Negative experience: Scammed me out of both the service I paid for and my money. Called to see if I could rearrange an appointment in plenty of time to still make the original appointment. Was told this was no problem, it could be rearranged to the next day and they would call me back. I wasn't called back. When I rang again, they said it was never possible to move and I had lost the appointment. They are now refusing a refund, not replying to emails and have blocked my number. I'm now raising a complaint with the Citizens Advice Bureau and reporting them to Trading Standards.

Fantastic experience: Had a session of deep tissue massage with Haney and the therapy was great, did a lot to relieve tension and pain in my body. I could feel that he was really professional, knowledgeable and experienced in what he did. Though I do live quite far away, I plan on returning :)

Negative experience: Bought this on Groupon and it was probably one of the worst massages I have had! The girl was very inexperienced and just kept massaging the same way repeatedly until the time was finished! Will never try this place again! I never felt anything it was that bad!

Fantastic experience: the first few times I went to Fitbody london was the best massage ever! I often carry a lot of tension and knots in my neck, back, and calves. While I've had massages in the past, I never felt that my knots were fully addressed, and the tension was truly released. The masseuse was amazing! However at the moment I am currently 5 months pregnant and have had 2 sessions with Ivona so far. She is amazing, so caring, lovely and professional. I see her monthly now and couldn't be happier. She makes me feel at ease, even when things are stressful day-to-day. She helps me to relax during pregnancy and gives me some amazing tips too. Thank you so much, Ivona!

Negative experience: Absolutely worse experience I have ever had for massage and management style. I have found a voucher on groupon website, I have booked a slot for Sunday at 9:30am. They sent me a text reminder at 7:30am same time too. I arrived at 9:25am to make sure I am on time, waited 15 minutes and nothing happened. Had to chase them to see if someone is actually meeting me at front door, long story short, I have waited 30 minutes then someone texted me saying we have to cancelled your appointment. Very disappointed and I felt just waste my value time on Sunday for nothing. Later on that day, I had to chase the guy via text to see if they are going to reschedule my appointment and I had to option wait for another week to see someone. No one even bothered to call me and apologies. The massage wasn’t great at all (the guy was friendly) but I have asked for deep tissue massage as hard as possible but he used gun massage most of time. The actual massage was 50 minutes and not an hour. No difference after the session and I feel like need to find somewhere else now. Overall experience, I felt they didn’t appreciate my value time and didn’t even bother to apologise over the phone or even offer me a free session as what they caused even I was the on time and waited 30 mins. Also drove 40 minutes to get there and back. I would avoid company even the price is very cheap for the session but not worth at all and hassle you have to deal with.

Negative experience: THIS IS A SCAM!!! Terrible experience!!!!! DO NOT BOOK! I booked through groupon and initially set a date which apparently wasn't confirmed so i tried to re book for the following week. After agreeing on a date and time he contacted me to say that it was not available and i needed to select a different time which i did. Whilst i was already on my way I RECEIVED A TEXT (45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT) that they need to cancel because the therapist is not feeling well. Not even a phone call. When i called them to find out why he said that the therapist had a "runny nose". Surely she would have known she had a runny nose earlier than 45 minutes before the appointment. I was already on my way and had taken the day off work! (please note their cancellation policy is 48 hours prior). When asking how to get a refund they said i need to contact groupon, however groupon have told me that they need to receive confirmation from the merchant. When i called them back they said that they have already emailed groupon, when i asked for a copy of the email they had sent they said they will call me back in 5 minutes. They did not. Now i am trying to contact them and they are not answering the phone. I am still unable to get a refund. scammers

Fantastic experience: I received a deep tissue massage from message therapist Ivanna and she was amazing! I suffer from chronic pain and I felt wonders after... I really recommend her!

Negative experience: I reserved a massage with them and they sent me an email confirmation with the wrong location as they have two branches. After showing up where the confirmation said and wasting my whole morning they bareilly apologise for their mistake. They also send me a text confirmation that was meant to be for a different person as it was under a different name. Worst part is, after calling to explain my issue, the guy on the line ask me to send an email and THEY DID NEVER GET BACK TO ME!

Negative experience: Appointment due to start at 3.00pm. Phoned at 2.40pm to let them know I had arrived. Guy on the phone got pretty annoyed as Iwas early and shouldn't have contacted before 3. Sat waiting until 3.15 only to phone again and be told they had the booking at a different venue. Pretty usless and rude company. Avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: Found this place on groupon when looking for a massage to gift. Despite the number of negative reviews I read, I spoke to the manager, Baback, and he assured me that my sister will get the best treatment. When she went there she described it as a "$h!t hole in a basement" and she got her massage listening to the sound of people working out in the gym - not relaxing at all! Also, she was sitting waiting for her massage with a lady sitting next to her watching a series on her phone, when she asked how long she's been waiting for her massage, the lady replied: "I'm not here for a massage, I am your masseuse - I will be with you soon". My sister was waiting 20 minutes into her massage time. The masseuse didn't even do a complete 1 hour massage which is what I paid for. I don't think she's properly qualified or trained. The massage was poor, the location was awful, and didn't even help with the back pain. DO NOT COME HERE.

Fantastic experience: The deep tissue massage I received from Monica was absolutely fantastic. Its honestly the best massage I've ever had. Monica really helped to relieve the pain I had been experiencing in my back and I felt 10x better when she finished. She was also very kind and had a calming energy. I would 100% recommend and I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: I would like to echo the previous reviewer's positive comments about the therapist Tali based on my pleasant experience at Fit body's West Hampstead site, just before Christmas. Having previously made use of a Groupon offer a few years' ago, I was happy when I received another texted offer which coincided with a running injury (also I chose to visit on my birthday as a self-treat)! Sometimes low price comprises high quality but this was not the case here as Tali was both courteous, professional and highly informative regarding corrective exercises; in fact she left me with a useful and simple exercise visual template. Additionally the owner Baback clearly values great customer service through regular communication and follow up. So will definitely revisit whenever we come out of current Tier 4 COVID restrictions.

The different therapists I have seen have all been professional and attentive and I appreciate the flexibility and level of service during the booking process. Negative experience: I was initially recommended to this place from a friend, the first experience I had was with a newly qualified but excellent massage therapist, the second was like I was at a training colleague where the massage therapist was too scared to apply pressure and didn’t work on the areas that I asked for, the third experience I thought I would try the guy in charge, I do not do early mornings but I took an Uber for a 7am client after confirming via what’s app 20 minutes before. Only to arrive to the massage therapist in a Gym uniform (the place is within the gym) telling me there was a gym emergency and he couldn’t do it, can I come at lunch time? The massage tables are cheap and filmsy, the towels seem like they need a clean. I’m only giving 2 stars because my initial therapist was great. So all in all mostly a MISS not a hit.

Fantastic experience: I had a really good massage from Baback who is very friendly and knowledgeable. Although the massage itself was painful but it was exactly the kind of massage I needed. Afterwards I felt more relaxed and had much less mascular tention. I also received an advice on excercises to do at home to help with my problems. I'm going to have another massage soon and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a deep tissue massage last week at the West Hampstead branch. I have a stiff lower back and pain in my left shoulder. Rose combined deep tissue massage with sports massage and it seemed to do the trick. She was very professional and knew what to do to relieve the stiffness. Well worth the visit and I would highly recommend a visit. I will be using their services again.

Fantastic experience: Timea was my masseuse and she gave me a deep tissue massage. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable and the massage was great - pressure was hard and she checked that I was happy with the pressure throughout the massage. The only improvement I would suggest is for the massage time to be closer to an hour than 45minutes. I would use Timea again.

Negative experience: I’m absolutely outraged about my experience not only did I come from far to get a 1 hour deep tissue massage the manager BABACK also failed to book my partner in even though I paid for 2 sessions when I then asked about his confusion and asked what the outcome will be he then hung up on me and told me he dose not care so I’m now £60 down never again will I use these services. Don’t even deserve the 1 star.

Fantastic experience: I had a deep tissue massage with Sllvia ,although a little painful as expected,as I really needed the massage to have a beneficial affect way beyond mere relaxation.She was excellent! The affect of the massage has been to ease a lot of the pain that I was carrying in my shoulders from a slipped disc in my neck; massive relief My whole body still feels likes it has benefitted 4 days later, the effects of massage can sometimes wear off quickly. Not this time lots of tension was ironed out. Fit Body seems like a really professionally based,amazingly equipped gym seriously dedicated to improving fitness and well-being nothing cosmetic about them. I'm going back and have already booked.

Negative experience: I had what was supposed to be a sports massage in the Walworth location with Edward and it was very much like a talking session instead of a massage.Firstly throughout all the 30 minutes I was supposed to have a massage for he asked me a million personal questions about my life (how on Earth is that relevant at all) and he did massage me very little.I have paid for a massage not a chat in a coffee shop. I would also like to ask you how is it ever acceptable for any person offering professional services to ever ask a woman half naked on on a massage bed where she lives (the answer was 1 minute away) and then saying ‘Let me know if you need any other services at all, I do offer other services too.’ This is an absolute disgrace and I’d request my money back!

Fantastic experience: I always have very good massages at Fitbody London. My two most recent massages there have been the best sports massage I’ve had in a long time. They were given by a lady named Raja. I have very tight hip, thigh and lower back muscles from sitting at a desk 8 hours a day and cycling. Raja was able to somewhat loosen some of the tightness. Her massage and stretching techniques were very effective and not too painful. Would definitely recommend!

Random pain when moving shoulder has disappeared all through loosening the knots. Able to feel more comfortable when squatting after massage on legs.
