Fantastic experience: My kids love it here, they attend once a week and learn lots of different skills. They love competing at the Charlotte Cup and there is an annual gymnastics show to raise money for the club.

Negative experience: icl yea, when i was younger and used to attend here i had a pretty bad experience with lots of unfair treatment and neglect. at the ages of 5-7 ish it was fun and enjoyable but as i got older it got significantly worse. in my last few years when i was roughly 8-10 years old the experience here was extremely poor with age groups rather than ability which concluded in doing only stuff id learnt many years before and i never advanced any further due to this.also with the badges system, as you climb the badges the less staff care about you. after passing level 1 and moving onto bronze, silver, and gold, staff completely give up on you to tend to everyone else. as a CHILD i was left entirely alone every badges session, some nights not even being spoken to, again preventing further progression. overall if you are planning on sending your child please make sure they are getting adequate care and the attention they deserve. shoutout to tash who ran the little cafe though, such a kind and sweet person and one of the only fond memories i have of this place. i know i am not alone in saying they will fully abandon kids some nights so please make sure your child gets treated right if you decide to send them here.

Fantastic experience: My daughters attend the Preschool gym sessions on a Friday. Mandy and the team are all so welcoming and friendly. There is lots of equipment available for the children to use and they are gently introduced to different stretches and warm ups, different skills and positions whilst having lots of fun. A really good value introduction to Gymnastics for 2-3 year old children.

Karen and Matt are skilled and supportive coaches helping to build confidence as well as gymnastics skills!

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted with the way the instructor spoke to my granddaughter and then to my daughter not a place I would suggest to take your children if you expect any respect. Very dissatisfied....

Positive experience: Great place for my daughter to learn gymnastics. Friendly staff and coaches. Plenty of parking. Inside they have there own cafe. Only down side is change over time is very busy and hectic. Not enough room for the number of people.

Negative experience: very poor, each time I have used the gym it's been a bad experience. We have been left in the cold and rain through poor organisation, gymnasts from other clubs are shown little or no respect by staff or parents. booked on a GB course today and no one turned up to give access - no one was contactable. 1 star as unable to give zero

Fantastic experience: Looks a great place to take part in gymnastics, very successful gymnasts.

Positive experience: Really good club. Sessions for all ages and abilities, from complete novice/recreational up to competition level teams. My son (5) and daughter (7) really enjoy going and earning their badges and preparing for competitions.

Negative experience: Do not send your child here unless they are highly gifted. Paid £176 per term for my two children to be ignored by the instructors. They are only interested in the very gifted children.There is a lack of supervision in classes with children left to their own devices, no discipline at all during the classes.When I canceled the lessons was told I was not entitled to a refund for the remaining sessions. Dishonourable is not the word.If anyone at Fromeside wishes to contact me to discuss my refund, then feel free.
