Positive experience: I have been a member at this gym for over a year and find the staff very friendly and helpful. I have attended various classes and functions at the gym and have enjoyed them too. Melanie and her staff are very proactive in introducing new classes and ideas at the gym for all age groups. If you have not tried the gym and classes yet well worth coming.

Fantastic experience: This centre has a pleasant atmosphere, it's clean, with good facilities, a well-equipped gym, weights room, helpful staff, and reasonable subscription rates. There are many exercise classes running each week, every fitness level is catered for and personal training is available. There are indoor, outdoor and family activities, too. This is a good place to come to wind down after a day's work. Highly recommended.
