Fantastic experience: Love this gym ! Every one is so friendly and helpful Me and my mum joined about 3 months ago and have been to lots of the classes . We have had great experiences at all of them the instructors are always on hand to guide you if you’re not quite getting it right . Winning class for us has to be boxfit it’s so much fun and amy is awesome !
