Negative experience: Came to the gym for a workout . But once I arrived I was approached by a chubby big Asian lad and was told off for charging my phone which i have seen plenty of people do . I was embarrassed to why I was being told off infront of fellow gym goers . It was not a professional way to have handled that situation. I will never be coming back again after this experience .

Staff are helpful and always around to give tips and a helping hand. There is also a ladies only area, where there's a fair amount of equipment and decent size. Best thing about it, is that it's 24/7 !!

The staff are all amazing and so helpful, there's a lovely atmosphere in the gym itself and the equipment is fantastic. I also attend some of the classes and find the times perfect for my availability... the booking system for group classes makes it easy to book on too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been at Jetts gym for jst under 4mths now, I hadn’t done any exercise or workouts for about 15yrs, now there’s no stopping me, the staff make it so much easier to approach or seek advice & genuinely sincere in giving advice, I’m enjoying my workouts & the classes that they have on there Pilates, yoga & the boxing circuits with which I come out of feeling amazing every time, an intense work out, but so good mentally & physically, would recommend this gym to anyone thinking of joining

Fantastic experience: I've tried a few different gyms over the years and for one reason or another I've stopped going. But with Jetts I am really enjoying going, the classes are amazing and I am able to see the progress I am making in them. The staff are always friendly and approachable, which is making me more confident in my abilities. Yoga is helping alot with my core and breathing. The boxing circuits are amazing and I definitely know I've done a workout after that. All in all I love the support and enjoying my workouts alot more than I previously have.

Positive experience: Recently joined as the gym is huge, has a good variety of machines, and staff seemed very friendly and helpful - all the good stuff! However, lifting today I found that there are almost no plates... there seemed to be only 4x 5kg plates in the whole place, shared between two racks, a bench press, leg press and others. Very bizzare! Otherwise a great gym.

Negative experience: Good gym no doubt but when unstaffed you have no choice but to listen to music ( if you can call it that ) so loud it will put a rave to shame. Forget listening to your own media……and don’t worry if you complain…. The staff will do nothing about it …..

Fantastic experience: Been at Jetts for some time now an excellent gym, with great atmosphere and always clean. fantastic cardio and weight equipment along with the free weight area. Spaced out just right so you can move about freely without feeling cramped like other gyms. Staff are always welcoming and helpful to any issues. I would definitely recommend 100%.

Fantastic experience: Jetts is a great gym. It has a wide range of equipment, a women only area and polite staff. Especially the personal trainer Sharon she is wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. I have had a few PT sessions and I have learnt plenty from correct techniques,isolating a muscle group and how to use the equipment safely.

Sharon is super friendly, professional & always happy to help! Jetts could do with more members of staff like her , she is a great addition to the team .

Negative experience: Very bad experience with this gym. Payments being taken months later despite providing written notice of cancellation as stated within the terms and conditions. Unreasonable and inconsiderate management. Would not recommend this gym

Positive experience: A good gym overall, but could do with some improvements. PROS . Friendly staff .Good atmosphere .Good dance music pumping out .Trap bar .Space for farmers walks .Trap bar farmers walks .High quality squat racks which there are 3 useable ones .Loads of equipment/machines .High quality barbells .Nice toilet facilities. CONS . Hasn't been any cleaning equipment recently, there was loads of spray bottles and disposable paper last year . Some members are lazy and don't put weight plates back where they belong .Needs more plates and clips to accommodate the new equipment .There could be a plate rack for the squat rack in the far corner .One of the Squat racks have just been dumped in the corner and can't be used, maybe find a place for it and replace the missing safety bars. The push sled is broken and needs replacing .Theres an empty room that is not being utilised, perhaps turn it into a dedicated farmers carry room with push sled. Update 31/1/2023. There is a new push sled, and plenty of cleaning equipment.

Fantastic experience: After weeks of not being able to move or go to work due to back pain I just visited a gent called Faz at Jetts gym who has some magic hands, 1 painful hour and a sports massage later I am 100% definitely recommended

Been going on and off for a while now and it's a fab gym. I like it because it's not too busy and has everything you need. There's also a woman's only area if you prefer. The staff are very friendly too

Fantastic experience: Been at this gym since late 2019, best one within Accrington. Great atmosphere and very welcoming staff. I personally don't see myself changing to another gym unless I end up eventually moving too far out. This new extension upcoming in November will bring a different vibe and new members without a doubt, I'm looking forward to the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym, staff very helpful and motivation is to the max. Facilities are the best and the price is to cheap. Its better than pure gym and other gyms around. This is the gym you want to go to. I like the fact how managment and staff are taking covid-19 serious which protects members and staff.

Negative experience: What started has a great Gym 3 years ago sadlly has lost its appeal. No new equipment added , since it opened over 3 years ago. Changing rooms no heating ( used to have underfloor heating) Treadmill have no TV ( used to have) It's starting to look tired. Always cold ( one time had climate control) Weights always on the floor (used to be put away) What a shame compared to what is used to be. Update... Recently noticed that there are free weights are left on the floor,last Thursday a PT staff, just sat there while there was many weights just left scattered on the floor, this is happening far to many times recently, its making the place looking untidy and a trip hazard. Update again... Machines out of use for a number of weeks, a number lockers are broken, really needs sorting out....

Negative experience: Shower facilities are never kept upto scratch always filthy and dirty.. hot water always goes off at 22:20 with only freezing cold water on, yet the under floor heating is always on even in summer. Get it sorted! The rest of the equipment is adequate could do with investing in more machines.

Fantastic experience: Came in last week to have a look at the gym and start a free pass. The facilities are a amazing and open 24 hours. Trainers was helpful, shame about the asian guy, he was clueless and didn’t know how to use the computer and very rude. Apart from that will be joining in the new year.

Negative experience: Jetts Accrington is one of the worst gyms I have ever been to the manager is arrogant and rude and talks down on you on the way you look I rather spend my money somewhere else also they oversell memberships and charge people completely different prices.Not enough equipment and you have to wait for ages to use equipment definitely never going there again!!!

Negative experience: Have had 3 major issues with the gym since joining... first is states I cancelled my contract with them which I absolutely didn't... this has resulted in them saying I have to pay more money each month to be a member which is just ludicrous! Staff also gave incorrect direct debit due date information! This is a huge shame as I actually love their gym... but I am absolutely appalled at what I have experienced thus far... and will not be returning!!
