Fantastic experience: I live in Australia and was back visiting family, went hear and staff were helpful and I could do what I needed re weights etc. It's not a Golds or world GYM so don't exspect the Ritz.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for nearly 8 years now. For me personally I really like it - good free weights room and choice and good selection of cardio and cable machines on the first floor. It’s a good atmosphere with good people - everyone looks for something different in a gym - if you want somewhere well equipped and with friendly people then give this place a try.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Sometimes quiet which is awesome however, even if it's busy the people there are very nice and even offer to help you through your work out. And I would definitely give the spin class a go.

Fantastic experience: I've been completely alone today and it was great. Gym had been opened from the 25th Saturday with extended hours. The upgrades made in the gym have added value, 2 more new machines, more space and new flooring. Antibacterial everywhere to keep the equipment clean and safe. Keep your distance and safe work out!

Positive experience: As a gym it's decent but the company that manages the monthly contracts could use a lesson in manners, got all uppity when I wanted to cancel my contract now I have to wait.

Fantastic experience: The membership cost is steep but the staff are nice, the facilities are good and the personnel trainers who work there are spot on.

Positive experience: The gym itself has a large range of equipment which is adequately maintained, a water dispenser and a sauna which is what I tend to look for in a gym. The showers and locker areas leave little to be desired but I rarely tend to use these. Even at peak times there always seems to be enough equipment to use.

Negative experience: Went in to inquire about paying just for a one off session, or if they do trials - they don't do either. Staff member was rude and unhelpful and didn't ask if I wanted to see the facilities. I would have had to sign up there and then for a whole month. Staff then ignored me and went on his mobile phone. Shame, gym looked good from the outside, but I'm not paying £45 in total just for a one off session.
