Positive experience: We use the swimming here on Sunday once a month. The staff are friendly and helpful and the changing rooms are clean. Price is about £6 with as ease card which I guess is OK. Have swimming lanes if u just want do exercise rather than mess about.

Negative experience: Pay for each children and charge extra 1 adult as well over to interning to the kids pool , which is not fair, when you join the first day they will not explain it how it’s work , but after a day of join membership they will ask you to pay the adult too every day different policies this place , not recommended

Positive experience: The baby changing facilities are quite dangerous. There are no safety harnesses. And the pools are quite busy

Positive experience: It is a wonderful leisure centre to visit with anyone you like or even by yourself. I usually go swimming here and it's usually amazing to have a relaxing 1 hour 30 minute swim. One problem I have is, WHY IS IT SO BUSY ON WEDNESDAY IN THE EVENING CAUSE IT NEVER USED TO BE.... Other than that this leisure centre is great

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic facility. We visited on a Friday after school with 6 kids full of energy. The pool and whole area was immaculately clean. The staff were fantastic with both the adults and children. Being kids, they had a lot of fun in the pool with the floats and jumping in. The lifeguards were attentive, ensuring they reminded the kids in a positive way of the rules, whilst ensuring the kids also had a great time.

Negative experience: Good facilities but every time I try to book I have to ring 5 times throughout the day before they pick up. It seems like they are never there to answer calls. If you're not going to have an online booking system at least answer calls!

Negative experience: I took my child swimming this morning at 7.15 and was unable to have a good time in the learner pool as there was loads of adults swimming in there.This is a disgrace as they should be in the bigger pool swimming.I understand it was early but its the learner pool and these people could clearly swim,heaven forbid some parents bring there kids at that time as its a waste of time and money.Never come back again.

Negative experience: Totally overwhelming for my kids. Way too many people allowed to swim at the same time during Saturday afternoon inflatable session. Could barely stand still in the pool without bumping into someone. Daughter queued for 10-15 minutes three times to get on inflatable only to be knocked off by teen boys each time who were allowed to invade her space. Inflatable really smelly due to being stored damp, I know this is hard to dry but the smell was overwhelming. Even small pool was rammed. Whistle blown for different bands colours only five minutes apart which didn’t seem to make sense and meant changing area was insanely busy. Ended with my youngest in tears and my eldest stressed and she had basically only been able to stand still in the pool for an hour.

Fantastic experience: Clean and always been quiet

Positive experience: Good pool always have a good time. Still trying to figure out what's the reasoning behind wrist bands and why you can not go beyond a certain deepness on the big pool. Also a bit pricey if u just want to go to the gym. Maybe a good idea to breakdown packages as not everybody is interested in all activities. Would be helpful just gym & pool package and pay separate for activities as you go. Most gyms cost £10 to £15 pounds so adding pool for a similar price in a different package will attract lots of people. At that price ill have to find other gym solution

Negative experience: Facilities great, however it is nigh on impossible to contact them on the phone, as they just don't answer. Tried over 10 times today and not once answered. Then voicemail at 21.16 saying closed even though its open until 22.00. Due to covid your not encouraged to turn up in person to make a booking, however the phone is never answered. Please review your systems.

The booking system is fairly easy to use and the precautions they have in place really put you at ease. It was great to get back to swimming after so many months of not being able to. Great team and great service.
