Fantastic experience: Pretty good.
Fantastic experience: Can’t fault it, always well maintained and clean
Fantastic experience: This one is probably my fave PureGym in Aberdeen as when I go (after 10pm), it's usually fairly quiet. I used to go Rubislaw but much prefer Wellington for the layout and availability of equipment.
Positive experience: It's has all the equipment I require for training. It starts getting busy around 4pm and can be filled with teenagers from the local school at this time. I tried to take part in one of their Friday morning classes to find out the PT hadn't turned up. No reason given. Staff are friendly though and always fighting to keep the gym clean.

Positive experience: Have been a member a few times, the equipment needs a refresh. Some of the PTs need hygiene prompts! Good location and parking is never an issue. Avoid at peak times.

Positive experience: Good equipment. Good air quality. Quieter than rubislaw. Fewer bams than rubislaw. Clean. Good parking. Could do with more squat racks, and one of those sled pulls.

Positive experience: Nice facilities, clean and tidy. Good classes upstairs which we tried Pilates and Circuit Training. Both very professional, nicely laid out, well explained and demonstrated with the right amount of push and encouragement. Had a quick go on the aerobic equipment and all the equipment appeared to be in good working order. Plenty of water stations and cleaning products which all users seemed to be utilising. If I had to pick a few things to improve I'd say it could have had better screens as they all appeared blue which was odd and a little more confidence and upbeat vibe from the trainers, but maybe it was a quiet as a Sunday or it's a Scottish trait, but they could have exuded the confidence they deserve as they're very good

Fantastic experience: Early morning session at 4:50 and more busy than expected. Around 8 people and more coming after 5. But still great to be back after long time

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Fantastic experience: As a "newbie" to gyms in general, this place has thoroughly surpassed my expectations. The staff are brilliant, the manager, Clint, spent time with us when we first went to check the place out, in all honesty, if it hadn't been for him, I doubt I would have gone myself. The gym is top spec, amazingly clean, superbly organised with up to 50 free classes a week. And the best thing is, it's so cheap for a basic membership, we go four times a week, which works out at £1.25 a time, wow, what a bargain.

Fantastic experience: Since the relaunch of the gym due to COVID, Pure Gym have taken every step to make it safe & clean as possible. Everything is clearly marked and you will get asked why your not wearing your mask when entering the gym,so don't forget!!!! You have to wear a mask between stations but you can take it off when your doing your exercise but apart from that it's great to be back to do something "normal".

Fantastic experience: Huge gym with lots of equipment. Plenty of power racks for squatting and bench press so rarely have to wait except at peak times. Staff are very helpful and always smiling

Fantastic experience: Newly built gym in industrial estate with fresh equipment (not state of the art though) Clean, tidy and spacious. Well equiped, great bang for buck compared to David Lloyd clubs, but no swimming pool, wellness area or tennis courts.

Positive experience: A healthy place to be
Fantastic experience: The gear is a little retro compared to a lot of gyms but you get what you pay for. Classes are fantastic and PTs enthusiastic, friendly and pushy where they need to be.
Fantastic experience: Great gym at a decent price, could do with some watt bikes. Other than that, pretty decent without too much per month

Fantastic experience: I was sick fed up of having to drive away from home after work to get to a gym then they opened a Pure Gym in Altens!!!!! What a stroke of luck. The gym is very spacious and well equipped, clean and well laid out. Just great

Negative experience: Gym is ok but trying to cut corners turning heating off at night. Felt a chill and was only 9.30pm.

Positive experience: Overall good gym quite big and offers a variety of different machines and equipment. You'll find here everything you need. At times it is very crowdy but that doesn't bother me. I recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Kiefer's Pure Stretch class is worth the monthly fee alone! Great gym, great location, great value.
Positive experience: Good range of equipment. Price is a bit much, as for the same price there are other gyms with far more equipment and facilities. Website lists how many people are in - unless there are less than 20, in which case it just says 'fewer than 20 people' - not much use. Staff nice and friendly. Would suggest going late night if you want to avoid people as much as possible.

Positive experience: Good all round gym, only downside is that antibacterial spray to clean the equipment before /after use is not provided. This should not cost puregym much but it'd be a great heigenic gesture
