Fantastic experience: I go here every day they're open to make use of the excellent pool to swim, and also attend aqua aerobics classes 4 days a week. Both are a great way to get fit at your own pace and make friends/have fun while taking part!

Positive experience: We visited for a gala with our sons' swim team. Pool is great but not enough changing facilities - this meant girls were changing in the female toilets and spectators couldn't use them for their intended purpose!!

Negative experience: Went to use the pool today with my 2 young children the pool temperature was nice and warm but hardly anything for young children other than floats no toys or play equipment in the pool and the hygiene of the changing rooms are really unhygienic it made me feel sick not what you expect when you attend a pool for families.

Fantastic experience: Attend there for aqua aerobics . Problem with pool hydraulics at present. Will hopefully be resolved soon.

Negative experience: The village is poorly sign posted. I drove around, in the dark, to find it. I eventually asked directions from a local person doing a sponsored walk in memory of her daughter. With her help I found my way. But why is it not clearly signed from the main road . Eventually finding the place there was a small, grey sign which was not easily visible. The facilities for the swim meet were excellent but spoiled by driving round an industrial estate for 25 minutes.

Positive experience: Been going here for nearly 10 years. The pool sadly isn't what it used to be, it's a pain to get it booked via the app bit when you can, there aren't any toilets inside the pool facility only around the entrance. There are also no changing rooms anymore just unisex cubicles, my biggest issue is the lack of showering facilities. This place has the female and male changing rooms with these facilities years ago, but I'm not sure why since covid they've remained closed. You have to shower right next to the pool opposite other cubicles which is awkward in itself. The flooring around the showers is pretty disgusting so 100% bring your crocs and don't go barefoot. My final issue is the lifeguards blinding letting groups of 4, 5, 6 13-16 years old jump in all at once and any end of the pool resulting in a few people coming away with either near misses or minor collisions. Just isn't safe.

Fantastic experience: Actually a nice spot with the pond, anglers and BMX track next to it, as well as Cricket pitch and FAW Wales across the car park. Short walk to the Velodrome and Football pitch/training pitches/Athletics track. This is a great area for sports and car parking is decent.

Fantastic experience: Great all in one venue. Pool, 3 gyms, tennis and badminton courts, sauna and more. I think it's the best value for money sports facility near and far. A shame that the running circles and football courts can only be used by sports clubs.

Fantastic experience: Modern leisure centre where you can swim, play tennis and gym facilities. The gym facilities are usual quiete most of the time so unlike other facilities no waiting to use equipment.

Positive experience: Can't really comment on much of what's provided here. I came simply for coffee! My daughter was cycling at the nearby velodrome and their catering facilities in that building are virtually non existent. I needed caffeine. And was pointed in this direction. There's heaps of free parking outside, though I walked there. The Starbucks serving point is tucked away in the inside beyond reception. The staff were great: quick, friendly and competent. I got what I needed. A flat white. And could have sat in the huge seating area. But iheaded back to the velodrome. All around us there was activity. I enjoyed seeing the junior tennis practice on the inside courts through the windows. It kept the noise to a minimum but also provided entertainment. We'll be back to the velodrome, of that I have little doubt. And equally undoubtedly, this won't have been the last flat white I purchase from this venue!
