Positive experience: I really love this gym. It's not hot so the facilities you might find in a spa gym, but for basic training and classes it's got everything. Downside is when it's busy, it's a pain.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to this gym there is a good atmosphere , it’s clean and well equipped and there are a wide range of classes at different times during the day with good instructors

Negative experience: I got personal training got my confidence up to the highest it s ever been. I felt so confident and comfortable then he decided he wouldn't work with me after the 4 sessions all the hard work I did gone. Completely ignored me in the gym in a class and in messages. I don't think I'll ever get that confidence back. The gym itself is OK but everything else I don't rate anymore

Negative experience: Been a member since opening. A strong start but now not worth the price. Classes cut, questionnaires ignored regarding them and some staff members dont know what they are doing. One staff member already gone and replaced shockingly, another rude with no class interaction, one lacks personal hygeine, one with no clue how to teach classes and a manager who clearly has favourites amongst staff easily replaced one of only ones who has a clue. Out of all the staff only 2 make the place feel welcoming and come across as knowing what they are doing.

Fantastic experience: PG Wimbledon is a top gym! The personal trainers are legends, the classes are fun and challenging, and there's plenty of equipment so you never have to wait. The setup is great. Recommended to anyone.

Negative experience: I have been a member with pure gym for years and across several locations, and never have I been restricted to do a workout in the empty studio area where there are no classes on. Bishop Auckland pure gym is turning out to be a waste of money. For the price you pay there's not that many equipment as it is and to be restricted in set areas. the membership should not be what it is and should just be cheaper to accommodate the lack of facilities.

Negative experience: Leaving home at 02:00 in the morning to go to the gym, only to find out that we are not even able to enter in, try to contact them but of course there is no costumer service and an advisor will reply within 12 hours, this is ridiculous, especially that it is a 24 h open gym... I am very disappointed with the first experience so far...

Fantastic experience: Can t wait this gym to be opened. Have being going to the council one and I had a terrible experience: staff unfriendly , crazy opening times (Sunday is 9 o'clock!!) those guys they are still living in early 2000's XD and so their equipment! I hope this gym will be as expected. Excited about the £ 12.99 joining deal.
