Fantastic experience: Beautiful venue for a training session which embraces the very essence of what the Dayone team are all about - you cant get any closer to nature. The community that Pip is growing is a unique support for keeping you training and sharing ideas and encouragement. Have made some lovely friends.

Fantastic experience: The Day One team will put you through your paces in this lovely woodland setting - ideal for those of you who want PT with a difference! Idyllic location for a workout but with all the gear you expect in a gym.

Fantastic experience: The Day One Wellness approach is excellent focusing on practical steps to get and remain healthy. I particularly like the group fitness sessions especially outdoors. While they encourage you to push yourself, you work at your own pace and can see the improvements if you stick at it. The groups are friendly and welcoming to all ages and abilities and the team is enthusiastic and likeable. I far prefer their approach and venues to a traditional gym. I started very unfit and now run 5Ks most weeks and the occasional 10K. If I can do it, so can you.

Fantastic experience: Pip and all the Day1 team are very inspiring and the advice they give is simple to follow and they make you realise that they will be there for you to support you. They will push you out of your comfort zone but it is worth it. I would recommend getting their advise to improve your life as the Day1 system works
