Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Anytime Fitness Telford for a few years now, and I can honestly say it's one of the best gyms I've been to. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide range of high-quality machines and free weights. Whether you're into cardio, strength training, or functional fitness, there's something here for everyone. What truly sets this gym apart, though, is the atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, whether it's giving advice on your workout routine or just a word of encouragement. Another big plus is the 24/7 access. It fits perfectly with my busy schedule, and I love the flexibility of being able to work out whenever it suits me. The gym is never too crowded, even during peak times, so you never have to wait long for equipment. If you're looking for a welcoming, well-equipped gym with a great vibe, I highly recommend Anytime Fitness Telford. It's been a game-changer for my fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Been a member of Anytime Fitness for 18 months and cannot speak highly enough of it. Great range of equipment - cardio and strength. The staff at the gym are so friendly and helpful too. There is a real comfortable feel in the gym where other members will talk to you and you don’t feel inferior or like you are being watched. I have also paired up with the manager Chris Clarke as an individual PT and he has really made a difference to my fitness and ability to do new things in the gym - he has a great personality and makes you feel like you are making gains. I cannot recommend this gym enough - totally worth every penny of membership fee!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at the gym for a little while now . I genuinely can’t fault the gym . The staff are great , members are all friendly. The equipment is looked after and constantly being upgraded . The new cardio machines are amazing! I Would honestly recommend the gym to anybody.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Ive been a member at Anytime for a while now and have to say that it is the best gym in Telford. The staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel like part of one big family. They have regular social events that encourages members to network and get to know one another, such as rounders, sports day, paint-balling, crazy golf etc. The gym has a great atmosphere, good equipment and also hold a lot of really good classes. Big shout out to Chris Clarke, Chloe Matthews, Criss Matthews, Lewis Harper, Katie Harper, Kitty Gibson, Stuart Bull and Russell Humphries.. you are the reason the gym is a success, you should all be proud Highly recommend joining Anytime Telford if you are looking for a gym.

The gym is consistently clean, and the weights are always properly organized. The classes are excellent as well. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience here!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, great staff, very friendly setup. PT trainers are excellent and would suggest having a few session, whether u are new to the game or a seasoned veteran there is always learning and improving.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Anytime Fitness a few years now and even managed to get my Stephanie along for a trial, just coming up to her third year too! It is such an exceptionally clean and well organised gym with staff members and PTs who are approachable and will listen to me the 'little guy, give me time and encouragement to do better. I was asked once why I said in one of my reviews why I wouldn't recommend the gym to others, my response being, that I wanted to keep this good thing to myself! I did recommend it to one person and her whole family joined up! But seriously these guys know their stuff, keep us safe from ourselves and make me want to keep going back! Thank you team.

Fantastic experience: I've been in and out of gyms for 25 years, ive been a member of anytime fitness telford for 2 and a half years and it's by far the best I've used. The staff are really welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Any problems or queries you have are met with a smile and sincerity. The gym is absolutely spotlessly clean! They've just purchased new cardio equipment which is out of this world. If any equipment is out of use its always fixed within 24 hours. Great group classes, member social events and benefits. All the members are really friendly and feels like a family atmosphere. Keep up the great work guys!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Anytime Fitness now for around 5/6 years and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The gym itself is stocked with brilliant equipment that range from cardio to free weights to resistance machines to studio workouts including some brilliantly led exercise classes. The gym has a very sociable and friendly feel to it which is a credit to the atmosphere that the staff have created. The staff at anytime fitness are all very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure there members have all of there fitness needs in one place. Overall I would highly recommend anytime fitness Telford to anyone looking to continue or even start there fitness journey.

Negative experience: Sadly after being a satisfied member for many years at two AF locations I am now in dispute with AF Telford as I decided to leave and they are refusing to pay back what I paid to them during the first lockdown to help keep their business funded during those difficult times. They have said they would pay me back if I remained a member but say that because they had online workouts (that I never used) and work done in the gym (that was due in my opinion anyway - I’m not sure why I am being expected to contribute extra to that TBH) they don’t feel they should refund me. I just want to warn members that if there is another lockdown I would suspend your membership as your money may not be paid back if you choose to leave before the 50% reduction in monthly fees has it covered. I did pay my one month membership during my notice period and left as per the contract but the owner of the franchise appears to think the £62 I am due is only repayable at their discretion. Needless to say I disagree.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I have attended. The facilities on offer are state of the art and get replaced/upgraded when necessary. The staff are all knowledgeable in the fitness industry and are very friendly. Will help out with any queries and will give advice when needed. Gym is always kept to a clean and hygienic standard even before Covid regulations. And best of all its 24/7* you can squeeze it easily within a busy lifestyle. *hours are different due to Covid but still very generous open 5.30 - 22:00

Positive experience: It looks great and is clean and tidy. I've been a member for almost 1 year and unfortunately, equipment maintenance is not a high priority. I've been reporting defects on the same items of equipment for almost a year and they still haven't been fixed. It's the most expensive gym in the area and all equipment should be fully functional.

Negative experience: Tried to break the law by trying to scam us out of an extra month at the end of our contract. We joined on a 1 month free basis and our contract expired on the end of April 2019, the staff tried to then backtrack on this and tell us we needed to pay for May and it was what was agreed on the contract. Thankfully I still had a copy of this and read through it with a legal team, had they tried to further pursue the payment for may that the staff aggressively tried to tell me I owed they would have been breaking the law. Save your time and your money join a gym with more professional staff.

Negative experience: Nice and clean, unfortunately I found it too small and I didn't like having to wait for equipment. Also, when I signed-up I was offered a free lesson with a trainer, but all I got was a sales pitch inside a room

Negative experience: Don't bother joining this gym, if you sign up and set up a direct debit and then find that life takes over and you can't afford it, they will then threaten to send account to a debt collection agency to recover the fund. It was not made clear that I would be signing a credit agreement and no credit check was preformed. And due to this I legally owe this gym nothing and by them trying to obtain funds via a credit agency with out them providing me with any kind of credit is classed as fraud.

Negative experience: The equipment is good. The size of the gym is good as well. Courteous staff. The biggest let down is the loud music which they play. It's so loud you can hear it even when you are wearing earphones and listening to your own stuff. Most of the people using the gym 7 or 8 out of 10 people have their earphones on. So do not understand the need for such loud music. Have mentioned in to the team several times but to no avail.

Negative experience: I found this fitness club on the internet, has i wanted to gain more body strength, Now on this web site page it says the staff are here to listen and will heip you with any questions has they are so called very friendly, However i made an appointment to see them, don't get me wrong it all looks very nice and well equipmented out, However i will be honest and say i wasn't impressed with the staffs attitude, all the time i was there they seem to be in a mad rush to grab your money, and to say to me ( DO YOU WANNA JOIN OR WHAT) is not the customer service i want to receive. it's a funny way of being helpful, However thankfully i have now joined a GYM just up the road and they are very easy to listen to you and a lot better customer service.
