Fantastic experience: This gym is spacious, clean and has an abundance of well kept kit. I was highly impressed with how neat and tidy everything is. It even has its own free car park!. Came here on a day pass but if I lived closer to west brom this would be my first choice to join without a doubt.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym I’ve been coming here since 2020 and the lady gym owner is so nice and helpful she has great customer service and always makes me feel welcome. Also the boxing ring is such an advantage compared to any other gym because the membership is so affordable whereas, you have other gyms that have boxing rings but they are usually a lot more expensive. The equipment is very good and this is a very nice place to train if you want to avoid busy gyms where you can’t get a chance to work out or have to wait for things. They accommodate people who love combat sports very well as well as people who lift weights and do fitness as there is a lot of spare gloves and fighting equipment like pads and stuff. But my favourite thing about the place is how nice the lady gym owner is she has helped me so many times with certain things and is always smiling and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Nice place - right next to restaurant if you are on a little cheat day. Great personal trainers - always have a good positive attitude and are very welcoming. Security gives me memories of being in an airport, but hey, least you know it's safe. Boxing bags x 2. Some boxing gloves are expected to bring your own. A ring, pads. Up to date gym equipment in the weight area. Everyone's friendly, good equipment and good price. Honestly, you can't go wrong - if distance is an issue and you ain't got a car theirs a metro stop next to the gym, too. Give it a try.

Positive experience: Overall this is a good gym. As the gym as a whole has a lot of equipment available. But I will say that the women’s section definitely needs improvement. The mixed section has hundreds of machines and is a HUGE section whereas the women’s section is small with around 20 machines. No kettle bells, not many weights, nor barbells and things like a smith machine. As it’s a women’s section and many of the women will most likely want to use things like the cable kick back, hip abductor machines and leg press. There is none of that and only 2 running machines. There is also no AC (not too sure about the mixed section) but the women’s section is very hot and it makes it very impossible to work out in such a warm environment. Overall I did like this gym, I just think that the woman’s section needs improvement and I hope that improvements can be made to make this gym better.

Positive experience: It’s a decent gym with a variety of equipment. But since it’s not a chain you won’t get those benefits such as open 24 hours, regular classes all day etc. Also opened a little later than 6am a few times. Overall, decent gym but not the best.

Negative experience: False advertisement, the "ladies area" isn't just for ladies. People were coming in for no reason, a member of the staff was there twice to chat to a couple of girls it wasn't for "health and safety" it was just to socialize. "the owner" can't be bothered he knows nothing about costumer service. Instead of trying to provide a safer more comfortable environment I was told sleazy excuses and one of the staff uttered over him to me "maybe it's not for you" just shows bad management in my opinion. I'd rather work out at home. NOT SAFE STAY AWAY. .. The free trail was for everyone not for just me no wonder you have to do that must be hard to keep costumers with such horrible customer service. I'm surprised mangment can replay with so many words on Google but not in person. If you want a social club that's fine just advitise it as such. The trainer was nice and polite to offer her service and 15 minutes of her time, shame she has to work for such bad management. Just joint a well known gym chain which was 9.99 a month and "exclusive" ladies area. Clarity of communication is key.

Fantastic experience: If you're a gymaholic like myself then you take pride in the environments your train in. This gym is very secured, small but compact, open 24 hours, friendly staff, small changing facilities but overall if you're looking for a gym that isn't busy then this is perfect. Not as much equipment as the one in Birmingham city but for the price, it's just right!

Positive experience: The GYM itself has great equipment but they have troubles with leaks from the ceiling and toilets, there's a big weed growing out of the ceiling, the hand dryers are pointless and the shower curtains are minging. Apart from that it's a decent gym with people who keep to themselves.

Positive experience: With all honesty, Gym is fairly clean, has all the equipment that one needs, weights and cardio, Staff seem friendly and accommodating.. One big Snag though, Bodybuilders and alike just don't seem to understand to put your weights back after finished with them, that goes for barbells and freestanding machinery... I can only come to one conclusion of such, Arrogance + Attitude = Dumbwits !
