Positive experience: Clean, lots of equipment & space & not too busy. Staff really friendly too! Could have stood a few cleaning stations with antibacterial spray though- maybe Covid doesn't exist in Carlisle?!

Negative experience: The music is the loudest thing possible, it is impossible to listen to your own music in some zones of the gym, please turn it down at least during off-peak hours. Who even wants to listen to the gym music everyone brings their own, i just don't get it, if anyone needs help in the gym you wouldn't even be able to hear it.

Fantastic experience: Fab gym, really friendly knowledgeable guys that work there if you need any advice on anything. I've always felt uncomfortable at the gym but here I feel comfortable, welcomed and encouraged.

Fantastic experience: Love it here being a member 3 months joined because the manager luke made it an easy choice its always tidy, clean and during covid has about 5 cleaning stations. All the equipment seems top notch, cant complain at all love it here.

Negative experience: No paper towels to clean sweaty cardio machines after yourself and wipe equipment after use. Is coronavirus over?

Fantastic experience: Good friendly staff, nice clean gym area, even if you aren't necessarily one of the fittest people there you don't feel like your there when you shouldn't be, it creates a good atmosphere

Fantastic experience: For being a town centre gym, it’s quiet a good majority of the time! Even peak times aren’t too bad, which is brill!

Negative experience: Cons: No air con or air flow. Stuffy, humid, and smelly especially during warmer days. Very bad techno music plays 24/7. Twice a week a club of some sort come and tend to take every barbell and rack from 5pm until 9pm. Only 3 racks with 4 barbells. Pros: Most nights plenty of space for any workout.

Fantastic experience: If you are after an all singing, all dancing gym experience this isn't for you. But for anyone like me who really just wants to go to the gym, be able to use the equipment at their own pace and not be worried about being watched (and trust me I do not want to be watched at the gym) then this is great. Everything is clean, everything works, staff are there when you need them and that is all I am after

Fantastic experience: This the most. Convenient gym ever in the history of the border city. Classes vary televised in large screen in studio rooms , shower rooms available no need to see not half naked people in the changing rooms .open 24 hrs a day. Nice set up. Not too small. Could be it bigger ,nice to know it will be segregated, no sexual arousal activities.

Positive experience: God sized place with a nice variety of equipment and enough changing facilities. Plenty of parking nearby too. Only downside, like most gyms, is the disorganisation of their weight plates and excessively loud music during quiet times
