Surge Fitness Notting Hill - EMS Training

Negative experience: Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. On numerous occasions the suit wasn’t working properly and I wasn’t getting an effective work out. The trainer seemed a bit clueless about it nor didn’t really seem to care. I tried to cancel as moved away but surge continued to take monthly payments for about 5 months which they won’t return to me. They are very difficult to communicate with, the customer service is terrible. Overall feel conned.

Fantastic experience: I loved the staff, and Viola was great at the trial session.

Negative experience: Closed shop. Under liquidation. Hopefully they will pay all advance money thay have taken off me. Fingers crossed.

Fantastic experience: Abby is the sweetest girl my mother came in a wheelchair today its the second time we've come both times Abby attended to us and conducted herself professionally throughout Abby was very patient understanding and hospitable Abby knows much about ems physio as she worked previously at an ems rehab facility for people like my mother in a wheel chair trying to strethen their walking The fact Abby had previous experience and background knowledge and was able to advise us a lot was great My partner did the session today he enjoyed it and had Abby as his trainer he too thought Abby very professional accommodating we all thought her great Thanks to the Surge staff

Negative experience: Stay away from this company. They are scammers! I signed up on Saturday 2nd of December and I have been trying to cancel my membership in writing since 11/12. To no avail. 4 emails later marked urgent with no response and every day I call noone picks up. They are doing everything they can to trap me in a 12-month contract so I miss the cooling off period, that ends this Saturday. There is no way to contact head office. The waistcoats smell of sweat and I found it disgusting and if you have to re-schedule an appointment to the following week, you will have to pay again, but the credit remains on Surge's bank account for the re-scheduled session but you can't use it until the end of your contract. It is a shadest gym company I came accross. Avoid avoid avoid. Tamara Tymovski
