Positive experience: We went to a party here but paid for our older 2 boys to go in as well good value for money and we got drinks and chips well we was here they was nice my son had party food at his friend's party so yes good day only thing is when going on the inflatables the boys were told to turn there socks inside out not sure why as they were the flip out socks that we bought for them but yes good place will definitely visit again

Fantastic experience: We go to the SEN session and it’s absolutely brilliant. It’s great that Flip Out offer this session and I would strongly recommend anyone with an active special needs child to take part. The staff are great at ensuring the kids are safe, but understanding to their complex needs. Very friendly and a lovely atmosphere with so many children having a great time.

Positive experience: Visited here on a very wet day during our trip to York. We opted for the two hour session, and we're glad we did as there is loads to do here! My 2 year old and 5 year old had an absolute blast and most important of all, were absolutely knackered by the end of it! I've dropped one star as the coffee was pretty terrible ... And given that I was sat for 2 hours, this was meant to be my saviour! I wasn't expecting any top-notch, gourmet beans, but the caramel latte barely tasted of caramel and was less than pleasant to consume! Coffee aside, this is a fantastic place to wear the younglings out and get a bit of peace for the rest of the day!

Fantastic experience: Awesome kids loved it and even the Mrs had a go in there!

Positive experience: The people are nice here and helpful too. If you do your waivers in advance you don’t need to be there thirty minutes early! Quite the queue for coffee but nice when it arrived.

Fantastic experience: Had a brilliant time with my 2 year old. I love what they've done with the place since it was taken over. The new soft play area was a huge hit and we loved the inflatable bit at the far end too. The new ninja warrior bit was above the age range for my little one but looked a lot of fun. I'd highly recommend it. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Positive experience: It was £14 to bounce for an hour, not bad. There was a maze thing and it was fun but I had to bend down a lot because it is made for small children and it hurt my back. Food was £15. Chicken burger and hot dog looks depressed and plain and comes with nothing but you can add ketchup at the side for free. My hotdog fell apart and didn’t taste that good. Pizza and nachos were really good. Food didn’t look like the pictures and I don’t think it was worth the price. Loved the cheesey nachos and pizza tho. Staff were friendly and I had a good time overall. Bouncing was pretty fun.

Fantastic experience: We have been there on sunday and my daughter left her soft toy (pink dog) somewhere near the lockers. I just realised the next day....called them and explained what's happened and the gentleman told me over the phone the dog is with him and will keep it until I collect it. I was sure someone has picked it up and we never gonna get it back.It's was a nice surprise and my daughter was so happy when She got it back.They had a very good time while we were there.My kids loved the new bits.Thank you very much.

Negative experience: Absolute shambolic from start to finish. Groups of kids just running around the place not listening to instructions given. Kids running up slides the wrong way absolute disaster. Running around nearly knocking other people over saw 2 staff only in the play area. Your staff should all wear high visibity jackets so we cant miss them plus i recommend that they all carry whistles to blow to get the attention of children not behaving.

Fantastic experience: I haven't gone here in a while but from what I remember it was an awesome trampoline park. Especially the pit with a bunch of foam blocks. This was amazingly good. I hope to come again soon. Please respond if you see this! :)

Fantastic experience: As a childminder this is a fantastic and cheap morning out for us!

Positive experience: Very fun place! Lots of different options to play on. The children were given a safety briefing before playing, which is great. It would be better, however, if the setting of the briefing were quieter so there would be a better chance of the children absorbing the information (it was held in the entrance hall, so lots of people coming and going). Overall though, can highly recommend.

Positive experience: Good place just wish the staff had better control over the kids, kids climbing up slides and jumping onto your trampoline, going into the obstacle course the wrong way making it near impossible to use some with the foam pit. Other than that I would highly recommend going, lots to do and been improved much since I last came

Positive experience: I've been going on and off for 8 years. I think the recent updates are needed - soft play style play area within the park and other constructions. No longer seem to have balls in the dodge ball area. Trampolines are great tho. Cafe good if you like American style fast food or sweets. Not really any toddler friendly snacks or healthier options so quite disappointing - hence only 4 stars

Fantastic experience: My two granddaughters loved it. The Cafe was a great place to wait whilst they enjoyed themselves.

Positive experience: I have visited here many times and usually been impressed with staff and facilities. Today however I am really dissaponted. The place is filthy! I am not talking 3hrs of kids running around filthy I am talking deap filth. We were planning on staying for lunch but after visiting the toilets.... not a chance. The activity area itself needed a good vacuum and maintenance on trip hazards where matting has lifted, no balls in the dodgeball area and only 2 of the 10 lights on the rapid bounce activity. Generally had an air of run down and not overly bothered.

Fantastic experience: What a great way to get the kids to sleep at night, they just love it

Positive experience: Great fun on a rainy Day. Lots of trampoline activities and small soft play. It's a good idea to take drinks and snacks as the cafe is a little pricey. We did a 2 hour session - there was plenty to keep the kids occupied and they certainly were tired out!

Fantastic experience: This was 10x's better than soft plays! Lots of exercise that will tire kids and adults out! Highly recommend!

Positive experience: We went for my daughters birthday party. The place is great and the kids were shattered after a great time. The staff that handle the bookings tried to suggest our party wasn't paid for when in fact it had been paid for months. They had muddled us up with another party on the same day but they had given us all kinds of info about this other party to try to confirm it was indeed us. That's doesn't seem safe. I wouldn't want our details involving money speaking about with strangers. This was our main complaint. Since we went last time with my son for his party they've added a soft play part. This was a hit with our party goers

Positive experience: Fun for the kids. Pretty cold if you're just sitting and watching. It was very quiet when we attended so there was only one member of staff trying to cover the trampolines, the cafe and the entrance. Food and drinks are available in the cafe but as I stated, there's no heating so it's cold just sitting.

Fantastic experience: We've always had a great time here. We go as an organised event with a charity. We got the deal that had pizza and chips to have after the bouncing. The staff were so great and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Had a great time with my 3 year old today ; huge thanks to the young man working there. He was absolutely wonderful, entertaining my child and encouraging him to have lots of fun. Thank you, would not have been half as fun without him.

Positive experience: My daughter went to a party here. There is lots of space to run and bounce about it a lot bigger than I expected. The cafe is on the 2nd floor and overlooks the whole play area from one end. Great as a parent to keep and eye on the kids. The food for the party was good as well Chicago Town pizzas and Rollover hot dogs.

Positive experience: Good trampolines and various of things to do , after being to a few trampoline parks could suggest expanding abit more to stay interesting - also staffing in the session needs to be improved- if manning a queue this needs to be kept to to prevent upset. On top of this, potentially engaging with the kids rather than being grumpy. Also manning services to ensure older kids aren’t stopping people from using part of the course by sitting somewhere you’re supposed to walk through for example or bad behaviour to younger children. Just a suggestion to ensure that kids have a better experience but overall a nice trampoline park

Fantastic experience: Friendly place. Great having option to watch the safety video and sign waiver before coming. Lots of space for the kids, well laid out and very clean.

Positive experience: Trampolining part is fine but if you want healthier options take your own! No squash available, no snacks that weren't chocolate or crisps. Even the soft drinks didnt have a lot of diet options.

Fantastic experience: Fun times with the kids, safe to let them roam around as they want, lockers for your stuff and a cafe upstairs. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: Took 3 grandchildren they had a great time. Not over crowded and all staff made it a great visit. Recommend it if you have kids with a lot of energy to burn off

Negative experience: Booked a session for my son and I and arrived at the correct time to sign in, session was due to start at 10am. At 10.10am the queue was almost 30 people deep with two members of staff and no one else in sight. My son is autistic, was wearing ear defender's and clearly struggling with the unanticipated wait to sign in. We got fed up and left the queue and managed to get the managers attention. Giuseppe, who was abrupt, lacked any empathy and flatly refused to help or accept we should have a refund as my son could no longer attend the session as due to the wait his anxiety was through the roof. He refused to explain the complaints procedure and refused to give me the directors name (which I have figured out for myself!) Absolutely horrendous experience of a business who clearly doesn't care about their customers and only about profit.

Fantastic experience: Kids had a great time and enjoyed their food

Positive experience: Went for a 5th birthday party and went on myself with the kids. Great fun overall. The only downside is the soft cubes around the rings station probably need to be replaced as very smelly (years of sweat!) and starting to fall apart. Besides that really good experience and the kids loved it.

Fantastic experience: Went with kids aged 5 and 8. Going early on a weekend ensured a quieter atmosphere. Yes, a little expensive, but it even got our sit-down-gamer kid moving. Parking is plentiful too! We will be back!

Fantastic experience: Been here a few times, not always perfect but always been OK. Yesterday I had booked 3 additional children on to coincide with a birthday party being attended by one of our children, but due to a misunderstanding the party was actually an hour later than I thought. I rang and explained and they were really nice and moved the booking on an hour for us. Also, they were happy for the children to use socks they already had from other venues, rather than insisting we bought their own, being a tight Yorkshire lass, this pleased me as it's something that really gets my back up elsewhere, and would definitely influence any review or recommendations I'd give to others.

Negative experience: The time was shocking and the money is overprice 2 pound 50 for a bottle of pepsi 2 pound for a bar of chocolate it was too much money and didnt impress but the trampolines are ok and the dogeball court is fun but just woulfnt recomend

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old kids, boy/girl twins, love this place. Super clean and gets the energy out. The staff monitoring the jumping are a bit up tight but I guess they’re just keeping everyone safe.

Positive experience: We went for a mini adventure with our son. The place looked tired and worn (toilets were dirty) but they mentioned it was taken over by new management so I would hope they can spruce it up a bit.

Positive experience: Attended for a children's birthday party. The safety briefing was shouted out by a young man who obviously has very little experience in speaking with young children.

Positive experience: Visiting on a weekend is always guaranteed to be hectic with birthday parties and lots of little kids. That being said, the staff were brilliant, particularly Jack who carried out the safety brief and was patient with all ages on the air bags. A few trampolines were out of order and it could do with some tlc but it is definitely worth a visit. Lots of fun and lockers are free which is a bonus!

Positive experience: Grandkids had a fun time. I saved a child who was about 3 years of age from what could have been a very serious or fatal incident. He had slipped down of the path under the big inflatable crash mat. No one saw him or heard his screams. One lucky kid

Fantastic experience: Turned up without booking to the toddler session 10am-2pm. No problem getting in as it was very quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff. The trampolines are great fun, even for adults! My toddler loved it, and easy quite the battle to get her to stop for a drink and eventually leave. The food upstairs was really good too, we shared a chicken wrap and chips on the meal deal. Great value for money. There are free lockers for you shoes etc, you just need to enter a code. Will definitely be visiting again!

Negative experience: Adults Bring your Wellies!!! Absolute massive puddle on the entrance to the car park, no problem when you’re in a car but if there’s no spaces like today when I arrived and you’ve got to park in the street then I’d recommend adults bringing wellies to get you though the puddle! Told the receptionist, he said they’re aware of it and working with council, I’m sorry I don’t buy that, it’s drains in their land that are blocked! Just felt a bit Fobbed off!

Positive experience: Does exactly what it says on the tin. Plenty of trampolines, big pity about the cafe. Very little to chose from so disappointing if you have to spend any time up there. What they had was very expensive too so a double whammy. Could do so much better quite easily.

Negative experience: Quite small, not alot to do, foam pits smelt of cheesy feet. Me and my 11year old got bored very quickly which has never happened before. I recommend the Leeds one. Staff were very friendly though.

Negative experience: Not a place I would recommend at all! Total shambles from start to finish! Staff at reception didn't have a pen between them to sign me in, so stood for about 5 minutes waiting! Watched health and safety video, went up to join the birthday party that we had been invited for and paid for my other 2 boys on line to join in! Went to order food for my 2 additional children that I had paid for so that they could be part of the party and no hot food available, no sandwiches, very unprofessional and rude staff, one walked away while serving me a coffee and said to her colleague you can finish her off I need to sort something else out! Charming, not a word apology nothing! Fair to say I won't be returning not an experience I would like to relive!

Fantastic experience: Attended the sen friendly session for my autistic sons birthday and it was fantastic! The loud music and bright flashing lights were switched off and he had a fantastic time!

Positive experience: Staff are friendly and facilities are clean. Socks can be bought there and they serve food. Food is alittle pricy and sometimes they don't offer certain foods due to parties like pizza but most of the time there is an alternative. Lockers are available and are free you just put a code in and plenty of parking. Only thing is now my son is at school I've found the evening and weekend sessions cost us alot as a family of 4. As a rare treat we do visit though

Fantastic experience: We made a birthday party for our 5 years old there. Kids had so much fun. Everything was brilliant. (Service, staff, food.) Big thank you to Jake who was amazing with the kids. He did a great job! We highly recommend this place!

Positive experience: Kids loved it. Food fairly average and not much variety for kids party. Only get 1 hour on trampolines, would expect longer. They also charge for adults who are looking after their kids which was an unpleasant surprise. All in all creepy Crawleys is a better and cheaper option. Good facilities but poor value for money for a kids party.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place to have a kids party or just some family fun. Loads of trampolines and other activity equipment to keep kids happy, even kids of many decades old. Cafe and chill out area upstairs overlooking the trampolines and a few party rooms for private groups. Lots of staff to oversee and make sure it's all safe.

Fantastic experience: I take my girls to the SEN session on a Thursday evening and it's great fun, always a helpful fun member of staff on the floor, they are aware of additional needs and are understanding towards the children. Jazz is amazing and my girls think she's wonderful, we also had the pleasure of meeting Mason this week, he's a lovely young man who was very good and patient with the girls and all other children there.

Fantastic experience: What stood out here was the staff and their interaction with the children. We have been to other trampoline parks where the staff look like disillusioned rejected gymnasts. This doesn't apply here, they played and interacted with the children enthusiastically and in a really positive way. This made it for the children and differentiates them from other parks. The facilities are good and well maintained.

Fantastic experience: The kids absolutely loved it here. With a pleasant area for the parents to watch and wait from. The sweet chilli wrap was lovely.

Fantastic experience: We went for a party with my 3 year old and 7 year old they both had a fantastic time and staff were brilliant and friendly, my only criticism is the safety video is a bit extreme with the images and talk of death. I understand that children have to be aware of the dangers if they do not follow the rules but it took me ages to get my 3 year old to go in after watching it. As she thought it would snap her legs!

Positive experience: It's OK for what it is I suppose. Definitely not for children under 3/4 as the bits in between trampolines are hard and if you're not precise when landing on them they can be very dangerous and hurt a lot. The staff wasn't very professional with the lads having" battles " between themselves throwing sponge cubes at one another. At one instance I got hit in the face by one. It's very expensive for a family to go and time is limited to an hour. My 9 year old loved it but I really wasn't a fan. There is no proper fans to cool you down after sweating on the trampolines either.

Positive experience: Really uncomfortably loud.Crowds of little children unsupervised running from trampoline to trampoline with no safety awareness , so nowhere for older kids/ teens to do somersaults and tumbles cafe pretty grimy,extremely overpriced £1.65 for a tiny carton of OJ.

Positive experience: Lovelly experience! My five year old thoroughly enjoyed it! There's plenty of space and lots of staff Withholding one star only because the cafe was in a state of disarray and one very rushed staff on the till. Otherwise a great quick trip to consume the energy of an active kid!

Positive experience: Was told to come at a certain time arrived and then told a different time for the videos, half hour isn't long enough for food and cake maybe they could extend it to 45mins ? There was person doing the tea and coffee it was a busy sat and understandably she was rushed of her feet, spent over 20mins waiting for a coffee, spent most of my time just standing and waiting.

Fantastic experience: I camt remember the name of the lady who served me and my autistic client but it was a Thursday 2pm and she was absolutely wonderful with him . The place is what you expect a trampoline park very good one too. But this staff member really went all the way for us. Thanks
