Negative experience: Temperature in the gym much higher than it's outside in the summer. Everyone before signing in should know that the A/C is kept OFF despite 30 degrees inside.

Excellent training by Chris who is so knowledgeable, professional and focuses on proper techniques which I found missing in many gyms. Highly recommend Chris and Hone Gym.

Positive experience: Good selection of equipment. Generally quiet and so never had to wait for any equipment.

Positive experience: Good little gym that is kept clean and in good nick for the most part. It's small but has all you need and I have not found it that busy at any point so no issues doing what your doing.

Positive experience: Brilliant for the local area. However, you need to choose your time wisely as it could get very busy especially the weights area.

Negative experience: Be careful when taking a membership at home gym, attempted to freeze my gym membership through the form they offer. They ignored the request and continued to take payment from my card. Gym is also is not kept very clean - I would often find machines to be very dirty and there were times that some of the electronic machines wouldn't turn on at all. Gym was also very crowded at a lot of the times I went and I had to queue a while to use a machine. Overall bad experience with their customer service, they do not pick up their phone at any point in the day and generally unhelpful responses over email. There are a lot better Gyms in the surrounding area.

Fantastic experience: Very very relaxed environment, no constraints or fussing. You join online, get a qr code via their app, turn up when you want as long as you have the right subscription, work out and enjoy it. Clan and tidy, has shower and toilet facilities, machines are all well maintained and good quality. Enjoying it very much and fantastic value for money.
