Fantastic experience: Great Club! I can work from the business centre, the gym is outstanding and it has an awesome indoor and outdoor spa! Hayley who signed me up was wonderful and explained everything to me in terms of the various tiers of membership (which can be a little complicated). I highly recommend this place! Ask for Hayley!

Fantastic experience: Joined David Lloyds as the new outdoor pool area and Spa garden are gorgeous!

Negative experience: What a joke. Gym is always packed, lack of space and equipment makes it hard to get a good session in, having to wait for machines and equipment etc. I pay £90 a month and all I’m available to use is the gym and the club room ? None of the spa section even though I patiently waited the whole time while the upgrade was happening. All David Lloyd’s want to do it bring more and more people making more revenue, don’t take into account people who are existing members who now can’t use the facilities. Disappointed

Fantastic experience: Sophie and her team from the crèche are just incredible. Our daughter Lottie feels so settled when she is in there compared to other crèches she has been to. Always super attentive and they all go above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and enjoy her time in there. It makes my time using the rest of the club so much better. I absolutely love the new Blaze classes, best classes I have ever done and the new spa is just incredible. What a beautiful place to relax and wind down. I just love the whole club, it’s just perfect for our family.

Fantastic experience: Serena was amazing!! Very knowledgeable and gave a great tour. Showed me the ins and out of the club and what is on offer. Such a great club and cant recommend to any one else! If you are looking for a tour just ask for Serena, she will help you out with your goals and fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: I am a member of David Lloyd and have been working in the Weybridge area for the last few months. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at DL Brooklands. Their new renovations are stunning, the new club room was the perfect place to work, and I will definitely be going out of my way to use this club more often. Fantastic experience: I recently reached out to find out more about membership. Ollie got back to me really quickly and offered to show me around. He was warm and welcoming straight away and explained the club/ facilities in detail. He understood that not everyone feels comfortable at the gym and it can be a daunting experience, but explained they had quite a few things in place to start newcomers off on the right foot. Ollie gave a great introduction into the gym and let me know I could reach out with any questions or issues. The club is really new and clean and has great facilities. I’m now just super excited to start!

Positive experience: Great gym and reliably high standards for a David Lloyd club. Only complaint is that every time I’ve been to this particular branch of DL - I’ve waited about 15 minutes for my coffee to be made. The cafe staff don’t manage expectations by saying there’s a backlog, so you order a coffee “to go”, thinking it’ll be quick, then end up waiting for 15 minutes. But that’s just a small niggle.

Fantastic experience: Excellent crèche at Brooklands. I joined when on mat leave. My little one loved going there. Sophie, Anita and Becca are absolutely wonderful. Very diligent, professional, helpful and caring. My boy is 2.5 now and gets so excited to spend time there at the weekends.

Welcomed by Maisy at reception, who was superb and helped get someone to show us around (and then helped talk us through a load of other things and helped us book a taster swimming session for our daughter). shown around by Lloyd who made sure we felt welcome and knew where to go. Great experience, good looking facilities and even if busy, felt as though could get onto whatever equipment and looking forward to using our memberships as a family!

Fantastic experience: Staff are incredibly welcoming and are clearly very well trained and have lots of experience. The room is very calm and set up with a range of activities for the children without being overstimulating.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience today with Ollie showing me around the all the facilities. Over a cup of tea, he took the time to talk me through all the areas of the club, how the membership tiers work and even set up the DL app on my phone. The tour around the club was very informative & Ollie was very patient answering a multitude of questions. He allayed the concerns I had in terms of the suitability of the club and the timing of my signing up - I’ve just had surgery on my spine, so I’m still quite anxious about overdoing things too soon. I was extremely impressed and signed up for membership - I’ve already booked a few classes! I have given Ollie 5 stars as his customer service was absolutely impeccable. Thank you Ollie!

Fantastic experience: Very clean and equipped gym along with a huge range of classes. The Cyclone cycling class is my favourite so far with its immersive studio! Really nice community feel within the club as well. Ollie was fantastic and was very attentive whilst setting up my membership.

Fantastic experience: I am a recent joiner to David Lloyd and so far have had a really positive experience. Ollie, the sales manager was very approachable and responsive to follow up questions. There have been so early day admin issues but each and every staff member has dealt with them quickly and in a very friendly manner. I have been made to feel welcome by staff and club members alike.

Positive experience: VERY expensive, fine if you are loaded, or will spend every waking moment in there and don’t have anything else to do with yourself. Lots of love island wannabes - so brace yourself. Staff are friendly, nice decor, good food.
