Fantastic experience: 8£ la seance, c'est top rien n'a redire !

Fantastic experience: Very quiet, clean and modern gym with a small studio. This gym has all the equipment you need for a good workout and really clean bathrooms and changing rooms. It’s related to King’s College London so you may get a discount if you’re a student.

Negative experience: I did not get paid after covering a yoga class at this venue I am a yoga instructor who covered at this venue. I did not get clear instruction how to invoice and whom to invoice. So far, I talked to three different people who told me to send them an invoice, so far I did not get paid. Even though they assured me that I would get paid!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at this gym! It's got a really nice and cozy vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Shoutout to George, who made my first day a breeze. He not only took the time to explain how to use the machines, but also helped me create a workout plan. Solid 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I have used this gym for 2+ years now. It is a very well maintained and clean gym. It has most of the machines and plenty of weightlifting equipment to satisfy your workout with. Additionally, it has a studio with great classes going on and the coaches are very kind and knowledgeable. The community itself is very nice too with mostly students and KCL staff, but externals can use this gym too. It is not a big gym, but they cannot do much about it due to the size restrictions. I definitely recommend using this gym!

Positive experience: The gym is quite small but functional, although they could've made use of two cable machines, as it's always busy .

Positive experience: Decent gym. Avoid Monday and Tuesday after work as those are the peak times. Not the biggest gym but good equipment and has got most things you can wish for. Especially good for free weights/barbells. A lot of classes too but never participated.

Hugh Johnson 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: Lots of weights of different sizes to lift up and then down

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym with friendly and helpful staff. £6 for a single entry is very fair. Gym was clean and had a creat atmosphere. Was decently equipped, but it is definitely more aimed at cardio and dumbell training. No dedicated benchpress bench/rack but used squat racks. Worked but could be better. It also featured a separate group training room. And remember to bring your own padlock for the luggage-boxes. My biggest "complaint" would be that it is difficult to find. Have to walk in behind a hotel, through a back alley to find the entrance. But still, for the fair price, and nice staff and equipment found I give it a full 5/5 and my warmest recommendation. Was perfect for my weekend vacation in London!

Positive experience: Nice enough space. Fairly small.

Wes Woollard 5 years ago

Negative experience: Very difficult to get on anything in the morning, around lunch and in the evening.

Dan Molland 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: Great staff and really high quality equipment, it’s a bit small which can be a pain sometimes but it’s not as if they can do much about that and it’s only an issue sometimes during peak hours so it’s not that much of a big deal

Fantastic experience: Good gym, all the basics you need and three squat racks which weren't too hard to get on.

Logan Dobbe 6 years ago

Fantastic experience: Small gym but well equipped. Staff friendly and were accommodating to me getting a day pass. Remember a lock and towel if you want to use showers.

Fatima Sheikh 6 years ago

Positive experience: I like their choice of classes (especially Les Mills classes) and location but the gym is small. Classes are 90% of the time fully booked which is a bit annoying as I am so busy during the day to constantly look out for the time to book.

Jas Verdi 6 years ago

Positive experience: Great gym, good price. Changing rooms are small and too few showers

Georgina T 6 years ago

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Clean, well equipped, free WiFi and air conditioning (not too cold). It's a smaller gym but doesn't feel too small when you go on off peak times. There are change rooms with lockers and showers. No towels are provided but understandably given how cheap monthly membership is. You can also access their two other campus gyms at Waterloo and The Strand. Staff are friendly and helpful. Short walk from London Bridge Station.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym for day pass. Used the gym for 4 days as a day pass user, as it was best value. Really friendly staff, but Charles & Danny were notable. Gym isn’t huge, but has good, versatile equipment, is clean and has a good mix of users, with a good vibe. No standers & talkers. Used the Concept 2 rowers (great condition) and after a comment they got a network cable to allow them to be connected up for racing, so very responsive to feedback. Changing rooms clean. A good find and would recommend. To find it, if the gated alley down the side of Tesco’s is closed, go round the other side of Tesco’s , past the entrance to the Premier Inn, turn right and right again. Think the gym website should have decent map/directions as it is tucked away - but worth finding.
