Positive experience: There’s a nice arrangement of equipment in the gym, probably just enough to get a full body workout in through the week but could definitely do with more. The membership price doesn’t quite reflect that, otherwise I wouldn’t mention it. That being said, having tried other gyms in the area I’d say this is the better of them.

Positive experience: Super clean and nicely laid out. Staff are really friendly and helpful too. They could definitely use a leg abduction / adduction machine as well as a laying leg curl as most of the machines & racks are for arms.

Negative experience: The worst gym I’ve ever been to as a girl trying to train. Glute girlies, just a heads up that they have no hip abductor machine, no glute hip thrust machine, no glute resistance bands to warm up, they just about had a cable machine but it only had one leg attachment for kickback. They didn’t even have a separate bench for split squats or a decent variety of different weighted kettlebells. They really need some better equipment and machines. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going to this gym! They are really clean and everything is separated into neat sections. I love the 24hour option and the app that tells you how busy the gym is.they have everything you would need from cardio equipment to strength training equipment.

Positive experience: This is a fantastic gym. The equipment is good and a variety of training styles have been considered as part of this gym’s conception. Not to mention it’s open 24/7, so it’s a shame I can’t give it 5 stars. There is one significant reason for this: there is no aircon. With heatstroke and temperature-induced health hazards becoming an ever increasing phenomenon in gyms (especially in summer) aircon is essential to mitigate this risk - whether the owners wish to pay for it or not.

Fantastic experience: I have been using inspire gyms for 5 years now. Friendly and helpful staff and amazing new site with a good variety of equipment! Would definitely recommend to people of all fitness abilities.
