Positive experience: A good gym, modern equipment and friendly staff. Free parking nice to have a jacuzzi and sauna

Negative experience: Good equipment - especially the spa area - and friendly staff, but some gym goers are extremely aggressive, reconsidering my membership.

Positive experience: Good gym but very very tired changing rooms and toilets. Needs a few quid spent on floor and showers fixed to work correctly. Would be nice if the sauna was a little bigger and steam room smaller as I often need to wait to use sauna (Members sit shaving in the steam room/ sauna and when I confronted him said that he has permission from the owner so I guess it’s one set of rules of some and different for others unfortunately) Things that would be nice in the gym -pay as you go ice bath would be fantastic! -Would be nice to have hot & ice cold towels available to use at a small fee or complimentary -it would be nice to switch to a 24hr gym similar to other commercial gyms -it would be nice if more health facilities could be added such as ice bath / red light therapy/ oxygen therapy more membership options would be nice to help with added costs for more health facilities and also would be nice if the sun bed was removed as this is the opposite of what a gym is supposed to be about.

Positive experience: Was in Belfast for the day so tried this gym out. Friendly staff, loved the sauna and great range of equipment. I’d go back.

Negative experience: Gym is ok but but alot equipment is old and in need of repair and the changing rooms are SHOCKING! Almost all the lockers are broken and don't lock and the broken tiles and moudling ceiling in the showers are disgusting. I see GymCo are opening new gyms. They might want to give Finaghy a bit of T&C first as it's embarrassing on some regards and like something from 20 years ago in terms of the changing facilities and worn out, poorly maintained equipment.

Fantastic experience: Love my gym. Equipment superb. Atmosphere is so friendly and you can just get on with your own workout.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a great atmosphere Shout out to Stafti and Ryan tonight they always bring a welcoming smile to members and ask how we are. As do all the staff, a very welcoming gym and the sauna is the best one I have been to. They keep it hot and gives an incentive to train .

Negative experience: Gym is great, but the app you use to sign-in is useless. On the latest iPhones it automatically signs you out each time and you have to login, enter the password and show your QR code. Several times now we have stood in a queue of people who all struggle with this and have had to ask the receptionist to check us in. Which may I add isn't always a pleasant experience depending who's on it. Not ideal when you want to get in and out. The app is just not fit for purpose so either revert back to the card or get an app that's compatible with Android and iPhone. I use to love the gym but the experience with the app is horrible.

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional receptionist called Shauneen. Broken/switched off jacuzzi/sauna or steam room every visit.Too much detail to go into regarding Shauneens aggressive behaviour toward me today. Thankfully manager Lindsay was friendly and professional but completely embarrassed by her receptionists behaviour and confrontational attitude toward me today Thankfully all other staff here are really nice and completely professional

Fantastic experience: Great place for such a low price in which included all classes, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. What can you ask more? Brilliant place and people who work there.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t recommend this gym enough! Such a wide range of equipment, facilities are always clean, every single member of staff is super friendly and helpful! They also have a wide range of classes available as well. The best part for me is the sauna, steam room and hot tub after a session!

Positive experience: People who using the sauna have zero respect to other users. Talking nonstop between each other and don't let others to relax. The staff don't care. The showers extremely high and the water runs completely cold. Not nice and nobody fixing the issue. The phone is always down and not reachable! But they are quick on taking money from your bank account.

Positive experience: One of our regular watering holes. Currently catering for Ukrainian refugees. But the restaurant was bunged. Good luck to them

Negative experience: My partner and I cancelled our membership ages ago being told that if we were to cancel before the contract ended they could only freeze our accounts and we’d pay £5 a month each until the end of 12 months and then it would be cancelled. We had no intention of renewing the membership as we were moving. Thinking everything was sorted we heard nothing for months until recently we were told we are in arrears of about £500! Turns out the girl on the phone had given us misinformation because apparently when you freeze your membership they will add on another 6 months to your existing contract without telling you and rather than attempt to take money via direct debit will wait for it to build up and then contact you. This was a mistake on their end as we were told everything was sorted and the first time we contacted them regarding the issue they said it was a mistake and the balance had been cleared and today they are now saying it isn’t a mistake and that the girl we spoke to would have never given us wrong information. So be ware of this place! Very underhand and terrible customer service.
