Fantastic experience: Great place lots classes

Fantastic experience: Lots of good equipment but can get a bit busy

Positive experience: Decent gym and pool although the pool and changing areas need a good clean and grout

Fantastic experience: Nice atmosphere, clean nevertheless its quite crowded

Positive experience: Could be so much better, was great when it first opened. Hasn't been refreshed in years though. Some ripped seats in changing rooms, missing times from pool, broken tiles in shower, damage to roof in pool area etc

Negative experience: Steam room and spa pool out of order for months, pool chemicals are not correct, causing eye irritation

Negative experience: Very poor maintainance two jaccusies broken and steam room out of action going on three months. Need to do better

Fantastic experience: Walked into a a friendly atmosphere. We got to walk around with Ryan who was professional and friendly. The gym looks great and we are now signed up and ready to go.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful, friendly staff, great gym to train. Jacuzzi, big swimming pool. Really recommend to visit and of course hiit a good workout.

Negative experience: Opening hours are very very poor and ontop of that they often won't let anyone in 1 hour before closing time, when any of the equipment breaks it takes them months to repair it. The sauna has been out of service for close to a month now and still no sign of it getting fixed. They have some decent equipment thou and everything is well spaced out.

Negative experience: Nice gym but opening hours are awful and they won't let you in within about 45 minutes of closing. Sauna still out of order as well

Fantastic experience: An excellent facility which is well maintained.

Positive experience: Great gym with good equipment. Not continuing with the gym as there's not enough equipment when it's busy and it's full of teenagers after 3pm.

Positive experience: Needs an upgrade

Negative experience: Took money from my account a month after the new manager personally assured me the account was canceled and it wouldn't happen. Manager to be fair was very apologetic. The company went over his head and witheld the refund. Then admitted this was a mistake and authorised the refund. Two days later they cancelled it again. Now it will take another month because the backlog of refunds is massive. Seems like nice local staff but a horrible company to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Large gym with a good variety of equipment, mixed training areas, swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi. Friendly staff and a wide variety of classes and personal training. Can be busy at peak times but manageable.

Negative experience: Poor gym. If you do a great workout, need to use a shower, only 2 private stalls where overly obese women take their time. Why get rid of the ‘good’ hair dryers? The only ones in this facility are the type where you have to hold the button the entire time. Completely pointless. Noticed they kept taking a ‘good’ hairdryer away every few weeks now there is no good ones at all. Thank god I moved to MJs down the road, not as limiting in terms of the hours you can use them and guess what? ZERO kids just as a gym is supposed to be because your paying to actually use all of the facilities instead of being limited when there’s toddlers running about. Too expensive to not be able to use it when you want, or without PROPER facilities such as decent hairdryers in place. Awkward placed plugs so you cannot even bring your own if management are going to reply saying that. Oh, and no social media to inform customers of anything just sign posts whilst you are on the premises. POOR QUALITY.

Positive experience: Good all around gym.. steam room, swimming pool, hot tubs.. missing a few little things like certain handles and grips for cable machines..staff and trainers are awesome knowledgeable and friendly will help with all your needs

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of DW for years before this gym was changed to Everlast. First of all the gym is kept clean as there is constantly a staff member working away cleaning which is really nice to see with covid. The facility itself is brilliant all machines spaced out and there is such a wide range of machinery to use. The music in the gym has improved so much since Everlast have taken it over. The staff are second to now, I’d like to personally thank Nicole and Chris for finding my car keys in the gym for me. The staff are so helpful and always willing to help from finding some of the things I lose around the gym to helping you make sure you are completing an exercise correctly. I know Nicole has been a new member to the team and she is a great asset to the gym so bubbly and always smiling a lovely face to be greeted by after a long day at work. Chris and Chris always remain so professional in helping with any gym exercise and I enjoy that the staff are on the gym floor interacting while they tidy up weights. James has always been very professional and a great communicator anytime I had rang the gym for queries. Overall a brilliant gym for this town to have and the staff make the place ever better.

Positive experience: Used to be the best facility in the town with the best hours. But now it's only open to 6 at weekends and still has the silly 9pm closing time on a friday (8.30 they start giving evils and wanting you out). The foyle arena is considerably less money each month, open later on a Friday and open same time on weekends. Plus, you can take your kids for cheap / free. Sadly this place has had it's day and ran it's course.

Positive experience: Good gym that's my good point but closing at 6pm sat,sun (probably to suit the staff for nights out imo ) is shocking! Most gym around stay open till at least 9 as did DW before it. I'm leaving after this month .

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Derry in my opinion. So glad to see it open again as no other gym compares to it. Very spacious, good variety of equipment to use and well looked after. Staff are super friendly and easy to talk with. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great to have the best gym open again and classes back on. Good selection of classes and the usual motivational trainers. Hopefully we will have a few more classes to choose from as things open up a little more. Friendly staff,very welcoming and premises are spotless.
