The Toning Centre

Fantastic experience: This is such a great place to go! It makes you feel good especially if like most of us you have a disability. The owner Julie is a ray of sunshine and welcomes everyone, she knows her stuff as an ex nurse she is brilliant and you leave feeling energised and happy. Well worth a visit, all the people who go there are lovely.

Fantastic experience: First time to visit the Toning Centre to use the sauna. Very friendly staff and atmosphere, easy to book, clean and reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: I having been coming to the Toning centre for a few months now and what a difference I feel in myself already, having the right advice and training to support you using the equipment as you target the right areas to achieve maximum results. The professional trained staff working a long side you gives you confident to keep going.Its a frienly atmosphere which makes a difference. I am beginning to tone up but also the pain I had in my knees for the last few years has gone. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the toning centre for a few weeks now I was suffering with arthritis in my knees I feel so much better now Julie has given me good advice I find the toning tables have really helped me I’m not in as much pain the swelling has gone down I couldn’t of coped without going on the toning tables also I feel safe there everything is done by the COVID policy the staff are so friendly they can’t do enough for you how lucky I have been to find this place I owe you all a big thank you xxx

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I have been going for almost 12 years now and i have great friends and a brilliant instructor, Julie. Liz and Sarah help out with instruction. They are both qualified too. Sarah does BIO SCULPTURE NAILS.... Gemma does DERMA BLADING AND EYE BROW ILLUMINATION ETC... Call in and see for yourself, how they could help you !!!!!

Negative experience: Don't go

Fantastic experience: The Toning Centre is the place to get toned and fit. I think of it as my local but there is no alcohol there. The fix is the fitness alongside the friends you make the humour and wellbeing the owner and customers are bloomin lovely ( if they sold shares I'd buy them ) love it love it love it.

Fantastic experience: Just joined and have lost 11 and 1/4 inches

Fantastic experience: After my 10th session I was measured again! Wow! I lost 19 inches !!!! ☺ Most of the inches came off my tummy and hips! So, so pleased with the outcome! Thank you to all at the Toning Centre xxx
