Negative experience: Been a member for 8 years and last few months staff seem to think it's acceptable for showers to be cold! And then staff just rude!! It's a shame really as Terry and Jared have always been the best members of staff.leave messages and get ignored!!

Positive experience: Music can be obnoxiously loud during peak times!

Negative experience: Unfortunatly I am unable to give more than this, I signed up for this gym, the staff (joe) where great when I signed up. Unfortunatly despite creating an account with the staff when I signed up and a password, I am still not recognised on the app so cant use the members area. To top it off, I booked my first ever PT session, no staff when I turned up and was just left waiting at the reception awkwardly until another random gym member let me in, the staff member who was around had no idea what I was there for or who I was, after being left totally on my own not knowing fully what to do, I asked another gym member of staff and was left in the storage room on my own until my personal trainer never turned up, after 20 mins I walked out, no phone call explaining what had happened later on. Have cancelled my direct debit. A staff reply would be appreciated, technically I am still a member with you, madness. First impressions given my first and only visit. Rubbish.

Negative experience: Keep emailing me despite having ‘unsubscribed’ many times.

Positive experience: Since the change in management, the constant change in staff there is no consistency and the refurb it’s very weight based which doesn’t suit everyone’s needs and lot of classes were taken a away I’m in the process of trying to cancel my membership as I wish to go somewhere else but even that is proving hard to do

Fantastic experience: The recent upgrades have really transformed this place. The new equipment is great for strength training and the functional area is a much nicer place to train. It's rarely mega busy like other gyms in TW and it's got a nice customer demographic there. Friendly staff and reasonably priced too.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Everyone here is always very friendly and eager to help out if you have any questions or need help. Very clean and great equipment.

Negative experience: I left this gym back in January and they have not recognised the cancellation and continued to take funds despite being told numerous times I had cancelled.

Fantastic experience: For me the gym is 5 star. The staff are amazing and helping and it is not a posing gym. All ages rub along and apart from a few odd choices of music it’s brilliant! Only place that keeps me going to the gym!

Fantastic experience: An absolutely fantastic Gym with good quality equipment, great staff and very clean. It also has to be said that the Personal Trainer that has taken me through a session (and probably lots more to come) is one of best that I've had - thanks Helen

Fantastic experience: Having recently moved to the area I tried out a few gyms before settling with energie. What the other gyms seemed to lack, energie excelled with. Boasting an experienced team with an eager to help attitude and a passion for fitness I felt welcome from the get go, special shout out to Sam for this! The gym is a decent size with lots of equipment and I can’t wait to try out the exercise classes!

Fantastic experience: The gym place is wonderful. The staff is vey nice and polite .

Negative experience: Not bad gym in general. But the most annoying things is that they do pictures of people training there or while having classes without asking you and post them on public...Facebook or their website... Face or even from the back videos ... Doesn't matter is that my face or back I was coming there to have excercise not to post myself in any social media.

Negative experience: Later edit : You have not looked into the matter properly! Firstly, I have served my notice with a month before leaving and you have confirmed the receipt of my notice therefore there must not be a debt on my account! Secondly, I am pretty sure that if there was a debt on my account you would have called me right away to talk about it rather than calling me 7 months later to invite me to re-join the gym. This does not make sense. Please look into things in greater depth before sending a reply and remove my details off your system as I won't be joining your gym. Someone called Ben rang me (unsolicited) and tried to coherce me into re-joining the gym by falsely claiming that there was a charge on my account outstanding from my previous membership. Ben later recognised that this was not the case. I was very disappointed with his way of trying to 'recruit' new members. Using those practices would rather make you lose people!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a gym tour and trial, the manager so amazing! So informative and friendly answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome.The facilities are great they really think about the little things such as a tanning machine and hair straightener in the changing room. I will joining because I instantly felt comfortable and am looking forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: Friendly gym. It is good that it opens at 6am in the week day, can do a workout before work. Equipment is always working and the aircon is a bonus.

Fantastic experience: A VERY clean gym and it's evident, extra precaution has been taken during the past year. Staff are extremely friendly, approachable and accommodating. When booking, the process is easy and there is always machinery machinery available without having to wait (long when needing to). An added bonus is, free parking. All round, a gym that is extremely good value for money.

Negative experience: Tired and worn equipment in the studio. Poor timings of classes with some being absolutely impossible to book onto. Terrible parking. Extremely quick turn around of staff. Albeit a few have been there since the dawn of time. With only one of a lot of the equipment within the gym itself it is difficult to ever get to use a lot of it. Service and communication is terrible too. Would not recommend at all.

Fantastic experience: The gym is reasonably priced and very clean ,it is airy with high ceilings and has a good balance between cardio equipment and free weights. The staff are very engaging There is spin room and a separate room for other classes And other facilities like a punch bag ,kettle bells skipping ropes , a table tennis table ,solarium ,machine coffee machine ,lounge area and most if not all the classes are included in the monthly fee. There is something there for everyone and if like me you have spent the past lifting weights ..you can always try something new

Fantastic experience: A well kitted gym for a fair price if you cant stand the busy atmosphere at pure gym. They have a number of excellent restitance machines, a well stocked free weights section and a large range of cardio machines. Its a great and relaxing enviroment and the staff are always welcoming. My fav gym so far.

Negative experience: In my personal opinion do not join this gym! Why? Because I have had a really bad experience while being a member of this gym. This gym is mainly about classes rather than for an individual person who wants work out this is because every equipment was reserved for classes they carry out. We don't have all day to wait for the classes to finish in order to use the equipment.

Positive experience: Lovely gym classes, equipment & staff. However I wouldn't sign up to a contract with them. I had to cancel mine due to personal circumstances, which I read in the contract was fine. I've since had threats from Harlands Group & CRS Bailiffs. Absolute joke, just for this I wouldn't recommend the gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Perfect for a lunch time work out as there are always plenty of machines and equipment free to use. The staff are friendly, down to earth and always say hello, as well, they are always happy to help if you have a question or need some advice!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with very new and good equipment - being a PT i have used a lot of gyms and this is by far one of the best i have found for my own training. Never too busy. Has a great range of functional, weights and cardio! The admin side in the office could be handled a little better but apart from that it is a brilliant gym and the price is great! Certainly recommend it!
