the gym was difficult to bring a buddy consistently as the minimum membership is 6 months (which I regret getting). This just made things awkward to coordinate with 1 day passes for friends. As someone who usually pushes quite hard in the gym, during the summer was very difficult as the air con was barely on in the main room which led to leaving the gym early with sickness. It's not that the gym itself is terrible, I'm sure for people who enjoy the company of the staff and the team-based activities would be worth it, this just wasn't worth the outrageous monthly fee of 40 pounds for what I received.

Negative experience: A gym chain that cares more about the money you have in your pocket than your fitness and well being. when signing up they will make you put your signature on some drawing app and COPY AND PASTE into a written contract WITHOUT your permission. If you decide to quit the gym early they will IGNORE your notice and disregard it and they will expect you to pay for the remaining months of the 1 year contract YOU DID NOT SIGN!! I highly recommend you stay away from this gym

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym I've been to in Stratford. I go there 6 days a week, it has all the equipment I need, the staff are all lovely, it has a great atmosphere, all the members are welcoming and it's such a great place to be.

You can tell how passionate the staff are, and they’re always so encouraging! Also a great rage of equipment to choose from, and I really enjoy the classes. Also love the fact it’s 24hours!

Positive experience: Equipment at this gym is brilliant and well maintained. Anything that’s broken gets fixed or replaced in a reasonable timeframe. Always seem to be upgrading and buying new equipment that lasts well. Main gripe, however, is how ridiculously busy this gym can get. If you go at 5-8pm on a weekday, any set workout routines that require specific equipment are quite often ruined due to how busy it is, and it’s Sod’s law that nothing you want is available. However, it is 24hrs so if you work shifts and go at like midnight or 1am, you essentially have a whole gym of amazing equipment to yourself.

Positive experience: With the screens for myzone always being down that's a bit off putting, but the classes have improved a lot and the staff are brilliant. Had it not been for the screens always having problems then it's a 5 star gym

I was quite nervous when I first joined when the gyms reopened this year because it was my first time ever joining a gym properly and the staff make you feel so so welcome. They are very approachable and I feel like I can easily ask for help when I need it! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have so many good things to say about anytime fitness that I think my battery would run dead before I’m finished, it is very well run and professional gym, the staff are so easy to talk to and will help you with any questions that you may have, with the current climate the gym is very clean and the equipment is spaced so that the members aren’t too close to 1 another, the membership benefits are some of the best in town and online, honestly I could go on but I’ll stop here, go in and have a chat with 1 of the staff and give them a go

Positive experience: It's cheap, & reasonably well equipped. Staff aren't particularly proactive, but I’ve never been a member of a gym where they are, so no issue with that. Lack of lockers is an issue & members who keep keys has never been addressed properly. Updated.... Under new gym manager from 2019 & transformed in a week!!! Great work Josie!! Owners have made some changes in late 2022 in decor but few equipment upgrades. No intention of jumping ship over the road

Fantastic experience: After 8 years at the Wildmoor, I thought I would check out Anytime fitness as I was finding the general atmosphere at Wildmoor un-inspiring. Anytime fitness is the total opposite. It has an energetic vibe to it - the weights and machines are on another level to the Wildmoor and the staff are great. Its a vibrant, inspiring atmosphere - well lit - everything is fantastic. .... and of course open 24 hours!!! May just get my news years day workout in this year? PS - Looked at a couple of the negative reviews. I run a business locally and you will always get someone quick to fire negativity around. I have been twice. On the first visit a guy who was clearly working on something important spent as much time as I needed showing me around - he could not have been nicer. Spent as long as I needed answering questions (and I am a man! lol). Second time I was signed up with Lenker (?) who once again was totally lovely. She also ran through the Boditrax system with me. Couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. As for aggressive members (???!!!) Really? Do we blame establishments for the members behaviour? So far not witnessed anything like that but I know if something did occur I would mention it to a member of staff and I am sure it would be sorted. The general vibe of the place could not be more positive.

Negative experience: Nice place but the stuff is only for the nice ladies. First time there he just show me the bathroom and that's it. All the rest of the time he was talking with a girl.

Fantastic experience: I love it. After first 3 days, I am thinking why I delayed joining the gym. Open 24 hours, friendly staff, plenty of space and 3 multigym equipments excluding heavy weight section. Best part is classes like Dance fit, Circuits and many more for stamina, strength and body toning. Peak time 5pm to 7pm.
