Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, the gym is clean and welcoming. The classes are great - a good selection of cardio and core are available, and the people that take them are easy going. The gym is big enough to never feel crowded, with lots of equipment and weights. The pool is open early enough to go before work. I've never stayed a member of a gym for so long.
Negative experience: They never returned my 2 calls
Fantastic experience: Not a member, but I attend the best Zumba and Strong by zumba class in Enfield with gorgeous Kamila! Gym looks great tho and studio is just fab!!!
Fantastic experience: Excellent local gym. Very friendly staff and good equipments. Reasonable monthly payment and a very clean gym too.

Fantastic experience: Love the classes, 15 /30/ 60 minutes classes available to suit working mums and supper busy people. Easy to sign on classes and cancel if needed. ( Nearly allawys someone to answer phone calls to assist and answer questions). Gym clean and good atmospher. Showers and toilets available. free parking with plenty of space. Great Gym!!!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Enfield. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The 30 min classes are the perfect length and really push you to your limit. The gym is small but you can always get a machine and get into a class. And it's a rolling contract so you can cancel anytime.

Positive experience: It is an oasis in Enfield with swimming pool, jacuzzi , steamer, sauna, gym equipment and a lot of great yoga instructions. All in a reasonable price! Friendly and helpful staff and customers, I love it!
