Fantastic experience: I've been to quite a few gyms in many locations and this is honestly one of the best I've been too. Really good gym floor with lots of equipment and space. Always able to get on a bit of kit even at peak times! Staff are very friendly and also very willing to help with questions. The classes are amazing, over 15 years of going to gyms and iv never been able to go to classes however this gym was very easy going and friendly and made me feel comfortable going to the classes! And the best thing is there are so many different types of classes so you can always book on to one! Highly recommend and so happy iv found this gym.

Fantastic experience: This is a nice gym in a country park with plenty of machines and free weights. There are badminton courts and 5 a side pitches. In the reception area is a new cafe that is open to non gym members. Plenty of parking.

Positive experience: The 3g football pitch needs a refurbishment and upgrade. Been left unaddressed for a while. Still playable though

Fantastic experience: Been using the facilities for over 7 years. What's not to like; driving through a beautiful park to get to it, plenty of parking anytime of the day and recent gym refurb is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Just had session with Justin. Great session, really got the best out of me. Very comical to be trained by which certainly helps motivate. Thank you Justin. Facilities nice and clean, highly recommend.

Positive experience: Love it. In need of some restoration which is in progress. But still an excellent functional gym without the faff of overpriced health clubs.

Fantastic experience: Loving being a member of LSF, staff are all very friendly and helpful and soon get to know you name. Really great selection of classes are available and although there are times the gym is busier never had a problem using any equipment. The recent refurbishments have made a great difference and when the new cafe is added it will be fab :-)

Positive experience: The gym is in the final phase of refurbishment and looks amazing, great range of equipment too. Very friendly and helpful team. Icing on the cake would be sauna, steam rooms and a pool please!

Fantastic experience: Great gym based in Lightwater Country Park. Lots of equipment and space plus a good variety of classes. As a member we get free use of the tennis and badminton courts which is a bonus

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this fitness center. Friendly staff, clean, loads of equipment so you never have to wait, plenty of car parking spaces and they have been great supplying antiseptic spray and paper towels during pandemic.

Positive experience: Nice place to play sports. The road leading up to the leisure centre is terrible though and large speed bumps. Caution if you aren't in something 4x4!

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities and welcoming staff. We are frequent visitors and can always find access to the equipment we need for a full workout.

Positive experience: The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym area is a good size and there is plenty of equipment. Other facilities are also useful e.g. tennis courts, astro turf pitches and indoor facilities. Only critiscm is that the cafe used to open at 8am but this has changed to 9am!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at this gym for many years and have seen a huge improvement over the equipment and facilities there. The new areas which they have included in such a small space is great.

Negative experience: Great gym. The only problem i have is the guy on the front desk. He needs to be fired hes honestly appalling, really awkward to talk to and quite rude.

Positive experience: Pretty extensive gym with a lot of space to suit all types of gym goers. Reasonably priced (same as most lifestyle fitness') with access to lots of good activities.
